WHAT DO WE *REALLY* WANT?

It seems nobody knows what they *really* want. The superficial desires, and low level desires include happiness, peace of mind, zen, etc. However, I think what we desire is more than that.

We seek more power?

Superficially, it seems we want more power.

For example, one thing I personally desire is more physiological power. More strength, gusto, and levity in my legs and muscles, higher elevated mood, and greater desire to move and do things.

I desire stronger legs.

I desire stronger legs, and greater ease of movement. A simple thought is that in order to live a better life, train your legs. For example, it seems that 90% or maybe even 99% of your effort in terms of working out or the gym should be in developing your legs, to become maximally strong. Hercules legs, or ”thunder thighs” is the ideal.

For example, at the gym just aim for one rep max sumo deadlifts, or one rep max squats.

For homework outs, buy a 105 pound kettle bell, and do squats with it, kettle bell swings, or cleans.
