Ghetto spaces vs nice spaces?

Damp cold ghetto?

What makes a space ghetto versus nice? My thought is that ghetto spaces tend to be old, dark, cramped, moldy.

Also, lacking natural light, direct sun, or poor air flow.

How creators are divorced from their works

Typically when we look at the creations, the artistic creations of something, we almost never see the real face of the creator. Why is it critical that we be able to look at the creator? Because all of the creations of the creator are manifested.

For example, let us say a comic book creator illustrator and maker. Whatever comics they make is an idealized version of themselves. Also of their ethics and morality, artistic and aesthetic sense.

Or, a writer. I think it is critical to look at the face of a writer, their physiology, their bodily composition etc. Why? Their health will be imputed into their works! Or in other words,

A sick creator will only make sick creations.

The funny irony about pressure; the more you try to pressure somebody into doing something, the less likely they will do it. However on the contrary, when you tell people there is no pressure, they are more likely to do it.

Also, with expectations. If you don’t expect it, you’ll get it, however, if you expect it you won’t get it.

Minimum viable car, my opinion the best is some sort of used Prius.

Minimum viable bedding, tatami mat.

Minimum viable child, son. It seems that the true desire of every single man is to have at least one son. For example, if your first kid is a boy, consider yourself blessed. After that everything is upside, no downside.

Reducing the superfluous. Reducing and REMOVING superfluous features, flourishes, design aesthetics, concepts etc. Supreme spartan aesthetics and simplicity.

I’m starting to think or suspect that a lot of this modern day nonsensical concepts of “open communication“,“ speaking your mind” are bad. Also, therapy is bad.

I suspect that the Ancients figured it out, like Seneca and the Stoics. That perhaps becoming more stoic hard and cold and unfeeling is the way.

Why Doesn’t Anything Satisfy Me?

But perhaps this is my superpower?

Fortunately, the statics of Lumix G9 photos shot in grainy dynamic black-and-white mode and JPEG satisfy me!

Also, meat satisfies me! Beef neck bone is phenomenal and only 99 cents a pound! Instant pot for the win.

Problem: I have yet found a gym in LA which satisfies me.

Good thing: I am very very satisfied with the apartment me and Cindy found here in Culver City.

Also good thing, I am very satisfied with ERIC KIM Omakase coffee!

Also, I’m very happy with the clothing I have designed and made.

Theory: the only way to become satisfied with anything is to do and build and make it yourself? To innovate it yourself? To create it yourself?

Why is modern day man so weak?

First, he spends too much time indoors, and ultimately ends up preferring to be indoors over outdoors.

Second, he doesn’t practice walking or standing enough.

Third, he doesn’t lift insanely heavy weights.

Fourth, he doesn’t eat enough red meat, beef and lamb like real man.

Fifth, he consumes too much sugar, starches, vegetables and fruit, grains and rice, pasta, tortillas, and beer wine alcohol and drugs. He also smokes too much weed, and is too emotional.

Six, his bizarre media habits. He spends too much time, or any time watching TV shows, and also playing video games.

Seven, he lacks the ability to make eye contact with others, and have sustained lively conversation.
