Driving makes me really tired?

The days where I could walk a lot, I have insanely high energy. The days in which I must drive a lot, I get extremely tired?

Theory; something about sitting is bad for your physiology, it makes you more tired?

Also, being indoors, not being able to get in the direct sun outdoors. Being indoors makes you more tired.

Assuming you want to use your life as a very interesting experiment, then perhaps a life in which you never have to drive is the ultimate ideal?

Or another words, living in the downtown, city area, in which you could walk everywhere. It is a wise idea and investment to spend the extra bucks on the higher rent.

Also as an economic theory; even if you live somewhere which has higher rent, and it is more expensive, perhaps you as a self-employed sole proprietor will actually make more money, net positive, because walking more will be superior for your health, ideation, and entrepreneurial vigor.

Why memes are bad

Memes like memory; a learned social practice, often cultural. Also often social.

For example at the gym, everyone thinks they must do bench press, tell the top the floor, squat parallel or below parallel, etc. Perhaps these names are bad. Much innovation to be had, beyond memes.

Dislike

Everybody always wants to be more liked. But what if the goal was instead, to instead become more disliked?

For example, it seems a lot of guys are afraid of looking “gay.” But what if, as a straight guy, you sought to look more â€œgay?”

Grotesque or beautiful?

When it comes to physique, the question is whether somebody is grotesque or beautiful. The reason why I am anti-steroids, testosterone and performance enhancing drugs is that it makes people look grotesque.

Also women who do Botox injections, or unnatural augmentation, or plastic surgery. They end up looking more grotesque then beautiful.

The practice is the reward

Simply having the privilege to practice something is the reward in itself.

For example, weight lifting at the gym. The practice of lifting weights is what is most enjoyable, fun, and gratitude for me.

Fitness and Happiness

Assuming everyone wants to be “happy”, and assuming that fitness and working out, going to the gym, lifting weights, being outdoors, shirt off, getting a nice tan, food and diet (100% carnivore diet, no weed, alcohol, carbs, sugars, etc)— shouldn’t we optimize our lives for diet, health and fitness?

Why is flexing seen as being bad manners?

Maybe it is a good idea that after you go to the gym, and get a good pump, to take your shirt off and just flex in the bathroom gym mirrors, maximal veiny action!

Also an idea is after you finish your workout at the gym, and you get a good pump, in the bathroom, give a random person your Ricoh GR IIIX camera and ask them to take photos of you for you.

“Self improvement“ is a scam.

There is nothing really for you to “improve“.

Certainly there are certain things you could do like increase and augment your muscle mass, decrease your body fat, increase your one rep max strength, etc. But this is not really a “improvement“. It is just a strengthening.

INNOVATION FOR THE SAKE OF EMPOWERING HUMANITY.

Podcast

Once you’re successful, then what?

I say then the final step, and moving forward, invest your energies on innovation, for the sake of elevating humankind!

What type of innovation? Anything. For example, there is still much innovation to be had in the realm of diet health fitness, human physiology, weightlifting approaches and techniques, and also in the realm of ethics.

What is “success“?

Success is not being a billionaire, or building and selling an IPO and $1 billion company, or $1 trillion company.

I say success is simple; success is when you had a few life goals, and you met them, and maybe you even superseded them. Also, success is sleeping 8 to 12 hours a night, feeling great, high muscle mass, low body fat percentage, strong muscles, courage, ability to lift insanely heavy weights, not using your iPhone, and not owning and having AirPods.

Also, success as being self-employed. Sole proprietor. Also maybe success is not having any employees. And no managers.

Having a kid

I think in modern-day times, a lot of young people are reticent to having kids because they are fearful that it will impede their personal freedom and happiness. Also, maybe the thought that having a kid will be an impediment to their personal productivity, and artistic output.

On the contrary, your kid is the ultimate artistic creation. And also, I would say that after having Seneca, I am at least 10,000 times more inspired, motivated, artistic and creative. Also more active.

Philosophy

Philosophy simply means love of wisdom, or the love of pursuing more wisdom.

