Some men might experience more noticeable fluctuations in mood, energy, and other factors that could be hormonally influenced, but linking these changes directly to a consistent monthly cycle requires more scientific study.

    The hilarious thing is in modern day times, we pay a premium “outdoor access“ eggs, chicken etc.… Or “free range“. Yet we knew modern-day humans, we are not permitted outdoor access, nor are we permitted to be “free range“.

    For example, note the cruelty of the modern day classroom; children forced to sit (which is 10000% not natural)— and literally be sedentary, and not move at all, for nearly 50 minutes, before being shuffled off to the next class.

    Then once we become adults, society bemoans the fact that we are so “sedentary”, and don’t move around and exercising enough. Yet what society doesn’t think or realize:

    “Dude… ever since you were in school, maybe kindergarten or the first grade, you’re already trained and whipped by your teachers to sit down, shut up, and not move around.”

    And as a consequence, this is how the modern-day child becomes so sedentary.

    I have some funny thoughts:

    1. If your kid wants to play on the iPhone or an iPad, maybe the rule is that they are only allowed to do it while outside!
  • Communicate Less

    Don’t “check in“; minimum viable communication.

  • The US dollar is not a store of value

    Assuming with inflation, the value of the US dollar or the purchasing power, the purchasing power parity goes down by 7% every year.

  • The bitcoin network is invincible?

    According to Michael Saylor, if an AI took over all the computers on the planet, including all of the servers of Apple, Amazon google etc.… It still would not be able to take down the bitcoin network.

  • Switch from the weak currencies to the strong currencies

    The US dollars is still good, but bitcoin is still stronger.

    Thus, the ideal strategy is to just have all of your US dollars converted into bitcoin, and withdrawing Fiat currency as you need.
