Dear friend,

In these tough times, what better thing to do than to re-spark and re-ignite your passion for photography? For me, photography is everything. Photography is our primary artistic outlet, and creative force and power.

I created this unique Online Photography Creativity Workshop to re-spark your passion for photography, to motivate you to level-up your work, and for you to evolve as a visual artist, even when stuck indoors, at home, or in quarantine.

Why photography in a time of crisis?

ERIC KIM online photography creativity workshop

Right now is your chance. Your unique opportunity. The world is crazy, and we are currently experiencing a unique moment in history. We are currently living THROUGH history, a privilege few people ever have the opportunity to do so.

Thus my thought:

Right now is your opportunity to make some incredible photos, for you to become more entrepreneurial, for you to expand your reach, influence, and for you to discover deeper meaning and impact in your photography.

What you will gain

In this ERIC KIM ONLINE PHOTOGRAPHY CREATIVITY WORKSHOP (May 2nd, Saturday, 2020) you will gain:

  1. Re-sparked motivation to make new photos which have deep personal impact and importance to you.
  2. New ideas and visions for your photographic life.
  3. The opportunity to get real feedback and critique on your work.
  4. Bespoke and tailored photo-assignments to take your photography to the next level.
  5. Creative ideas on how to make photos while stuck indoors or in quarantine.
  6. The chance to interact and engage with other passionate and like-minded photographers and individuals.
  7. The opportunity for you to learn unique ideas how to “cross-pollinate” your creativity, and make it through photography.
  8. Technical help and assistance in terms of making a photography website, blog, or portfolio.
  9. Learning new strategies to expand your influence, fame, and following on the internet.
  10. Thoughts on how to make your own YouTube channel, how to vlog, shoot videos, and make a deeper societal impact through your work.

All upside, no downside.

Why I am teaching this workshop

Honestly, I feel bad. I feel bad that a lot of us photographers are stuck at home, or scared, or finding it difficult to make photos and be creative during this time of pandemic. This workshop is my solution and idea– I want to truly re-inspire you, re-spark your passion for photography, and re-motivate you to get the ball rolling in your creative passion of photography again!

What if I’m not sure if this workshop is right for me?

If you got any questions, please email my workshops manager Neil Ta at neilta@gmail.com. We will conduct the workshop May 2nd, 2020 (Saturday, from 12-2pm Eastern EST time) via the “ZOOM” (tele-conferencing) app, which is free to download, and you can access it via your phone, tablet, or laptop. As long as you have an internet connection, this will work for you.

I would personally say that this workshop is good for all photographers, because what we will be tackling is discovering unique creative photography ideas for you — in terms of your approach, marketing, curation, and website/blog-creation. This is why I call it an online photography creativity workshop

The goal is for this workshop to spark new creative ideas within yourself and give you new sources of motivation to thrive as a photographer and visual artist, and this is my promise to you.
