Hygiene” literally means “the art/technique” of health in ancient greek.

Thus perhaps when we think about hygiene — we first should prioritize our health (not just germ-avoidance).

Then another thought —

Thus our new goal:

To strive to GROW MORE, physical culture is growth culture.

No Guilt, Only Understanding

A thought —

Perhaps in life, we shouldn’t strive to feel guilty for how we feel, act, and think.

Perhaps instead we simply strive to understand WHY we act, think and judge in certain ways, without self-criticizing ourselves. And if we understand our actions, no necessarily to change ourselves either?
