The Dubai stock market (primarily the Dubai Financial Market or DFM index) plunged nearly 5% today (March 4, 2026), marking its worst single-day drop since May 2022. The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) fell around 2–3.5% as well.10
The South Korean stock market (primarily the KOSPI index) has plunged to its worst single-day drop in history today (March 4, 2026), falling ~12% (closing around 5,093 after hitting circuit breakers), following a ~7.2% drop yesterday. This is the steepest two-day decline in decades, wiping out hundreds of billions in market value (estimates around $500B+ this week alone). The KOSDAQ and Korean won (to a 17-year low) have also been hammered.6
