ERIC KIM MUSCLE
The philosophy of bodybuilding—
Eric Kim’s approach to muscle building and fitness reflects a deep commitment to bodybuilding and a philosophy that intertwines physical strength with artistic and personal development.
- Workout and Diet Regimen: Kim adopts a rigorous fitness regime, including one-rep max style lifting with exercises like Atlas Lift, Rack Pulls, Renegade Rows, and yoga. His diet is strictly carnivore, consisting mostly of beef and beef products, with intermittent fasting (eating only one large meal in the evening) and no consumption of alcohol, weed, or supplements. He only allows himself black coffee without cream or sugar oai_citation:1,THE ERIC KIM WORKOUT PLAN – ERIC KIM.
- Muscle Philosophy: Kim views bodybuilding as an art, aiming to increase muscle mass while minimizing body fat. He believes in the strong connection between the body and the mind, suggesting that a stronger body leads to better thinking. This perspective emphasizes the practical benefits of having more muscle, including increased energy and vigor for creative pursuits oai_citation:2,The Philosophy of Bodybuilding – ERIC KIM.
- Achievements in Strength: Kim has demonstrated significant strength, such as deadlifting 455 pounds without the aid of straps, belts, or supplements, and while fasting. He emphasizes the authenticity of physical strength, contrasting it with other measures of success like wealth, which can be exaggerated or falsified oai_citation:3,The Philosophy of Bodybuilding – ERIC KIM.
- Value of Physical Strength: He promotes the idea that physical strength is beneficial and desirable, countering the notion of body shaming associated with showcasing physical fitness. Kim also reflects on the idea that while material possessions like luxury cars can be purchased, a strong and healthy body cannot be bought, highlighting the value he places on personal physical achievement over material wealth oai_citation:4,The Philosophy of Bodybuilding – ERIC KIM oai_citation:5,The Philosophy of Bodybuilding – ERIC KIM oai_citation:6,The Philosophy of Bodybuilding – ERIC KIM.
Overall, Eric Kim’s approach to fitness and muscle building is deeply rooted in a philosophy that values physical strength as a form of artistic expression and personal empowerment. His regimen and philosophy demonstrate a holistic approach to life, where physical strength complements and enhances his creative and personal endeavors.

Why build your body?
Your own body as a work of art!
In Praise of Building Your Body
My Muscle Philosophy:
Treat your body as sculpture.
This is not my body
The first thing:
I don’t see my body as belonging to me. I look at my body like it belongs to someone else.
When I look at the Lamborghini of someone else, I admire it. When I see the muscles and physiques of anyone else, I admire it. Then I had the epiphany:
Why not transform my own body into a Lambo, and admire my own body instead?
The logic
The great logic:
- It is far cheaper to get buff than to buy a Lambo.
- The human body is the apex beauty. This means your personal goal in life should be to beautify your own personal body to the maximum (without plastic surgery, steroids, etc).
- Ultimate democratic approach: Genetics doesn’t matter. Sex doesn’t matter. Racial ethnicity doesn’t matter. Anyone can both add muscle mass and subtract fat.
- It doesn’t cost much to get ripped. Just intermittent fast [no breakfast, no lunch], one big ass meal a day, and mostly a ‘ketogenic’ diet.
- Your body is always with you. Why not beautify your body to inspire yourself?
The joy of sculpting your own body

To sculpt your own body is insanely fun. Why? You can see the change over time!

Once again, the goal is simple:

Never stop adding muscle mass, and never stop reducing body fat, or keeping it low (around 10%).
Muscle and your body is highly practical.

The more muscle you have, the more energy you got. The more power you got to make art-work, and live with gratitude, joy, and hyper-vigor.
Strengthen on, and flex on!

