I think one of the issues in modern day times is that, we are not honest. Rather than striving to be honest and critical, instead we strive to be “politically correctâ€.

Why the gym? A place for you to assert your dominance.
Whether we like it or not, it seems that the fact is without other men around, we cannot feel more dominant. Therefore, maybe the truth is that indeed, building your self-esteem and ego requires other men.

I think a big confusion that we get in between the sexes is this; men thinks that women are trying to control them, but this is not the case.
The big issue here is that men, always interpret things from a male perspective. Therefore, when anyone tries to assert their dominance over them, they perceive as if they are trying to being controlled.
The lust for more power, the lust to dominate. This is what drives man.
The desire of the sociologist philosopher?
The most potent color combination? Think potent bees.
The gym is the best place for men to kill time.
If we think about ancient Sparta, the ancient Greeks, the gymnasium was the space in which men went to exercise, train, practice their fighting, and also philosophize, interact with other men etc.
Why simplify?
First and foremost, simplification as strengthening. Even if you think about the ancient Greeks, the apex of wisdom, their thinking was strong, simple and wise.
Also, if you think about the apex of ancient Greek literature, the Iliad and the odyssey by homer, and the language used was all inspiring, in terms of just how sublimely simple it was.

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade:
When situations when things may seem to go against what you desire, perhaps the interesting approach then is to use the opportunity in your favor.
For example, I was only told by one of the staff members at my gym that taping weights on top of the barbell was against safety protocol. As a consequence, I just loaded up more weight on the side of the barbell, not really knowing whether I would be able to lift it up or not. This ended up being a blessing in disguise, because even though I made a massive jump, I got it up!
Perhaps this is a great stoic strategy to life?

This is the tricky thing; to consider the nuance in life of income versus expenses, savings etc.
This gets particularly interesting when your income is not fixed. That means, you don’t get a salary. Instead, when you are a self entrepreneur.
I thought that I had is that ultimately, maybe the best strategy is to simply slow drip yourself a base income, let’s say $5000 USD a month.
One thing I did learn from Daniel Kehnammen thinking fast and slow, is that ultimately, with money, it is better to instead of just give yourself a one huge lump sum, instead, better to have it come to you in small chunks.
For example, if you won the lottery, rather than anccepting all the money in one huge chunk, better to simply have it come to you in monthly installments.
Conversely, with bad things, bad news etc., better to give all the bad news in one huge lump sum, rather than in drips.

Become the change which you desire to see manifested in the world!

Fun life idea —
Once you have thought things through, and you realize that money is just a fiction, then, just keep withdrawing your cryptocurrency into US dollars to just cover your basic living expenses, and while you slowly withdraw some of your bitcoin and crypto into US dollars for your bank account to pay for rent, meat, travel etc., smile and see your overall thing grow.
To me this is such an insanely optimistic thing, especially with services like Coinbase. What does this mean? The overall portfolio value of your crypto and bitcoin will keep going up, stratosphere high, and you might only need to slowly withdraw $5000 USD a month for just basic living expenses.
Is this how the real rich live?

Do you really want people to know what your status really is?
In terms of safety, it actually makes more sense to be perceived as more poor for the rich. Why? You don’t want to get robbed or have your stuff stolen or having people ransoming your family etc.
Having solar panels at home, charging your electric car at home, no need to go to the gas station. Just buy coffee on Amazon bulk no need to go to a coffee shop. And also build a home gym.
Then, what else do you need?
Perhaps the upside of building your own home gym, in your garage, front lawn or backyard is that if it helps you save time, it is 1000% worth it.
Even though I love the gym, I’m starting to realize that there is a lot of wasted time.
Also, spending money in terms of where to live. This seems like a good idea if you can use money to live closer to your workplace, in order to reduce commuting or driving time.
The only style and approach of weightlifting which is interesting is the one which requires courage.
One rep max style.
One of the things I hate about modern day fitness is that there are too many “form nazis“. That means, “Your form is illegitimate and bad. You must do it as I do it.â€
Just leave other people alone!
Also, when you give suggestions, do it in a good hearted spirit, not denigrating.

First simple thing — more physiological power at the gym! Ever greater one rep maxes and personal records in all my lifts.
Goal: 1,200 pounds and beyond!
In America, we typically think that people who have a lot of money, or who earn a high salary is “rich“. However, that is not the case. If you’re a tech slave, working 200 hours a week, earning $1.2 million a year, you are just a well-paid slave.
Perhaps, the notion or the ideal of becoming “rich†or “successfulâ€, is the red lemming. The red herring. The real goal of something else. Becoming more powerful is the goal.
The path to real power.
Who is the new elite class? Not the working class, not anyone who works a high paying tech job.
Not anybody who receives a salary. It doesn’t matter if you’re being paid $500,000 or $750,000 a year.
The real Rich; real estate developers, Hollywood producers, etc.
Maybe I should do both? Get into real estate development, and also producing Hollywood movies?
Once again, note, it is not even movie directors or actors. They are simply the scapegoats. It is the producers who have the real power.
Also in music, it is not the rappers or the musicians who have power. It is the music producers, or those who run the labels.
Funny enough, it is not rich People Who drive ., Tesla’s. But, middle-class and upper middle-class people.
Real rich people seem to prefer to drive Mercedes AMG cars, G wagons, etc.
Or better yet, real rich people dancing to reach her about their car much. They drive old beat up civics, Honda odysseys etc.

For example, middle-class people tend to be very overfat.
Also, a lot of “fake rich“ people are also not fit.
Also, people from poor working class socioeconomic status also have poor health.
But the funny question, who actually has good health?
At the gym, who is healthy? People with a tan. People who often frequent the beach actually look pretty healthy.
For men, at the gym the men with very strong legs, very thick and muscular legs look healthy.
For women, also women with strong legs and buttocks looks strong and healthy.
Theory; people with strong and muscular legs look most healthy?
Or in other words, every day is leg day!



No “ketoâ€.
You cannot fake 100% carnivore. There is no such thing as fake meat.
So what is the best type of meat to eat? Typically organ meats, beef heart, beef liver, beef kidney, beef large intestine etc.
For me, meat. Also, gym. Also, sunlight.
For example, 1000 cal of eating Twinkies will result in the difference between eating 1000 cal of beef liver.
Or, consuming 1000 cal of white sugar is different than consuming 1000 cal of beef heart.
Also, the reason why all these “0 cal“ sweeteners are so pernicious is that they still make you fat.
Coke zero makes you fat, stevia makes you fat, etc.
Since crossing the 905 pound barrier for doing my atlas lift, in order to ensure that I don’t “hurt“ myself, I actually spend more time doing yoga, stretching, warming up, and doing mobility hip mobility and back things.
There should be more outdoor yoga places.
The reason why it is so funny is that the reason why there are even notions of “hot yoga“, is because traditionally in India, it is hot as fuck and humid as fuck. Therefore, it isn’t hot yoga for the sake of hot yoga, but simply, to chase what is natural outside!
Why? Because it gets in your way. also, big phones are bad too, because it also gets in your way!
Similarly speaking, bad homes are bad because they get in your way, and also, big cars are bad because it also gets in your way!
Big is bad.
When I see empty spaces, I love it because to me, it signals opportunity!
The hilarity is when people telling me all the time, be careful, you might hurt yourself, they’re kind of missing the point.
One rep max, extremely heavy weightlifting, powerlifting hypelifting demigod lifting is only interesting because there is an opportunity for a downside!
Also, the reason why it is good is that because it is “dangerous“, I can’t fuck around. I need to focus, I cannot be distracted.