But what is “wisdom“? I think wisdom is simply not making foolish life decisions. To make more wise life decisions, which aid you in your own personal desired outputs and end stages, and end states.

For example, just some sort of experimental knowledge in the realm of diet health and fitness for me, I seek to become more demigod in my physique, and also my strength. Therefore, after many years and decades of experimentation, self experimentation, currently speaking I best prefer intermittent fasting, no breakfast no lunch, and during the day only water and black coffee. And also weightlifting while fasted. And also, the best type of training as one rep max, only single repetitions. My sole goal is to just keep increasing the maximum weight I possibly can lift, once.

Also innovation in terms of new approaches and techniques to weight lifting include my atlas lift, or squat lift hold, and also, one rep max rack pulls. I just did 7 plates, a 25 and a 2.5 pounder on each side for my atlas lift (730 pounds) and I feel insanely great.

Questioning

Having more interesting questions. For example, thinking to yourself, what is truly your end goal and state and desired outcome for fitness, diet health, physiology, etc.?

For example, posture. I think a lot of people lecture on having “better“ posture as just a technique and a form. However, my personal theory is that it is more hormonal, and also, more about your muscles.

For example, when I am attempting an insanely heavy lift, at the gym, let’s say my yesterday 730 pound atlas lift, before actually doing the actual lift, when I walk around, go to the bathroom and pee, go out to drink some water, and just move around, I find myself towering above everyone else. Maximally standing straight, chin high, and looking toward the clouds in the ceilings. Also my chest insanely upright. 6 foot tall.

And therefore, perhaps a finding is that when my hormones are high, my testosterone and adrenaline is high, it actually aids you and your posture. Perhaps a lot of modern men who are hunched over or simply suffering from low testosterone, and weak muscle mass.

Therefore, through your own personal life and life experimentation, and simple thinking, you discover new findings, and innovate and pave new forms of knowledge. And then I feel like it is your ethical duty to share these findings with others, even though it may fall on deaf ears.

Even at the gym recently, discovering my new techniques which I find insanely interesting, and helpful, I found that the reaction from other guys of the gym when I tell them about this is mostly unappreciated. Then perhaps this is where I appreciate blogging, vlogging, and sharing things online to the Internet, and also to this email newsletter. Why? I like being able to propagate my thoughts, and getting it out there. Ultimately it is your personal decision whether to incorporate these ideas or not, but at least for myself, my happiest joy is to simply share these findings with others.

Why? I am currently 34, about to turn 35, and I’ve had at least over a decade of self experimentation, figuring things out for myself. Whenever I share ideas, knowledge, or wisdom, it is simply advice I wish I could’ve told my 18-year-old or 21 year old self.

Why is everybody so scared?

It seems that the modern day trend is fear. Fear of offending others, fear of acting differently, fear of being left out or ridiculed, fear of being criticized, fear of upsetting others, fear of hurting other peoples feelings, fear of offending others, etc.

I think this is also why modern day humans don’t talk to strangers. I think actually the biggest issue is fear of breaking some sort of unknown ethical or moral code.

Also, this is why people don’t speak their mind. And why they also don’t share their own true opinions.

Perhaps in modern day society, one is not permitted to have their own opinion.

Even when I studied sociology, as a UCLA undergrad, even at one of the most liberal and open minded institutions, certain things were not allowed to be discussed which included thoughts on masculinity, etc. I still recall when there were discussions about feminism, why not masculinism?

Just sharing your own opinion

“But that’s just your opinion!”

The funniest phrase I hear is when you share your opinion, somebody will exclaim, “but that’s just your opinion!“ The hilarity of this exclamation is this:

That’s the point.

Opinion simply means “I think”. To share your opinion is to simply share your thoughts.

A lot of modern-day skinny fat losers, the overfat, low muscle mass academic male types will try to assert their opinion through fancy graphs, statistics, “science“, “studies“, etc. Yet what they fail to know is the difference of correlation versus causation, Observational studies versus true experimental studies, and also, anti-meat conspiracies, notions of “political correctness“, independent thinking, and knowing that any and all statistics can and are easily gamed.