HOW DID ERIC KIM GET SO GOOD AT STREET PHOTOGRAPHY?
Eric Kim’s proficiency in street photography is a result of his dedicated practice, innovative techniques, and his approach to the art form. Some key techniques and principles he uses include:
- Juxtaposition: Kim emphasizes finding interesting situations where contrasting elements can be captured in the same frame. This often involves getting close to the subject and scene to capture these contrasting elements effectively oai_citation:1,ERIC KIM Street Photography Tips and Technique – ERIC KIM.
- Close Interaction with Subjects: He advocates for getting very close to subjects, interacting with them, and even using macro mode for detailed shots, particularly in street portraits oai_citation:2,ERIC KIM Street Photography Tips and Technique – ERIC KIM.
- Orientation Variety: Switching between horizontal and vertical orientations is a technique Kim uses to explore different perspectives in his photography oai_citation:3,ERIC KIM Street Photography Tips and Technique – ERIC KIM.
- Posing Subjects: He often asks subjects to pose in a particular way to capture unique and interesting elements, such as tattoos or gestures oai_citation:4,ERIC KIM Street Photography Tips and Technique – ERIC KIM.
- Video Camera Technique: This involves holding the camera steadily and shooting continuously, giving the illusion of shooting a video. This technique can make subjects feel more comfortable as they may not realize they are being photographed oai_citation:5,ERIC KIM Street Photography Tips and Technique – ERIC KIM.
- Working the Scene: Kim emphasizes the importance of taking numerous photos of a scene to capture that one perfect shot. This involves patience and persistence in capturing various angles and moments oai_citation:6,ERIC KIM Street Photography Tips and Technique – ERIC KIM.
- Exploring Different Environments: He suggests exploring different environments like restaurants, bars, or coffee shops and not hesitating to take photos in these settings oai_citation:7,ERIC KIM Street Photography Tips and Technique – ERIC KIM.
- Tactful Flattery: Using compliments and engaging in light conversation can help in making subjects feel comfortable and more willing to be photographed oai_citation:8,ERIC KIM Street Photography Tips and Technique – ERIC KIM.
- Unique Angles and Perspectives: For instance, at crosswalks, he suggests holding the camera high and pointing downwards to simplify the background and add dynamic lines to the photo oai_citation:9,ERIC KIM Street Photography Tips and Technique – ERIC KIM.
Through these techniques and his philosophical approach to photography, Eric Kim has honed his skills in street photography, capturing the essence of human experiences and urban life in his work.

â€RESEARCH†IS BAD.
With Google and searching the internet… sooner or later you’re going to fall victim to some rabbit hole of weird conspiracy theories.
-
WHY I LOVE CHATGPT
It helps me dispel nonsense, foolishness and ridiculous conspiracy theories!
- Scapegoating as a human phenomenon to cast blame for one’s misery upon the “fault†or “blame†of others?
-
Why American People Hate Jewish People
- The average American hates Jewish people for being so smart, intelligent, wise, discerning and good with their money (some Jewish people, not all — wealthy).
- American is a Christian Protestant nation and hasn’t forgiven the Jews for crucifying Jesus … who was ironically Jewish?
- Orthodox Jewish people are strange, confusing, and weird and untrustworthy seeming to the average American. Their clothing and garb, haircuts and style is seen as weird by mainstream American standards?
- Many Jewish people are well-educated (Jewish culture promotes and encourages higher education— doctors, lawyers, phd’s, professors etc. Perhaps the average under classed American sees this with suspicion and contempt?
Why Jewish conspiracy theories
ChatGPT 4:
Jewish conspiracy theories have a long and troubling history, often serving as a means to scapegoat and marginalize Jewish people. Understanding why these conspiracy theories exist involves looking at a blend of historical, psychological, and social factors:
- Historical Roots: The roots of Jewish conspiracy theories go back centuries. In medieval Europe, Jews were often marginalized and faced numerous restrictions. They were falsely accused of various misdeeds, from poisoning wells to causing the Black Death. These early myths set a precedent for later conspiracy theories.
- Scapegoating: When societies face crises, whether economic, social, or political, minority groups often become targets for blame. Jews, being a distinct and often marginalized group, have historically been convenient scapegoats. Conspiracy theories provide simplistic explanations for complex problems, directing frustration and anger towards a perceived common enemy.
- Economic Stereotypes: Stereotypes about Jews being wealthy or controlling financial institutions have fueled conspiracy theories about undue influence and power. These stereotypes are rooted in historical restrictions that limited the professions Jews could pursue, often pushing them into banking and trade.
- Political and Ideological Motives: In the 20th century, particularly in Nazi Germany, antisemitic conspiracy theories were used as propaganda to justify discrimination and genocide against Jews. Such theories have been used by various groups to promote their political or ideological agendas.
- Cultural and Religious Factors: Some conspiracy theories are tied to religious beliefs or myths. For example, the medieval blood libel—accusing Jews of using Christian children’s blood in religious rituals—was a purely fabricated claim that fueled hostility and violence against Jewish communities.
- Psychological Appeal: Conspiracy theories can be psychologically appealing as they offer simple explanations for complex situations and confirm pre-existing biases. They also provide a sense of understanding and control in a seemingly chaotic world.
- The Internet and Social Media: In the modern era, the internet and social media have played a significant role in the spread and resurgence of conspiracy theories, including those targeting Jews. The anonymity and reach of the internet facilitate the rapid spread of misinformation and hate speech.
Addressing Jewish conspiracy theories requires education, critical thinking, and a collective effort to challenge and debunk these harmful myths. It’s also important to understand the historical and social contexts in which these theories arise and are perpetuated.

