CARNIVORE DIET

Towards a more carnivorous diet, or a more ‘animal based’ diet:

What is a carnivore?

Carne — flesh. Blood. Meat from killed animals.

Why carnivore?

One Massive Meal a Day

The idea:

We humans are biological beings. What do biological beings desire? To become more powerful.

And how do we become more powerful? By consuming more grains? No. We want to consume more flesh, red meat.

Why this bias against eating meat?

EATING/ PORK RIBS by ERIC KIM // What I Eat BEATS BY KIM

My thought:

People are anti-meat eating for environmental and “moral” reasons.

Once again let me say it again:

Most people when they are anti-meat consumption it isn’t ONLY a health thing … it is because they say ‘it is bad for the planet, blah blah blah’

Is it bad for humans to be wasteful and consume (lots) of resources?

I don’t think so. I don’t believe in morals and ethics (in the popular sense). Certainly I have my own code of morals and ethics for myself, but they cannot be applied to EVERYONE from an Immanuel Kant perspective (his notion of the ‘categorical imperative’ was that “one must act as if his actions were to become universal laws for all of humanity”). But this is bad, because it doesn’t allow for dynamics in society — not all societies are the same, nor SHOULD they be the same.

ERIC KIM GHETTO HOME COOKING AND EATING

How to eat a carnivore diet

Basic gist:

Eat as much meat as humanly possible, and eat lots of bitter herbs and greens (kale, collard greens) to help digest it.

Also, good to eat fermented foods (kimchi, sauerkraut) to help you digest more of your meat.

My personal goal:

Try to eat at least 5 pounds of meat a day.

That means, intermittent fasting (no breakfast or lunch), and just one massive massive massive meal in the evening!

Sure you can eat other stuff

Of course you can eat whatever you want. But for me, to eat more meat means more testosterone, less fat accumulation (adipose tissue), and more muscular gains.

In praise of cheap cuts of meat

Yeah yeah we all know that organic, non-gmo, pasture raised, grass fed meats is better. But I am cheap. I prefer to save money. That means I eat all the industrialized meats — uber-cheap. This means pork ribs for $1.29 a pound, pork loin roast for .99 cents a pound, chicken leg quarters for $1 a pound, and beef/steak for $4.99 a pound. If I was a billionaire I’d eat only the supreme high quality meats, but hey — I prefer to live frugally. I prefer a more ‘ghetto‘ lifestyle.

EAT ON!
