Care.

yellow black abstract ERIC KIM

It ain’t a matter of hard work, laziness, or whatever. The better question:

How much do you care?

We aren’t allowed to care ‘too much’.

For example, Steve Jobs cared sooooo deeply about beautiful design and technology. Everyone else didn’t care.

For myself, I care deeply about my self, my mental health, and my physiological health. Therefore for myself, I am INTOLERANT towards any sugars, starches, carbs, blah blah blah … because to me, my body is king. I prize my muscles and bodily composition above all. And for me to be ‘strict’ with what I eat or not is quite easy. Why? Because I care so much!

You cannot buy a good body

Therefore the solution is simple is uber-simple:

Determine what you REALLY REALLY REALLY care for, and disregard everything you don’t care for.