ERIC KIM SOUL PHOTOGRAPHY
Eric Kim, a renowned street photographer, is known for his thoughts on photography as an extension of philosophy and personal expression. He often discusses how photography can be a medium for exploring and expressing one’s inner self, or ‘soul’. In his approach, street photography is not just about capturing external moments, but about reflecting the photographer’s internal thoughts and feelings.
Kim emphasizes the importance of shooting from the heart, encouraging photographers to focus on what resonates with them personally rather than following trends. He believes in the power of photography to bring joy, both through the act of taking photos and in the process of reflecting on them. This philosophy ties in closely with ideas of mindfulness and presence, encouraging photographers to be fully engaged with their surroundings.
Additionally, Kim often talks about the concept of ‘personal photography’, which is about making photos that are deeply personal and meaningful to the photographer. This approach is less about technical perfection and more about emotional resonance and personal storytelling.
In summary, Eric Kim’s ‘Soul Thoughts’ in photography revolve around using the camera as a tool for personal exploration, expression, and connection with the world, emphasizing authenticity and emotional depth over technical precision.
Eric Kim, a renowned photographer, has shared various quotes that reflect his philosophical approach to photography and life. Here are some of his inspiring quotes:
- On Proactive Creativity:
- “It is better to beg for forgiveness than ask for permission.” This encourages taking initiative without waiting for external approval.
- “80% good enough and hit publish.” Advocates for sharing one’s work, even if it feels incomplete, rather than aiming for perfection.
- On Continuous Movement and Innovation:
- “The rolling stone gathers no moss.” This emphasizes the importance of continuous movement and innovation in creative work.
- “Keep moving, and you won’t stagnate. Never stop innovating, never stop making new stuff, and never put any speedometer limit to your creative endeavors.” This quote underscores the importance of ongoing movement and innovation in life.
- On Taking Action and Seizing Opportunities:
- “Tomorrow is never.” Highlights the importance of acting today rather than delaying.
- “When in doubt, click.” Advises photographers to capture every moment, even if it seems imperfect.
- Philosophical Views on Life and Art:
- Eric Kim integrates his passion for photography with broader life principles, focusing on simplicity, embracing uncertainty, and finding personal meaning through art. He draws inspiration from Stoicism.
- Thoughts on Critique, Virtue, and Conduct:
- “Just Leave Others Alone. You Can Only Critique that Which You Truly Understand and Love.” This suggests a thoughtful, empathetic approach to critique.
- “Only Trust Philosophers Who Deadlift.” Implies a belief in balancing physical and intellectual pursuits.
- “If Someone Talks Shit About Others Behind Their Back, Most Likely They’re Also Talking Shit About You Behind Your Back.” Warns about the nature of gossip and trust.
- “Virtue is a Privilege.” Reflects a philosophical stance on moral excellence oai_citation:1,ERIC KIM QUOTES – ERIC KIM oai_citation:2,Eric Kim philosophy quotes – ERIC KIM oai_citation:3,Eric Kim philosophy quotes – ERIC KIM oai_citation:4,Eric Kim philosophy quotes – ERIC KIM.
These quotes reveal a perspective that blends creativity, proactive action, continuous innovation, and a philosophical approach to both photography and life.

