  • What is a “waste of time”?

  • Dynamic or static?

  • Just don’t die.

  • Not elite, but spartan

  • Look strong or be strong?

  • THE PLATFORM IS KING

For example, everyone seems to be obsessed about how many billions of views to get, but why doesn’t anyone ever think; the most impressive thing is a platform hosting the views.

  • I SHALL BE REMEMBERED FOREVER!

  • Everybody wants more power

  • PHOTO STRATEGY.

Something that is insanely essential is one’s photo strategy for things.

  • How to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit

Cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit is mostly a teaching thing. For example, not giving your kid handouts, and teaching them that they can become self-sufficient, and innovate and entrepreneur on their own.

  • Democratizing photography

Why I love the Ricoh gr 3X so much is that it democratizes photography. Anybody using it, shooting high contrast black and white and JPEG will create phenomenal images.

Then the goal isn’t to make good images, but simply, to capture photos and things that are personally meaningful to you.

  • Running is a scam. Sprinting is good, running is bad.

  • Not “fitness“, but strength. One rep max strength.

    Anti-CrossFit.

  • Sunlight is the ultimate privilege?

  • Why beautiful environments?

Beautiful environments uplift, invigorate, and inspire us!

For example Royce hall at UCLA. Possibly one of the most beautiful buildings I’ve witnessed in real life. This and the buildings in Venice

  • Why design is good business

For example, the beautiful quad at UCLA. It essentially looks like an Ivy League school. The beautiful brick buildings, an insanely great investment over 100 years ago by the initial founders of UCLA. It makes for great photographs, and also attracts more students. This is good business.

  • You cannot do more than one thing at a time

    Or can you?

  • Why Race?

Racing cars is democratic and egalitarian in a bad way; any skinny fat loser in an expensive and fast car can go fast.

What takes more courage, and substance? Lifting insanely heavy weights instead. Why? Physical feats of strength are much more interesting than just pushing your foot to the pedal, and increase your adrenaline via G forces.

The best way to naturally produce your own adrenaline is hyping yourself up before lifting an insanely heavy weight. 7 plate and beyond or nothing.

  • The Supreme Joy of a Child

  • How to save time.

  • College is boring, a waste of time?

Perhaps instead of going to college or university, better to just travel the world, live in Southeast Asia, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, etc.

Some places I love include Phnom Penh Cambodia, Saigon, Hanoi, Seoul South Korea. I truly feel that the most dynamic and interesting place currently in the world is in Asia.

Out of all the places that I mentioned, for myself, Phnom Penh Cambodia is the most interesting, as it is at the intersection of all of the great Asian tigers in the Indo Pacific area. Also, the best gym I’ve ever been to, monkifit in Phnom Penh. An insane amount of foreign investment from mainland China, makes Phnom Penh and Cambodia very interesting to me.

South Korea, Seoul is very interesting to me because of the strong American alliance and ties. And the strong economic link with South Korea; think about Hyundai, Kia, and Hyundai Genesis, Samsung, LG etc. Also note the strong American military presence in South Korea.

The best place to situate yourself is in a place which is at the intersection of many different nations, and activities.

  • Anti-Mediocrity

It is fine if others, you perceive them as mediocre. And certainly, society cannot exist without the mediocre.

However for you as a solo entrepreneur and innovator, keep away from mediocre with a 1000 foot stick. Mediocre thinking, mediocrity.

  • Number one or nothing.

We only care for the best, the number one. We have zero interest in the number two, and lower.

Therefore as a marketing thing, try to brand things in such a way that you’re the number one of something. You can make it more niche and more specific.

Start off super small and super niche, and keep at it until you dominate and become number one in that small niche. And then as time goes on, expand into other adjunct areas, or other fields, and keep at it until you become number one those domains as well.

Then what is the final goal? Then to become number one in everything, in the entire world.

  • Everywhere it kind of sucks.

Everywhere kind of sucks; make the best out of where you currently are. Because even if you go somewhere else, it still sucks, and who knows, it actually might suck more.

  • Never stop walking, never stop moving.

Assuming you could also lift weights every single day, let us continue our 30,000 steps a day challenge!

  • Fitness and gym culture is good

Maybe “gym intimidation” is actually a good thing. Why? Then it does take courage and balls to enter and exhibit your strength in the arena.

  • Standing transportation?

