How to conquer the fear of weight lifting

To warm up, spend maybe around 15 minutes doing some sort of yoga stretching.

Also, put the safety pins in place, just in case you fail.

Third, just to slowly increase the weight, until you work up to your one repetition maximum weight.

Cash feels free?

Some bad news for fiat currency; let us assume you have a bunch of hundred dollar bills, hard cash just stowed away at your house, somewhere inside a sock drawer. Let us assume you have $1 million worth of cash at home.

Technically, the US federal reserve printing more money will cause your hard earned cash to become devalued. Why? More printing money and more currency in the economy in the world means that dollar per dollar, each of your dollars are actually worth less.

So what are we to do about this? One thought is to just use and spend more of your hard cash, printed hundred dollar bills, or $20 bills, whenever you have the chance. Maybe this is a good idea to stop using your credit card so much; better to use cash instead.

Also some thoughts about bitcoin and cryptocurrency; assuming that the upper limit of bitcoin is capped, this is a good sign for notions of money.

Currently the challenges with bitcoin is that it is still too slow to transfer, the lightning network seems like a good promise. At least the good thing with bitcoin is that it is a recognized currency, all of the other crypto currencies and coins seem to have a branding and PR issue.

Ideally moving forward, bitcoin will be the best type of currency in regards to big purchases. For example, buying a house or a car with bitcoin seems like a good idea. I still think that into the future, the US dollar and fiat currency will persist, but rather, they will still just be used for a smaller every day purchases.

Also, I predict that Tesla will start accepting bitcoin again to purchase their cars into the future. Maybe also into the future, Apple will accept bitcoin to buy their iPhone pros, etc.

I am also very certain that in the future, once you could easily link up your cryptocurrency wallet, and your bitcoin to your Amazon prime account, making Amazon and Amazon prime purchases will be a viable option with cryptocurrency.

Also, what is the biggest issue with trading stock nowadays? The annoyance and the slowness of having to link up your trading account, get some inexperienced guy to link up and set up your account, etc. It is all too slow and cumbersome. Some sort of crypto technology which makes trading easier is the future.

For example, let us say that I want to buy a bunch of Tesla stock. Yet I do not have an official trading account. If I want to suddenly put $250,000 into Tesla stock, and I do not yet have an approved JP Morgan trading account, I might lose up to tens of thousands of dollars in my delay, even the slowness of trading by a day.

Moral of the story; keep thinking about crypto technology, bitcoin and cryptocurrency. I still regularly check up on chain-link, even though I currently do not own any. Currently all I have is 100% bitcoin. Once I find some thing enticing enough, I might do some trading.

Is Ethereum the future? I don’t think so. Why? Ethereum 2.0 and the split is a sign of a bad technology, and also, 99.99% of people have no idea what it is, how it works, or even how to pronounce it. Just try to get your English as a second language mom to pronounce, spell, or remember the word “Ethereum”. However your mom could still remember and pronounce bitcoin.

So maybe if you have the option right now, start buying more Bitcoin. And hoarding for the future!

BLACK IS A PRIVILEGE.

For example, core black Lululemon clothing is never on sale or clearance. You always have to pay full price for a black Lululemon clothing. Therefore, if you pull up wearing all black Lululemon clothing, it is actually a sign and signal of your wealth.

Also black cars. Black cars are notoriously difficult to keep clean and well-maintained. Therefore, owning a black car is a signal that you’re rich enough, to maintain it, keep it clean, wax and polish it, etc.

ELITE SOLDIERS.

My ideal type of elite soldier can deal well with fasting; no need for breakfast or lunch, things which slow you down.

Also, assuming that we want to forge the most elite soldiers, we should feed them the most nutrient dense meats known to man. Ideally 100% grass fed meat, the finest cuts of beef. Beef ribs, beef neck bone, beef liver, beef large intestine, etc.

Also, what not to feed them, or what not to let them consume. From what I understand, the military is insanely strict when it comes to scheduling, fitness, working out, etc., but from what I understand, the food and beverage situation is horrific. Why allow them consume sugary monster and rockstar energy drinks? Only allow them to drink black coffee.

Also, do not allow them to eat sugars, starches, or anything which increases their body adipose tissue. Only build muscle.

Furthermore, weight lifting. Insanely heavy weight lifting is the goal.

