Always push the boundaries.
I wish that there was some sort of place, kind of like a WeWork, where I could just rent a kitchen for half an hour, to cook my own meat.
For example, a lot of weightlifting exercises are optimized and designed to make them intensely more difficult, awkward, and ineffective in terms of leveraging your strength. My simple thought is it makes more sense to strive to improve the leverages of your lives, increasing the weight, and ultimately, putting on more strength and muscle?
For example, at what point will the weight not just budge anymore?
Literally.
Black as a blank canvas.
Maximal direct sunlight, grass fed beef, pasture raised eggs, organ meats, sleeping 10-12 hours a night?
Even a co-op coffee shop or shared work space?
Health is the ultimate privilege?
A simple life path:
For example eat after your kid goes to sleep?
Making photos is (one) of my great passions!
Challenge and danger?
Become less frugal, more profligate.
Become more wasteful, more extravagant?
When you have the chance, grass fed beef. Also, pastured eggs over the normal stuff, like Nellies eggs.
Theory; you’ll derive more physiological energy and power from higher nutrition density foods.
For example, life is too short to just drive a Toyota Corolla or Prius. Or drive anything which is standard.
Without being monitored, policed, etc.
Consume more energy, food, resources?

Some with iPhone camera built in black and white noir mode with “rich contrast†photo style applied on iPhone SE and flash, some photos under exposed by -1.5-2 exposure. Also some post processed more after the fact with more contrast, lower brightness, higher black point.
Some with provoke camera app. Some with flash and some without.

RICOH GR IIIX photos still as waaaay better — but just messing around on iPhone because my Ricoh died.

Ricoh GR IIIX went kaput — time to experiment more with iPhone and flash?

King Leonidas
The #1 most dominant or nothing.
Currently my two main passions.

All of these Silicon Valley nerds afraid of getting laid off — the more robust path is entrepreneurship and self employment.

Become the change which you desire to see manifested in the world!
Never stop innovating.

No fitness, no life.

My passion for fitness:

Maximum muscular engagement in the traps and beyond:
Perhaps the path to the greatest life is the life with the maximum amount of engagement?
Part– muscular engagement (powerlifting 2.0).
Also with entrepreneurship– maximum engagement in what you’re doing (something you care to do?)
With creative work, maximum engagement– to be insanely in the zone of what you do?
Too unreliable, crashes often, too many bugs, etc. Also too expensive, doesn’t last long.
