My first time doing a muscle-up! Some tips:

1. The swing is very essential.
2. I use a ‘suicide grip’ (thumbs over the bar, not gripping the bar).
3. I practiced on a smaller chin-up bar first, by jumping up to practice the form.
4. It seems the goal is to throw your body OVER the bar.

New goal: to achieve a strict muscle-up.

A thought:

What do viruses want? What is their end-game?

Not the death of humanity. Their goal is to spread indefinitely. In theory, a virus doesn’t want to kill the host, unless there is some sort of biological benefit to killing the host.

For example, Corona Virus doesn’t need to kill people in order to spread. Perhaps people dying from COVID-19 is just a side-consequence of their weak immune system. My theory:

COVID-19 doesn’t wanna kill people, it just wants to spread.

Dear friends,

In this time of insane stress and difficulty comes a rose. Cindy just produced (and edited/cut/mixed the sounds) a new film (all by herself in Final Cut Pro), titled NONFUTURE: Meditations on Time.

Essentially it is a rose which has sprung from the pain of COVID-19, and how it has personally affected Cindy and her passage of time, thinking both historically and personally. Considering we are right now at an interesting infection point in history (we are currently living THROUGH history), we wanted to make this film to empower you, uplift you, and give you new joy in the midst of the fear, pain, and chaos of COVID-19.