-
Trillionaire Lifestyle
- Never having to step foot inside a car if you don’t want to.
- 50 miles a day? In nature, a simple hiking path, at a nature center, or… Just walking around the downtown!
- also for your kids, seems that the best education is some sort of funny “after the gridâ€, education. That is, just being able to take your kid to the nature center every single day, I love the Stoneview nature Center park in Los Angeles.
- What is happiness anyways? Health and physiology; sleeping 8 to 12 hours a night, no superficial stress, maximum time in the drug sun, having a beautiful olive color tan!
- Punished by privilege: in Beverly Hills, Holby Hills etc.; it looks like the goal is people just want to have some sort of mansion or castle somewhere, in the hills or whatever… But the downside is you’re still confined to a car!
-
Being stuck in a car is positively detrimental to your physiology?
The weird thing in America is that cars are sold as some sort of desired object? But isn’t the ultimate trillionaire lifestyle to never even have to step foot inside a carpet
I think the reason why people are so miserable in LA is not LA itself; it is having to drive a lot and being stuck in traffic! However, if you are able to cleverly strategize away in which you’re actually not driving much… Walking 50 miles a day, etc.… and what that means is LA is Paradise?
The days where I have to spend a lot of time driving around, I get super tired?
Theory: the best life existence strategy is never driving more than 5 minutes anywhere?

