Simple ideas:

  1. Cut meat with scissors
  2. Eat canned food, or frozen foods (like frozen kale, canned sauerkraut, etc)
  3. Eat vinegary-foods while eating meat, in order to aid digestion in order to eat more meat.
  4. Crock pot foods for greater ease and simplicity (Crockpot as more convenient, simpler, and superior to even an ‘Instant Pot’ which seems far too complicated).
  5. Cook meats in the oven in a cast iron or pan at 450 degrees for simplicity.
