ERIC KIM PHILOSOPHY OF MONEY

What is money? Some of my philosophical thoughts on money:

Money as codified trust between human beings

First idea:

Money ain’t a ‘real’ thing. It is simply a tool to facilitate trust and transfer of resources, tool, and things between human beings.

For example, let us say I like to eat meat. I can transfer a $1 dollar US bill to someone for 1 pound of pork. I then can eat my (very delicious) meat.

What I Eat (16 eggs, 8 beef hamburger patties)

Similarly speaking, let us say I want to build a house. I can give money to people to help me build the house. In this way, I am paying for their physical labor.
