THE IDEAL DIET FOR A PHOTOGRAPHER ARTIST

What is the ideal diet for a photographer artist? My thoughts:

Why nutrition is important for photographers and artists

WHAT I EAT

The notion that food, diet, nutrition, fitness ain’t important for photographers or artists is bad. It is essential. In fact, I note diet, nutrition, exercise as MORE important than knowing photographic theory, technique, etc.

Why?

The physiologically stronger and more vigorous you are, the more motivated, inspired, and productive you will be as a photographer.

The photographer workout plan

We are searching for the apex workout style, and the apex nutritional diet. How do we break this down? My thoughts:

Meat is the answer

I am convinced meat is the answer. Why? The more flesh and blood and red stuff you consume, the stronger your body becomes. There is a reason why Milo of Croton ate 20 pounds of steak a day, and 20 pounds of bread a day, and apparently around 5 gallons of wine a day (of course these numbers are apocryphal — which means just a ‘high tale’)


The stronger your body, the stronger your artistic production

I am the most artistically productive when I am in the highest physiological health.
