Towards a more carnivore diet — also eat a LOT of bitter greens (kale, collard greens, spinach!)

Use scissors (preferably kitchen scissors; the heavy-duty kind) to cut your meat:t
Keep it simple
Bake the meat in the oven 400 degrees. Pork, pork belly, pork loin shoulder roast whatever.
Do both
Lots of meat AND lots of bitter greens (kale, collard green, spinach) and fermented foods (sauerkraut, kimchi) — foods with lots of vinegar to help process and digest the meat.