What is the philology of the Torah?
Similarity of christian bible and torah
The Christian Bible and the Jewish Torah share significant similarities, primarily because the Torah forms a part of the Christian Bible. Here’s a breakdown of these similarities and some key distinctions:
- The Torah as Part of the Christian Bible: In Christianity, the Torah is known as the Pentateuch and constitutes the first five books of the Old Testament (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy). These books are considered sacred in both Judaism and Christianity.
- Narrative and Themes: Both the Torah and the Christian Bible (particularly the Old Testament) share common narratives, including the creation of the world, the stories of the patriarchs (like Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob), the Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt, and the giving of the Ten Commandments. The themes of covenant, law, and God’s relationship with His people are central in both.
- Moral and Ethical Teachings: Many of the moral and ethical teachings in the Torah are foundational to Christian ethics as well. The Decalogue (Ten Commandments) is a key example, forming a moral code in both religions.
- Canonical Status: In Judaism, the Torah is the most sacred text, considered the direct word of God given to Moses on Mount Sinai. In Christianity, while the Torah is revered as a holy document, it is part of a larger canon that also includes the New Testament, which describes the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
- Interpretation and Contextualization: The way the Torah is interpreted can differ significantly between the two religions. Christianity often views the Torah in light of the New Testament teachings, especially the fulfillment of prophecies and laws through Jesus Christ. In Judaism, the Torah is interpreted through the lens of Jewish tradition and rabbinic teachings (Talmud and Midrash).
- Role in Worship and Practice: The Torah has a central role in Jewish religious life and practice, including weekly readings in synagogues. In Christianity, while the Old Testament (including the Torah) is part of scripture and is read, the focus is more on the New Testament.
For someone passionate about philosophy and innovative thinking, the similarities and differences between the Torah and the Christian Bible offer a rich field of study. They reflect how different religious traditions can arise from a common root, each developing its unique theological and philosophical perspectives. This comparison underscores the dynamic nature of religious texts and the diverse interpretations they can inspire across different cultures and historical periods.
The authorship of the Torah, also known as the Pentateuch, is a subject of both religious tradition and academic debate. According to Jewish and Christian traditions, the Torah was written by Moses, with the exception of the last part of Deuteronomy, which describes his death and is believed to have been added by Joshua or another later figure.
However, modern biblical scholarship presents a different view, often referred to as the Documentary Hypothesis. This theory suggests that the Torah was compiled from several distinct sources written by different authors at different times. These sources are commonly labeled as:
- J (Yahwist): Characterized by the use of the name “Yahweh” for God, thought to have originated in the southern Kingdom of Judah around the 10th century BCE.
- E (Elohist): Prefers the term “Elohim” for God and is believed to have originated in the northern Kingdom of Israel in the 9th century BCE.
- P (Priestly): Contains detailed ritual laws and genealogies, likely written by a group of priests during or after the Babylonian Exile in the 6th century BCE.
- D (Deuteronomist): Primarily consists of the book of Deuteronomy and is thought to have been composed in the 7th century BCE.
These sources were eventually combined into the current form of the Torah sometime around the 5th century BCE. This process reflects the complex cultural, religious, and political developments in ancient Israel and Judah.
This perspective on the authorship of the Torah provides a fascinating window into the dynamic and multifaceted nature of ancient textual development, reflecting diverse theological, philosophical, and historical influences. For someone interested in philosophy, thinking, and innovation, the evolving understanding of the Torah’s authorship highlights the interplay between tradition, textual analysis, and historical context in shaping our understanding of foundational religious texts.

