Simple ideas:
- Cut meat with scissors
- Eat canned food, or frozen foods (like frozen kale, canned sauerkraut, etc)
- Eat vinegary-foods while eating meat, in order to aid digestion in order to eat more meat.
- Crock pot foods for greater ease and simplicity (Crockpot as more convenient, simpler, and superior to even an ‘Instant Pot’ which seems far too complicated).
- Cook meats in the oven in a cast iron or pan at 450 degrees for simplicity.
