Good or not good

Good vs Not Good

“Bad”is not the opposite of “good”. I would say “not good”is a more accurate antithesis of “good”.

“The good is mostly in the absence of the bad” (Niminum boni est, cui nihil est mali.” (Ennius)

Why does this matter?

This matters because we are all seeking the good, bonus, and bonum in life. Who doesn’t want the maximally best life?
