How to conquer malaise

  3. Make small chat with strangers!
  4. Go to the park, go to Costco, go to Whole Foods, go to the mall etc.
  5. Shoot more photos! Photos, photography as our great artistic pursuit
  6. Spend more time outside and outdoors in the direct sun, but also drink more water!
