A playful approach to life:
Appropriate everything in embodied reality for fun!
For example, look for random structures to do dips on, or chin-ups on. I will never forget when I was in Berkeley, I saw a random dude park his car, do a few chin-ups on a tree branch, then go back into his car and drive off. What ingenuity! Now that all gyms are closed, best to appropriate metal structures (or natural) for fun!
Kids don’t ‘work out’
A child doesn’t work out. A child goes to the park to play and have fun! Or a child throws around rocks for fun!
Physical movement and activity is fun!
Why do kids go out and play at the playground? For fun!