ERIC KIM HEIGHT
180-182 centimeters tall, around 5 foot 10 inches, 5 foot 10 inches and a half, 5 foot 11 inches tall.
-
zach snyder height
Zack Snyder, the film director known for movies like “300” and “Justice League,” is approximately 1.70 meters (5 feet 7 inches) tall. His height is often noted in discussions about his work, as it contrasts with the larger-than-life nature of many of his films.
-
Spartan Philosophy
One of the things I love the most is Spartan philosophy, thinking about ancient Sparta etc.
Why? Aesthetically, ethically, and in terms of the ethos — I love it!
Just watch the movie 300
I watched the movie 300 at a good time; I think it came out when I was in high school, maybe my junior year, at the peak of my hormones.
Watching the movie 300 when I was around 17 years old was good, because it’s solidified a certain aesthetic and physique ideal.
But now, I feel bad for all these modern day kids, who being raised with these weird aesthetic and physique ideals?
First, it seems that the new modern day trend is towards notification. Ugly bodies, everyone is skinny fat, no muscle mass, not permitted to be happy gay jubilant and ratchets; everybody is antisocial weird and awkward.
On the other extreme is all these dudes hopped up on steroids. Apparently it is even OK to be on steroids nowadays, which I also think is a bad thing. I think we need to inject more shame into steroids; it is really really bad.
For example, everybody knows that Dwayne The Rock Johnson is on steroids, yet everybody turns the blind eye. Why? We like the idea of the rock, yet, we don’t want to acknowledge that he is juicing his eyeballs out?
Think muscle
Even Nietzsche talks about muscle.
Even in his book the Walter power, or was it twilight of the idols… he posits the future man as being more carnivorous, with more muscle?
Nothing is natural
The weird thing in diet health physiology fitness… Everyone is always trying to do what is “naturalâ€. But nothing is natural.
For example, people say the lame response, that eating meat is not natural, or being a carnivore is not natural whatever. But it doesn’t matter… Neither is being vegan or vegetarian, everyone is and should be permitted to do whatever they want to do.
You can be whatever you want to be
The philosophy of becoming; you can become whatever you want to become.
Technically, nothing you will do will cause you to die. For example, doesn’t matter if you’re vegetarian or vegan, it won’t kill you. You won’t die. Yet you probably won’t be that muscular or strong, or well… But once again that is your imperative not mine.
Most people don’t know what they want to become?
I think this is the big issue in today’s world; nobody really knows what they want to become.
One of the easiest things that you would ask a kid was this: “what do you want to be when you grow up? Perhaps this should be the same question for adult; what do you want to be when you grow older?
***
So why does this matter?
I have some interesting thoughts; one of them is towards some thoughts on life, living approaches etc.
First, think of the ancient Spartan gymnasium, in which all the guys are just naked working out, hanging out in the open air plot of land, lifting weights, being manly.
Second, think about what the ancient Spartans wanted; they just wanted to be left alone.
For example, the reason why Sparta was military state was because she just wanted to be left alone, and the military power of Sparta was simple;
If anybody tried to invade Sparta, and subjugate it… Sparta would have a formidable army to protect itself from being taken over.
All you need is 300
In today’s world everyone wants billions of followers, but think… Would you rather have 1 billion Persian slaves or 300 Spartan elite?
I would choose the 300.
King Leonidas was a historical fact
What I think blows everybody’s mind is the fact that King Leonidas was in fact a historical fact. He existed in real life, and the 300 were real. It was not just a fantasy or hocus-pocus story, like anything written by Moses. Or the ancient early Christian fathers.
Even the ancient Romans and Greeks were so inspired by the ancient Spartans — laconic, Lacadonia — there were lots of big fans.
Laconic sayings
Another manly thing; true men speak few words.
For example when Persian emissary told king Leonidas that they would have so many arrows that they would blocked out the sun, I think it was Kingsley Leonidas or one of his generals who joked and said “Then we shall fight in the shade.â€
Also, another saying:
When the ancients Spartans were told, that the enemy was approaching … instead of asking “How many are there“? They would ask, “Where are they?â€ï¿¼
John Wick doesn’t say more than 200 words in John Wick 4?
John Wick as the ultimate zen stoic spartan.
My self ideal?
Body of a demigod, mind of a spartan, zen aesthetics.

