Quit alcohol
I don’t trust alcoholics. What is an alcoholic? Anybody who drinks at least one alcoholic beverage every single day, doesn’t matter if it is beer or red wine etc.
-
Alcohol is worse than drugs?
I wonder if alcohol is actually worse than other drugs like marijuana, cocaine, etc. The big problem is people do both at the same time.
For example, it seems that everyone who smokes marijuana or consumes THC etc *ALSO* drink alcohol, whether concurrently or just in general.
Therefore a funny thought; maybe it would be best for people to just not drink alcohol, and let them do all the other weird drugs.
I think the thing with alcohol is that it has become so normalized in society, and is not really seen as a bad thing. Consider all these modern day losers who make it a thing that their whole life project is about discovering craft beer? Same thing with people who get into wine or spirits?

Unethical, immoral is better
Why? It seems that a lot of modern day ethics and virtues are weird and bad.

Durability?
iPhone SE sucks. Don’t get it. Durability is insanely poor. For example, the silencer on off switch has already broken! Only after 1 year of use.
Suggestion for Apple: just get rid of and axe the iPhone SE from the iPhone lineup! A good way to simplify things!

CAR THOUGHTS
Just went to the Petersen automotive museum, some thoughts:
How I found out about it?
I suppose one of the big upsides of living in LA, Los Angeles, is that there are so many epic and great things here. For example, I was just randomly driving down Fairfax one day from the gym, and I saw this insanely a big building, with great curved white stainless steel and red architecture. I was curious what it was and I saw that it was the Peterson automotive museum on Google maps. I thought to myself, maybe one day I could take Sen here.
***
So finally the other day, after Sen took a quick nap in the car, I thought that it might be the best time to take Sen to the museum.
To me, after touring the whole place with Sen, some thoughts:
- I suppose the good thing of going to museum was that after seeing all these cars in real life, I no longer feel the desire to own any of them.
- The second thought which is useful is to think and consider these cars as art objects. That is, it ain’t cars for the sake of movement or driving, but something else.
-
The minimum amount of friction possible?
One of the very good things about the sandbag gym concept is that it is insanely useful and convenient to just be able to keep in the trunk of your car, drive straight to the park, and work out right there!
Confidence, the genesis of self confidence?

PETERSEN AUTOMOTIVE MUSEUM THOUGHTS
Very cool:
-
STRONGMAN?
Perhaps a good idea — training for these styles of events?
Power Steps?
Essentially climbing up steps, imagine a huge vertical kettlebell around 500 lbs with a handle on top.
But why don’t strongmen look that impressive?
Also, it seems ultimately the question and contest is:
Who can take the most steroids the best?
-
Don’t trust the early Christian writers
I could bet that they had morbid and degenerate physiologies.
Morbid people, morbid thoughts?
-
Weak Parents?
It seems that most parents lack the physical strength and vigor to take care of their kids all day. Or, they lack the insane pride in their children as I do with Seneca?
I get the sense that lot of parents, even if they won the lottery, they actually wouldn’t desire to spend all day with their kids?
-
Miserable people vs happy people?
It seems that we pay more attention or give more heed or are more influenced by miserable people than happy people?
For another words, one miserable person can outweigh the happiness of 1000 happy people?
Thus, do everything in your best power to escise miserable people from your sight, your environment, your home, your neighborhood, your social circle etc.
It is not your duty to “fix†or “help†miserable people. Also they are not bad people for being miserable; just treat them like they have the plague. They must be quarantined.

What is wisdom?
Wisdom is gaining self knowledge. What is the difference between somebody who is a fool, or more foolish, or person who is wise or more wise? Is simply a matter of who has more self knowledge.
-
Give them what they need
“It may not be what they want†– Kanye (On Sight, YEEZUS ALBUM).
Something I have observed; it seems that in actuality, when people say they want XYZ, and they ask you to give it to them, don’t give it to them. Why? Most people are foolish and actually don’t really know what they need or want.
For example, a very basic thing. People think that if I buy this car or have X amount of money something I’ll be happy. This is never the case. And therefore we should not count out to their needs desires or wants. Because they are foolish and don’t know their true desires.
-
JUST IGNORE THEIR OBJECTIONS, PREFERENCES, AND WHAT THEY *THINK* THEY WANT
Also, their ‘desires’.

Good anger, bad anger?
Bad anger is the type of anger which gives you a headache literally?

Ignore all this modern day B.S.
Rather cultivate your own ethos, ethics, aesthetics, path, philosophy, technique — your own new Stoicism.
-
IGNORE THE MODERN.
Follow the old school, Stoic.
-
The point of life is physicality?
It seems that for a lot of people, the point of life is money, capital accumulation, productivity etc. But why if we took a Spartan approach; at the point of life was actually in fact physicality?

Bigger areas for play?
It seems for Sen, he is most engaged and energized and excited when he is at a really really really big playground. With lots of room to roam explore and discover.
Towards the really really big open world concept; maybe the same thing is for us adults; we hate feeling trapped and cramped? Similarly speaking, we need a very very big arena to play?

Bitcoin is the new future singular currency?

Apparently there are 80+ global currencies … perhaps Bitcoin can become the future dominant global currency?
