Avoid boredom

The big thing:

Do workouts which aren’t boring to you.

For me, I avoid any type of workouts which people say are ‘good for me’. Also, I avoid ALL fitness ‘experts’ online. No YouTuber’s, no fitness bloggers, etc. I only trust myself.

To track progress for fun

When I workout, I get a good ‘pump’. The feeling of my muscles being filled with blood and other hormones literally feels good. Better than crack.

Impress yourself

We talk much about ‘mental’ health, but very little do we talk for ‘physical’ health, or better yet … physiological health.

All movements are good movements

I wonder:

Ghetto workouts

You don’t need a ‘proper’ setup. Just macgyver it. Creative constraints are good.

ONE REP MAX

I don’t care for ‘reps‘. I care for one rep max, which means:

What is the maximum weight you can lift off the ground for a single repetition?

Powerlifting style is the best style.