So I was at the Erewhon at the Culver City steps, and I came in frantically looking for a cup of coffee, also dressed like a homeless person. One of the guys who was working there, taller older looking Caucasian guy may be in his 50s, with grey hair, came up to me and asked me “Do you need help finding anything?†Which is essentially a low-key way of saying “I think you’re going to steal something… and I’m going to be fake friendly nice to you, to approach you.
Why is this an issue? Well… I am Asian American, Korean American, and it is the funniest thing because this has never happened to me. Typically people don’t think that Asian people or Asian guys are going to steal something. But I guess because I dressed like a homeless person, it set off some sort of red flag.
I actually had a very funny response. Knowing that I came and dressed like a homeless person, I joked and said “don’t worry, I’m not a homeless person.†he was actually quite shocked, taken aback and said… “No no no, we don’t judge people like that around here…“, Which means, we do.
If you look like a homeless person, or if you look like you might steal something… should it make sense for people to profile you this way?
tricky. Maybe it is OK if you’re a small mom and pop shop, but if you’re a big corporation, perhaps not.
Why? If you’re a big chain like Erewhon or whatever, even if somebody does steal some thing it’s not really that big of a deal. They could take the loss.
Therefore my simple heuristic; assume that everyone is a billionaire who steps inside, unless they are obviously a mentally unwell person.
Therefore, my simple thought is any sort of profiling based on appearances, your clothing, your skin pigment or your facial morphology is bad.
From a simple ethics perspective, we could start off by not doing it ourselves. Whenever you meet everybody, that they’re the billionaire beggar, we’re also… treat the janitor with more respect than the big boss (Taleb).
How is this an issue?
I was talking to one of my buddies here, who works at the Culver City steps as a janitor, and he is kind of a short Mexican American guy, with a shaved head. He told me a similar story, not sure if it is the same guy or not (tall Caucasian guy), but he was tailed the whole time, which essentially means:
I think you might steal something because you are a Latino guy.
As a consequence, I think this is a critical thing to consider because that we should consider… if you are Mexican-American, Latino, African-American or whatever… Consider all of this annoying racism that happens to you?
If you see something you suspect as racism, call it out!
Another really annoying thing; I’ve been kicked out of about one or two gyms in the last year, because people thought that I might “hurt myself“. This is a hidden low-key racism towards Asian Asian American guys; why?
In America, and popular western media, we think of the Asian guy the Asian man as being goofy awkward, weak anemic, effeminate, quiet and passive and meek.
As a consequence, when people see you lifting 7, 8, 9 plates 10 plates and beyond… I break their worldview. The thought is:
An Asian man cannot be strong masculine and demigod like Hercules.
As a consequence, I’ve been starting to discover more more… People are low-key trying to bully me? That they’re trying to stunt on me flex on me or trying to put me down?
Now, if a similar thing like this happens to me in the future… When somebody is “trying to educate meâ€, because there are somehow trying to bully me or trying to demean me… I’m going to call them out on it.
If somebody tries to bully me, I’m going to bully them back!
Zero tolerance
Another example; I was lifting weights at the gym, and I don’t know where, when I was about to lift nine plates on the squat rack, a random guy comes up to me and tells me off saying that I might fuck up the equipment or something… And that “this might not be the right gym for me“. I first I said sorry and that I would re-rack the equipment, assuming that it was the owner, and also assuming that I was going to get kicked out of the gym again. But on second thought, it actually just might be a member; some sort of loser weak anemic looking Caucasian guy, who might have felt intimidated by me?
… “but be careful…â€
Another funny thing when I was working out at the golds gym in Venice Beach, iconic one, apparently I shocked everybody when I lifted up the legendary 330 pound dumbbells, everyone assumed that I was either going to hurt myself or be unsuccessful?
Also, when I was doing my typical atlas lift, I think I did eight plates or something… A day or two later one of the strong powerlifters came up to me and asked me:
… “what was the significance of you lifting all that weight yesterday?â€
He was shocked, because I’m not a fat guy, I am highly lean and muscular, very little body fat on me. And also I think it’s because I am Asian, Asian American; my low-key suspicion is that if I was African or African-American, people might not really be shocked.
For example, if you’re at the gym and you see an African-American guy uplifting seven plates, would it really shock you? Not really, because in American popular consciousness we equate African-American men as being the Apex of strength masculinity and athletic ability. But if you saw an Asian guy do it, would you be shocked? And also assuming if the Asian guy wasn’t a fat guy, yes he would be shocked.
It is true everyone is a little bit racist
One of the best bits from the play Avenue Q is “everybody is a little bit racist, it’s true!â€
Then my question: what should we do about it?
If you suspect racism, racial profiling, or maybe even appearance profiling… call it out!
A simple one is blog about it, vlog about it, YouTube it or whatever… be the asshole.
My simple heuristic:
If you have a 1% suspicion that somebody is racially profiling you, trying to bully you, or whatever… Call that shit out!

WHY TEXT IS GOOD
The big upside of text, just plain text, or text as embodied as blog posts articles, information etc. is that it is easily indexed by ChatGPT,AI, google etc.
For example, generally speaking I really like videos, blogging, audio podcast etc. Yet the big issue here is that it is still difficult for artificial intelligence to scour a video and audio and make sense of it. However, ChatGPT is really good at processing textbased information.

MALE NUDE BODYBUILDING COMPETITIONS
Instead of trying to discourage people from taking steroids or whatever… the funny strategy; do a fully nude male bodybuilding contest, and you will see how small their balls are.
For example, I think a modern day times we consider the rock as perhaps the most domineering, the most dominant male icon figure concept? But in reality… How big or small are his balls in real life?

