Whatever you pursue in life, it must be sufficiently difficult and interesting to you. If anything, difficult things are more fun and interesting!

Something I also realized about working out:

The workouts we do must be sufficiently difficult to us, then it will become ‘interesting’, because we are forced to focus.

For example, 105 pound (48kg) kettlebell swings (one armed). Two armed seems a bit boring, as it is easier and doesn’t require as much focus.
