Happiness starts in the body.
Podcast
Where do ‘happiness’ hormones come from?
Certainly the body. Hormones of serotonin, oxytocin, etc.
Our physiology started before our mind
Homo erectus: our fore-fathers were designed to walk, hunt, run, and expose themselves to the cruel outdoors.
Homo sapiens: we then became more intelligent. But considering we were descended from homo-erectus, it certainly seems that we MUST still walk, run, and be outdoors!
Thus the modern man should be:
Hybrid of both erect (standing, moving, walking, running) and also intelligent.
Start by walking
It seems the most basic thing we can do is this:
Start the day by drinking a strong cup of black coffee and water, then just go out for a walk!
When you go out for a walk, THEN you start thinking!
Why be ‘happy’?

If you are happy (physiologically), then you have the strength and desire to PROCREATE and MAKE ART!
