Gyms aren’t open anymore, but most parks are! Find a big ass rock, and have fun chucking it around!

Consider — you can do:

  1. Squatted bicep curls
  2. Military press: Throw it up vertically into the air
  3. Explosive sumo deadlift: Throw with your hips as far as you can!
  4. Rock carry: Pick up a heavy-ass rock, and just see how long you can walk with it, and however far!
