I think in order to dominate street photography, you must start off by dominating your fears.
The second idea is dominate the masters. See the masters as below you.
99.9% of street photography is failure when you hesitate.

First, what do you think your potential is? Second, what is the most straight shot to get there ?
Just got a Texas Power Bar in the mail (squat bar); the most beautiful thing I have ever witnessed and handled in real life!
How to do it like a real G:

HOW REAL MEN LIFT:
With weight lifting and life?
High ain’t high enough for me!!
Achilles as a good role model, as he was the strongest, most powerful fighter of them all.
Assuming that grip strength is strength, I suppose the end of it all is strength training. To become stronger.
Rule one: all real men, Stoics, lift weights.
My passion and interest in life is innovative concepts. New contacts I have never witnessed before.
Or in other words, if somebody else has done it before, I’m not interested.
Truly brand new.
To maintain your extreme arch and not slip around during your one rep max attempts?
Odysseus as praised by Homer for being “quick wittedâ€. The opposite is to be “slow wittedâ€â€” slow.
This was the original definition of being “retardedâ€â€” being slow. Not being “autisticâ€, etc.
The art of becoming more virtuous and manly:
First, more black robusta coffee. Death wish coffee is a good deal!

This is why I find the home charging cable very unaesthetic?
Maybe one day in the near future, you could just charge a Tesla at home, kind of like a powerwall or powermat? I just think of those wireless charging pad/mats they have for iPhones.
Insane abundance as the precursor to great innovation?
The ultimate privilege as the privilege of innovation? When you no longer need to be “efficient“ about things.
First, desire. The first question is, do you desire to become a stoic?
Second, practice. Perhaps we should seek confrontations, instead of trying to avoid them?
The new field:

It is funny once guys at the gym start telling me:
“Just be careful.â€
When people tell me this, especially guys who are bigger than me, what they really mean to say is,
I am insanely befuddled by the fact that this guy can lift more than me, and doesn’t use any sort of “protection“, whether it be a weight lifting belt, knee wraps, etc.
The funny thing is that because I do not use these silly weightlifting or powerlifting paraphernalia, whether it be wrist wraps, knee wraps, I’ll be lifting belt, etc., people don’t think that I am a “serious“ powerlifter or weightlifter.
Incoming!
Priest vs Pastor — priest is sacred, pastor is profane. Why I prefer a priest over pastor.
Logic is for the weak!

After doing a new one rep max rack pull, 785 pounds, which is eight 45-pound pound plates on each side, and a 10, using no belt, no wrist straps, only a mixed grip and chalk, a question on my mind:
Is there any real good reason to do deadlifts anymore?
First of all, why deadlift?
First, it is simple. All you need in terms of equipment is a barbell and weights, and the simple goal is to just successfully lift it off the floor.
Something I have discovered;
Once it has been turned into a “competitive sport“, the concept of deadlift has become bad.
For example, this over obsession of “locking outâ€, and bring it all the way up to your hips. My practical thought is even if you could lift the weight off the floor even half a centimeter, you have done your job.
The only good reason I think people might deadlift is because they have yet discovered the ingenuity of the one rep max rack pull. Innovated by ERIC KIM.
Perhaps the reason why people find my one rep max rack pulls so bizarre is that they cannot compare myself with them.
I think in the gym, there is this curiosity that people have:
How strong am I relatively compared to others?
And also —
If that other guy is actually stronger than me, then, how did he do it so disingenuously?
It seems that we men want to try to figure out some sort of mental gymnastics on why other people are less legitimate than us. For example, we sometimes think,
The real manly way to lift:
Perhaps the reason why I love one rep max lifting so much is how it gets my adrenaline up. An interesting superficial difference I’ve discovered is that the adrenaline level that I get with the atlas lift feels like it is 500%, whereas the adrenaline I feel with rack pulls only feels like 80%.
Something I am curious about, can I increase the frequency in which I do my atlas lift, without any detriment?
Or, are there any other lifts which I could do which gets my adrenaline sufficiently up that high as well?
Perhaps the reason why I also love street photography so much is the adrenaline rush. Photography or art or activities which don’t get your adrenaline up at boring?
Perhaps that is why with media, music, and films, I only like things which get my adrenaline off. For example, the movie 300 or John Wick, or listening to hard-core hip-hop music from Jay Z or Kanye West.
Maybe for us creators, we should also create things which cut the adrenaline of others up? Thus my hypelifting series.
Perhaps it is wise to overcompensate. For example, maybe it is better to overly hype yourself up before a one rep max, even if you don’t really “need itâ€.
Also, when it comes to compensating employees or other people, maybe it is better to compensate them more than you think you should.
Also, what timing on scheduling. Always overcompensate. That means, if you’re thinking about traveling for two weeks, go for three or four weeks. Also, before you get to the airport, if you think you can get there in two hours, try to get there at least 3 1/2 hours before.
Also, with cars and speed. Maybe just a good idea to overcompensate, and have a car which is faster than you think you need. Because when you really need it, the extra speed and acceleration, you could save your life, or prevent you from getting into an accident.
Also the same thing with battery life? You always need that extra battery when you least think you need it.
Also with weight lifting equipment. If you’re going to try to lift 1000 pounds, don’t use equipment which is rated at 1000 pounds. Better to use equipment which is rated at at least 2000 pounds.
What is wisdom? Knowing when it is wise to pick a fight, knowing when it is foolish.
Even the salty looks!
Fake manliness is comparing your manliness with other men, and trying to one up other men. Real manliness is when you are just too self-absorbed into yourself, that you don’t even see anyone else.
Theory—
It isn’t about forcing yourself not to compete with other men, it is just not seeing other men.
In other words, striving to become even more of an attention whore is a virtue?
What is manliness?
Don’t invest in other people, only invest in yourself.