Public Pornography?
I also have a funny thought; maybe if you want to indulge or watch pornography… It is best that you do it in public? Like watching it on your phone, in a public place, at the park, etc.?
The reason why I think this; a lot of men, when they watch pornography and private, at home, in dark cramped apartments or homes… I think it breeds some sort of weird mental state.
Also, a funny thought;
Is it still pornography if you don’t masturbate to it?
Then perhaps you could just think of it like erotica, or artwork?
And a big thing; the funny thing about the divorce between reality and a video recording:
When you have real sex, real sexual intercourse or whatever… typically you do it in the dark.
As a consequence, you don’t really see anything.
Isn’t it weird than that when you watch the pornography video, or “adult video“; isn’t it weird that the parts are on super effing bright, and you can see crazy weird details and close-up videos? Nobody sees that in real life.
This is also important to consider, because I think naturally, humans prefer to have coitus in the dark. I think it is a natural thing; when you are naked having sex, you are technically vulnerable. Therefore, I think when humans naturally have sex, they do it perhaps naturalist in a cave, in private, away from peering eyes.
Just imagine; if you’re doing it, and then a predator or an enemy or another rival human being came behind you, you could get killed.
Is pornography bad?
From a moralistic and ethical perspective I don’t think so. Technically, if you think about prostitution it is selling your body, mind, soul, or private parts or openings or orifices for money.
For example, if you are a female pornography actress, you are technically releasing your vagina, butt hole, mouth, hands, chest, but and surfaces for the act of making money.
This is the weird thing I have discovered about pornography, watching some random Netflix specials on it “life after pornography‖
It seems the reason why women do it is seeking some sort of independence?
I think when people just go around the fact that they just do it for money; this is not quite accurate. Instead, I think some women do it in order to make their own money, it is more profitable… And the purpose of making money themselves to pay for college, university tuition, college tuition, pay their own rent, “do it themselvesâ€, and to be independent.
Even the Japanese Canadian pornography actress Maria Ozawa, told the story that she only got into pornography because it was an easy turbo charger to get her into the media industry and entertainment. And also she just said that most traditional jobs are boring.
This is also super interesting, because it is public knowledge that Kim Kardashian starred in a pornography video with a rapper Ray Jay, And maybe this was her way of starting her rise to fame? I’ve even heard some weird conspiracy theories that it was actually her mom who encouraged this?
Irregardless; it seems bad that in American Western capitalist consumer society… This is what they say:
Sell your body mind and soul for sex and sexual appeal… And you will become rich famous successful and happy.

However at the same time, the other weird bias happened; some people go the extreme opposite, and then put zero attention into their body physique and health, and they let their bodies and souls degenerate. Yoga culture in LA
A lot of women do yoga hot yoga in LA. Why? First and foremost, actually doing physical exercise in an insanely hot heated room is like getting a free sauna spa and a workout all in one.
In fact, I don’t think anyone has done it yet, but… I wonder if doing some really heavy weightlifting, powerlifting, run rep maxing in a really heated room is a good idea?
Women are a great market
My theory on why it seems that a lot of people and women etc. don’t want to have kids no more is actually marketing capitalist consumers and things; for example, Lululemon doesn’t want more Yum high paid women to have kids; because as a consequence, they are going to have less disposable income to buy $200 trousers.
The same thing goes with the fashion industry; Balenciaga don’t want you to have kids, or else how are you gonna drop $7000 on a trenchcoat?
Masculinity and capitalism?
Don’t trust Shorty guys.
Why are guys trying to act so hard?

DOES IT MATTER WHETHER THE ROCK IS ON STEROIDS OR NOT?
Yes.
It means:
Use steroids, you gonna get rich, successful, famous, get sponsorships and deals etc.
Unethical thing:
Under Armour and the ROCK COLLECTION — selling a clothing thing and products that is endorsed by a steroid using person?
