NO EQUIPMENT

IN LIFE, let us strive to maximize ourselves with NO EQUIPMENT.

A life without equipment is the best life.

Problem with consumerism and capitalism:

Your potential cannot be reached unless you purchase x, y, z.

Is this true?

What is your end-game?

ERIC KIM’S RAZOR:

Figure out what you want, then work backwards.

For example, if your goal is to get swole and build your muscles, you don’t need equipment. You just need to do a trillion pushups, sit-ups, bodyweight squats and chin-ups.

If you want to lose body fat, all you gotta do is intermittent fast. No breakfast and no lunch, only dinner. This requires no equipment, weird supplements, or stuff. Also the ‘via negativa’ approach of no sugar, no alcohol, no carbs, no fruits, no juices, no high fructose corn syrup, no legumes, etc.

What if you could never buy anything ever again?

Simple idea:

Imagine you could never buy anything new (or used) ever again. If this were the case, how could you use what you already own right now… and maximize it and yourself?
