I do it uber-ghetto and simple:
Simpler is better
Simple foods. Eggs. Meat. Bitter herbs and greens. Just toss it all in a crockpot, or just bake it in the oven (350 degrees, or 450 degrees).
Do you eat to live, or live to eat?
I say:
Eat food to augment your physical and muscular gains.
