How I learned to throw rocks
Through necessity. COVID is probably the best thing that has happened to me from a creativity and innovation perspective. For example, I went to the park and thought:
I wonder if I just threw rocks … could this be a good workout? Like Achilles and the ancient Greek heroes in the Iliad?
I tried it– and it works! BETTER!
To throw rocks is MORE FUN and might be more interestingly challenging than even deadlifts.
