How I Did a Muscle Up for the First Time

My first time doing a muscle-up! Some tips:

  1. The swing is very essential.
  2. I use a ‘suicide grip’ (thumbs over the bar, not gripping the bar).
  3. I practiced on a smaller chin-up bar first, by jumping up to practice the form.
  4. It seems the goal is to throw your body OVER the bar.

New goal: to achieve a strict muscle-up.
