WHAT I EAT

What I eat, how I eat, and when I eat:

1. Meat

Lots of meat.

I prefer heavy and fatty meats. I also prefer the cheapest cuts. The more saturated fat and cholesterol, the better for me. I sleep better, I feel stronger. I typically fast until dinner time, which means no breakfast or lunch. Just an Uber-epic dinner:

2. Sauerkraut, kale, kimchi, collard greens

I don’t eat ‘vegetables’ (starchy veggies). I just eat bitter greens.
