If you’re stuck at home (but can still order dumbbells or kettlebells on Amazon or online), or buy them at a local fitness store, this is a very simple workout you can do at home. Even works in my tiny apartment that is around 300 square feet.
Just buy two dumbbells (or kettlebells) and do the following:
- Do a bicep curl
- Squat and stand
- Do a shoulder press
- (Repeat)
Order dumbbells or kettlebells on amazon, or pick them up at a local fitness store. You can probably do this for maximum repetitions at home everyday (or every other day), and I can guarantee you, this will help you build tons of muscle mass!
