I have never really seen or witnessed any CrossFitters in real life who actually looked that fit. The men tend to be emasculated, kind of skinny, don’t have much muscle mass. Funny enough, the women tend to be much more muscular and impressive than the men.
I don’t think we should trust the physiques of any crossfitters who compete at the professional CrossFit games level, they are all on steroids or something.
The first thing is don’t go for repetitions. One rep max is enough.
In fact, it is my theory that injuries result as a result of going for multiple repetitions.
2. No classes
Another big thing that I am very anti-classes. Any sort of organized fitness class seems like a bad idea. Why? The feeling that you are a slave or a prisoner to the teacher or instructor, who often has some sort of ego or power trip.
3. Cross pollinate
Steal the best techniques from all worlds. From yoga, weightlifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting, calisthenics, CrossFit, etc.
4. Reduce the range of motion, increase the weight
For example, doing a very short and limited range of motion in a rack pull, rather than going for the full on deadlift from the floor.
Also, my innovation with the atlas lift, just striving to lift the weight off of the rack, driving with your legs, and just holding the weight on your shoulders, rather than actually squatting down and going for range of motion.
For example, with the iPhone, just get that which has the best, newest, and the most powerful processor.
Also a Tesla cars, perhaps the reason why it is a good idea to buy a brand new Tesla instead of an old used model S is that it has all of the new software, hardware, and in car processors in regards to auto pilot, etc.
For example, it is still quite phenomenal to me that the iPhone SE has such a great processor. Only the iPhone pro has a better processor to it.
For example, no reason to get the normal iPhone, as it has the same processor as the iPhone SE.
Theory: You treat your kid as well as you treat yourself. If you have high self-respect and high self-esteem, you will also likewise treat your kid the same way. My theory of parents who are “bad parents“ simply have no self-respect for themselves.
This means, pay no mind to people who have no self-respect for themselves.
Fitness for the sake of physiological well-being, and also, to think of even greater thoughts, and for greater innovation and artistic and creative ingenuity.
Just think yourself; if you were Elon musk, what would you do, what would you not do? What would you concern yourself with, what would you not concern yourself with?
If you feel like you don’t have enough hours in the day to attempt and do all the things you want to do, a simple thought is treat it like a benefit; he becomes a naturalistic way for you to gauge and Judge what to do or what not to do. That means, the truly essential tasks will get handled out by yourself, and the really inessential ones will be left undone.
For example, if somebody is depressed, unwell, no need to moralize, or assign blame to them. The better question is, can and do you want to “fix them“? Or heal them?
So then the question then becomes, how badly do you care for them?
When somebody calls you an “assholeâ€, what they are saying is how dare you speak to me like that, because I am not accustomed to having people acting differently or talking differently.

Yesterday worked out three times in a day — one rep max rack pull (7 plate attempt), at around 10am, then went back to the gym with my mom at around noon (did some heavy 150 pound dumbbell deadlifts and lifts), then later yoga at night with Cindy around 5pm, ate 2 pounds of beef liver, a pound of pork ribs, and slept like a god!