Assuming that sitting is bad for you, your health, your energy levels, and your physiology, it seems then the ideal way to transit is actually by standing. Therefore, this is a good praise or encouragement for riding the bus, or the subway, or any form of transit which allows you to stand.

Maybe even standing on electric scooter is better than sitting on a bicycle.

  • Your time and life is limited

Don’t waste your time with people who slow you down, waste your time, drag you down.

  • Driving makes me really tired?

The days where I could walk a lot, I have insanely high energy. The days in which I must drive a lot, I get extremely tired?

Theory; something about sitting is bad for your physiology, it makes you more tired?

Also, being indoors, not being able to get in the direct sun outdoors. Being indoors makes you more tired.

Assuming you want to use your life as a very interesting experiment, then perhaps a life in which you never have to drive is the ultimate ideal?

Or another words, living in the downtown, city area, in which you could walk everywhere. It is a wise idea and investment to spend the extra bucks on the higher rent.

Also as an economic theory; even if you live somewhere which has higher rent, and it is more expensive, perhaps you as a self-employed sole proprietor will actually make more money, net positive, because walking more will be superior for your health, ideation, and entrepreneurial vigor.

  • Insanely extreme buffer time

Better to have extreme buffer time, in front and back, than cutting to close to the bone.

  • What makes America a great nation?

America as a nation is the most great, when the government or superfluous regulations don’t get in your way.

The best government is the government that just leaves you alone.

  • COMPRESSION CLOTHING MAKES YOU MORE PRODUCTIVE?

Theory — it motivates you to move more! Lululemon long sleeve compression license to train top, and lululemon vital drive half tights paired with lululemon license to train shorts.

  • Why memes are bad

Memes like memory; a learned social practice, often cultural. Also often social.

For example at the gym, everyone thinks they must do bench press, tell the top the floor, squat parallel or below parallel, etc. Perhaps these names are bad. Much innovation to be had, beyond memes.

  • Maximally Lively, Maximally Fun

For myself, bodybuilders are far more fun, lively, and enjoyable than powerlifters.

  • Dislike

Everybody always wants to be more liked. But what if the goal was instead, to instead become more disliked?

For example, it seems a lot of guys are afraid of looking “gay.” But what if, as a straight guy, you sought to look more â€œgay?”

  • FULL STACK STRENGTH

    Master it all.

  • Ideation

In order to come up with more ideas, creative ideas, etc., lifting weights at the gym is good, also driving.

  • Low level philosophy or high level philosophy?

  • Grotesque or beautiful?

When it comes to physique, the question is whether somebody is grotesque or beautiful. The reason why I am anti-steroids, testosterone and performance enhancing drugs is that it makes people look grotesque.

Also women who do Botox injections, or unnatural augmentation, or plastic surgery. They end up looking more grotesque then beautiful.

  • Everything pisses me off, everyone pisses me off. I’m always pissed off. But maybe that’s OK

  • The practice is the reward

Simply having the privilege to practice something is the reward in itself.

For example, weight lifting at the gym. The practice of lifting weights is what is most enjoyable, fun, and gratitude for me.

  • NEW DEVELOPMENTS.

I am passionate about new developments!

  • Fitness and Happiness

Assuming everyone wants to be “happy”, and assuming that fitness and working out, going to the gym, lifting weights, being outdoors, shirt off, getting a nice tan, food and diet (100% carnivore diet, no weed, alcohol, carbs, sugars, etc)— shouldn’t we optimize our lives for diet, health and fitness?

  • Hybrid method — plugin is good.

Perhaps plug-in hybrid is a good idea. In praise of Prius Prime and the Lexus variants.

Also hybrid methodologies and approaches are good.

  • THINK FOR YOURSELF.

  • Never turn your back on things

This is why mafia dons always sit all the way back at restaurants, with their back facing the corner wall. So they could see anything and everything, to make sure that they don’t get backstabbed. Or back shot.

  • More flesh surface area!

The upside of walking around outdoors with your shirt off, you got more surface area to absorb UV radiation from the sun, especially during the winter time.

  • Everything in life is a minor annoyance at best.

  • Why is flexing seen as being bad manners?

Why is flexing seen as being bad manners?

Maybe it is a good idea that after you go to the gym, and get a good pump, to take your shirt off and just flex in the bathroom gym mirrors, maximal veiny action!

Also an idea is after you finish your workout at the gym, and you get a good pump, in the bathroom, give a random person your Ricoh GR IIIX camera and ask them to take photos of you for you.
