LONGEVITY, DURABILITY AND SUCCESS

A more robust notion of success:

What is the best marker of success? It isn’t the number of views, likes, followers, or other social metrics. Rather best to think about success as a long-term driving, and being durable and long-term.

The best goal is to become antifragile, that is, as time goes on your works actually improve over time. Think of a nice wine, or fermenting kimchi. Typically speaking to a certain extent, the more time goes on, the better if he comes. The same goes with raising children, your love for your partner. Or your artistic and creative ideas.

Aim for longevity and durability. How does one do this? I say, to be insanely exacting out of your own personal ideals, and only do that which personally interest you. And also in someways, to distain what others think of you. And to not desire to please others.
