Invest in hygiene and cleanliness

In other words, buy a cordless Dyson vacuum, and also when it comes to renting an apartment or place, optimize for newness and hygiene.

Also, no furniture. And also, no pets. No cats no dogs.

ERIC KIM FITNESS DISRUPTION.

FITNESS DISRUPTION.

FITNESS IS A RIPE FIELD FOR DISRUPTION.

Disrupt weakling notions of “cardio”, weight training “machines”, any exercise while sitting etc.

Also, disrupting notions of “reps”, repetitions.

Interventions:

  1. You never need to do more than one single repetition for any given lift.
  2. Do lifts and exercises which DO NOT require you to lie on your back, or sit down. Ideal is standing.
  3. Increase the weight, lower the range of motion.

Food disruptions

100% carnivore diet as optimal for the new demigod male.

Beef ribs, beef brisket at Costco or Costco business center. The only non meat item to eat is kimchi (no sugar added), or raw kale. Something with vinegar or something fermented, to help you digest your meat and consume more meat.

Intermittent fasting

How did the modern day man become so emasculated?

Not enough meat consumption, pet ownership, man made into a sick animal. Too much focus on accumulating and producing capital, a la Benjamin Franklin. No regard for the grandeur of the human body. Trying to seek masculinity through buying expensive sports cars, muscle cars, Tesla’s, iPhones, iPhone pros etc.

Real men drive gasoline cars.

The average Tesla driver is either a woman, a mom, or an emasculated man.

The best gasoline car is probably a Hyundai sonata.

Meat is cheap.

Way more budget friendly to be 100% carnivore, then to eat eggs, vegetables, fruit, vegetarian vegan, fish etc. which is very expensive.