Thinking Time

Just walking around, no headphones on, the best time to think.

In theory you could also think while driving, with no music or podcasts on, but thinking while walking is at least 1000 times better.

Kill two birds with one stone

For example, the upside of walking to the gym, even though it takes more time is that as you walk, you are technically getting “exercise”, and also as an entrepreneur, you come up with lots of great ideas.

Then it seems that the path to living the greatest possible life is strategizing your life in such a way that you could kill many birds with few stones.

For example, the beautiful quad at UCLA. It essentially looks like an Ivy League school. The beautiful brick buildings, an insanely great investment over 100 years ago by the initial founders of UCLA. It makes for great photographs, and also attracts more students. This is good business.

Why Race?

Racing cars is democratic and egalitarian in a bad way; any skinny fat loser in an expensive and fast car can go fast.

What takes more courage, and substance? Lifting insanely heavy weights instead. Why? Physical feats of strength are much more interesting than just pushing your foot to the pedal, and increase your adrenaline via G forces.

The best way to naturally produce your own adrenaline is hyping yourself up before lifting an insanely heavy weight. 7 plate and beyond or nothing.

College is boring, a waste of time?

Perhaps instead of going to college or university, better to just travel the world, live in Southeast Asia, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, etc.

Some places I love include Phnom Penh Cambodia, Saigon, Hanoi, Seoul South Korea. I truly feel that the most dynamic and interesting place currently in the world is in Asia.

Out of all the places that I mentioned, for myself, Phnom Penh Cambodia is the most interesting, as it is at the intersection of all of the great Asian tigers in the Indo Pacific area. Also, the best gym I’ve ever been to, monkifit in Phnom Penh. An insane amount of foreign investment from mainland China, makes Phnom Penh and Cambodia very interesting to me.

South Korea, Seoul is very interesting to me because of the strong American alliance and ties. And the strong economic link with South Korea; think about Hyundai, Kia, and Hyundai Genesis, Samsung, LG etc. Also note the strong American military presence in South Korea.

The best place to situate yourself is in a place which is at the intersection of many different nations, and activities.

Number one or nothing.

We only care for the best, the number one. We have zero interest in the number two, and lower.

Therefore as a marketing thing, try to brand things in such a way that you’re the number one of something. You can make it more niche and more specific.

Start off super small and super niche, and keep at it until you dominate and become number one in that small niche. And then as time goes on, expand into other adjunct areas, or other fields, and keep at it until you become number one those domains as well.

Then what is the final goal? Then to become number one in everything, in the entire world.

Standing transportation?

Assuming that sitting is bad for you, your health, your energy levels, and your physiology, it seems then the ideal way to transit is actually by standing. Therefore, this is a good praise or encouragement for riding the bus, or the subway, or any form of transit which allows you to stand.

Maybe even standing on electric scooter is better than sitting on a bicycle.

Driving makes me really tired?

The days where I could walk a lot, I have insanely high energy. The days in which I must drive a lot, I get extremely tired?

Theory; something about sitting is bad for your physiology, it makes you more tired?

Also, being indoors, not being able to get in the direct sun outdoors. Being indoors makes you more tired.

Assuming you want to use your life as a very interesting experiment, then perhaps a life in which you never have to drive is the ultimate ideal?

Or another words, living in the downtown, city area, in which you could walk everywhere. It is a wise idea and investment to spend the extra bucks on the higher rent.

Also as an economic theory; even if you live somewhere which has higher rent, and it is more expensive, perhaps you as a self-employed sole proprietor will actually make more money, net positive, because walking more will be superior for your health, ideation, and entrepreneurial vigor.

Why memes are bad

Memes like memory; a learned social practice, often cultural. Also often social.

For example at the gym, everyone thinks they must do bench press, tell the top the floor, squat parallel or below parallel, etc. Perhaps these names are bad. Much innovation to be had, beyond memes.

Dislike

Everybody always wants to be more liked. But what if the goal was instead, to instead become more disliked?

Grotesque or beautiful?

When it comes to physique, the question is whether somebody is grotesque or beautiful. The reason why I am anti-steroids, testosterone and performance enhancing drugs is that it makes people look grotesque.

Also women who do Botox injections, or unnatural augmentation, or plastic surgery. They end up looking more grotesque then beautiful.
