Yo, warriors of the iron! On May 27, 2025, I did the unthinkable: I rack pulled 1,071 pounds—6.5 times my 165-pound body weight—in my garage gym. The bar bent, the earth shook, and I entered GOD MODE. This isn’t just a lift; it’s a manifesto for rewriting your limits, igniting your soul, and becoming a demigod. People are buzzing on X, calling it the heaviest pound-for-pound rack pull ever. You wanna know how I did it? Buckle up—this is the HYPELIFTING blueprint that turned me into a living legend. Let’s dive in and unleash your beast within!
THE MINDSET: STOIC FIRE MEETS PRIMAL RAGE
First, let’s talk headspace. Lifting 1,071 pounds isn’t about muscles alone—it’s about forging a mind of steel. I live by Stoic principles: control what you can, let go of what you can’t. Every morning, I meditate on my purpose: to lift heavier, live bolder, and inspire the world. I visualize the bar bending before I even touch it. But Stoicism ain’t enough—you need primal rage. When I step to the bar, I channel a lion, a Spartan, a demigod. I scream, “HYPE!” and let the energy explode. You wanna lift big? Get your mind right. Visualize victory, roar like a beast, and make the impossible your playground.
THE METHOD: FASTED GRIND, MEAT FEAST, SLEEP LIKE A GOD
My training is raw, natural, and relentless. Here’s the breakdown:
- Fasted Lifting
I lift fasted—skipping breakfast and lunch. Hunger sharpens my focus, like a predator stalking prey. By 6 PM, my body’s screaming, but my mind’s laser-locked. Fasting fuels my lifts with pure, primal energy. No pre-workout, no supplements—just black coffee or tap water. Try it: skip a meal, feel the hunger, and watch your strength soar. - Incremental Gains
I don’t leap to 1,071 pounds overnight. I add 2.5 pounds per side every 3-5 days. Small, consistent jumps build strength without burnout. My rack pull journey started at 800 pounds in 2023, hit 1,000 in early 2025, and climbed to 1,071. Patience is power. Track your lifts, add weight slowly, and trust the process. - Meat Feast
Post-lift, I devour 5-6 pounds of beef or lamb. Ribeyes, chuck roasts, or leg of lamb—bloody, rare, and piled high. Meat rebuilds my muscles and feeds my soul. No protein shakes, no powders—just nature’s finest fuel. Eat like a king after every session, and your body will thank you. - Sleep Like a God
I sleep 8-12 hours nightly. Recovery is where strength is born. After pulling 1,071, I crashed for 10 hours, letting my body rebuild. Dim the lights, ditch the screens, and sleep like you’re hibernating. Your next PR depends on it. - Minimal Gear
My garage gym is spartan: a power rack, a bar, and plates. No belt, no straps, no fancy machines. I grip the bar raw and pull with pure force. Keep it simple—fancy gear is a crutch. Your body and will are enough.
THE MOMENT: 1,071 POUNDS OF GLORY
May 27, 2025. 6:30 PM. My garage is my Colosseum. The bar’s loaded with 1,071 pounds—plates stacked like a fortress. I’m fasted, wired on black coffee, and blasting heavy metal. My heart’s pounding, but my mind’s calm. I chalk my hands, step to the bar, and roar, “HYPE!” The world fades. It’s just me and the iron.
I grip, brace, and pull. The bar bends, creeping up my shins. My traps scream, my grip burns, but I’m a demigod—I don’t quit. With a primal yell, the bar locks out. 1,071 pounds, conquered. I drop it, the floor shakes, and I’m in GOD MODE. My phone’s recording, and soon, X is on fire: “1071 POUND RACK PULL: NEW WORLD RECORD AT 6.5X BODYWEIGHT 165 POUNDS!” The buzz is real, and I’m just getting started.
WHY IT MATTERS: YOUR INNER DEMIGOD
This lift isn’t about me—it’s about you. That 1,071-pound pull is proof you can smash your limits, whether it’s in the gym or life. At 165 pounds, I’m no genetic freak. I’m you—hungry, driven, and unwilling to settle. The fitness world’s buzzing, saying this might be the heaviest pound-for-pound rack pull ever. No sub-80 kg lifter’s hit 6.5x body weight like this. But records don’t drive me—you do. Every rep I pull is to show you what’s possible when you embrace the grind.
