The harder you go, the harder you must rest.
Extreme rest
What is extreme rest? After an insanely exhausting day of insanely active activity, put on your eye mask, ear plugs, noise cancelling headphones (with white noise), and don’t do anything. Extreme blocking of distractions in the evening. Refusal to have caffeine and force yourself to ‘work more’ or ‘be more productive’ in the evening, after the sun has gone down.
Extreme activity
During the day, allow yourself unlimited coffee (black, no cream no sugar). Intermittent fasting during the day, nothing to slow or bog you down. Don’t break your fast until the evening … once the sun has gone down (ramadan style).
CYCLE
Then the goal:
Cycle between extreme activity and extreme rest, in order to maximize you!