For example, it seems that the biggest argument against eating meat is not really a health one, but rather, it is “bad for the planet“. I think for a lot of modern-day people, who lack religion, and don’t believe in God, their new religion is “the planet“, or “earth“.

Also, let us consider the difference between correlation and causation. I think knowing the difference is the number one critical factor in educating our children, and ourselves. Correlation is when two things happen concurrently, but when one thing does not actually cause the other.

For example, everyone says that eating red meat is bad for you. Why?, Observational studies which highlight that typically, individuals who eat more red meat, have higher incidences of obesity, heart attacks, heart disease, cancer, shorter lifespans, etc. However what they do not know is that typically, a lot of individuals who eat more red meat also drink lots of Coca-Cola, McDonald’s french fries, eat carbs, drink Coke zero, drink Jamba juice, watch a lot of TV and Netflix, don’t exercise, smoke weed, drink lots of alcohol, beer, wine, spirits, whiskey, and consume lots of snacks, sugar, desserts, pastries etc. And a lot of people who are vegetarian or vegan tend to be more high class, richer, and better educated, probably work out a lot more, and don’t eat as much junk.

But then the question is,

What if you are a highly intelligent, well educated, high class person who eats 100% carnivore diet, works out at least twice a day, and never has a cheat day, and doesn’t eat any “bad“ food?

Also, the reason why health cannot be truly experimental is that you cannot take two kids, twins, at birth, put them into two separate test tubes, and feed them a totally different diet, and track them from birth until death. Not only is this unethical, but, it is highly impractical. And also in order for this study to be “statistically significant“, you would have to do it with at least 1000 twins. This ain’t gonna happen. Not even in the world’s most authoritarian regime.

Art

Anything that you create, or do is art. For example, the word “art“ simply means technique or approach. For example, the “art“ of doing something isn’t to do it like some sort of creative genius, but simply it is an approach. For example, Donald Trump‘s ghost written book, “The Art of the Deal“. The art here is in reference to technique or approach, not some sort of artistic creative thing.

Or the “The Art of War“, it simply means technique or approach, methodology, or strategies.

Therefore, I believe that in the realm of art, much innovation could be had in terms of technique and approach.

For example, I am a huge fan of Procreate both on the iPad and iPhone. To me, this is truly the killer creative and artistic app.

Also, the Ricoh GR 3, 3X. Truly the best camera of all time, currently speaking. Any standalone digital camera that could fit in your front right pocket is good.

Also, killing nonsensical past notions of what is considered “legitimate”,” successful in court. We are still stuck in backwards in retrogressive notions of artistic “success” as being publishing an artistic hard cover book of your works, getting an external publisher, having soul exhibitions, traveling the world, becoming famous, selling your art pieces for millions of dollars, etc.

A big innovation is instead, just sharing your photos online, for free, open source. Also just sharing your artistic creations as free open source PDF e-books.

YOUR KID IS THE ULTIMATE WORK OF ART

Artists should have kids.

The silly thought that having a kid will “get in the way” of your personal happiness, art and productivity is nonsense.

HOW WOULD I DESIGN MY IDEAL HOUSE?

Ideally some sort of glass cube. Maximal natural light. In Southern California?

Kitchen: No cabinets. All glass walls, to allow in maximal natural light in the mornings! I hate the darkness.

No two stories. Just single story.

Via Negativa “Improvements”

The best way to “improve“ a design is figuring out what to get rid of, what to subtract.

For example, on websites — which plugins to GET RID OF, which design elements and options to SUBTRACT.

WHY NOT TO CRITICIZE OTHERS

When you criticize others, you lower yourself to their level.

Lesson:

Don’t criticize others.

How to improve your posture

Atlas lift at the gym, also heavy rack pulls. Vibram five fingers shoes or barefoot, and also tight fitting compression clothing. No iPhone.

Also a theory; when you improve your testosterone, and increase your testosterone, your posture will naturally improve. You will walk taller, chest more upright, look higher, become more assertive.
