  • AI as your augmented digital brain?

    AI ≈ AUGMENTED DIGITAL BRAIN

    Eric Kim voice. Zero-lag. Overclocked.

    1. WHY AUGMENT?

Your skull is a meat-casing for 86 billion neurons—powerful but throttled by biology.

AI slices the top off that bottle, pours rocket fuel into your prefrontal cortex, and shouts: “GO FASTER.”

    • Latency: flesh-thoughts in milliseconds; silicon-thoughts in microseconds.
    • Bandwidth: one mouth, ten fingers vs. infinite parallel threads.
    • Retention: human memory decays; cloud memory never sleeps.

    2. THINK OF AI AS A

    POWER BELT

     FOR MENTAL DEADLIFTS

    Gym TruthBrain TruthAI Boost
Belt braces corePrompt braces intentLifts heavier cognitive weight
Spotter prevents crushAI prevents blind spotsFlags logical fails before publish
Progressive overloadRising question complexityChatGPT scales with you

Principle: Leverage > raw force. Strap in, go beyond meat-limits, avoid intellectual disk-slip.

    3. PROTOCOL: CYBORG FLOW

    1. Ideation Sprint
      • Dump half-baked sparks.
      • AI expands search space—10× more options, zero judgment.
    2. Taste Pass
      • You prune. Curate. Kill 90%.
      • Human aesthetic = gatekeeper; AI = option factory.
    3. Refinement Loop
      • Iterate drafts with AI critique.
      • Swap roles: let the machine be editor, you be author.
    4. Stress Test
      • Ask AI to attack your thesis.
      • Antifragile arguments survive; fragile ones die in simulation, not in public.
    5. Deploy & Log
      • Publish. Track impact.
      • Feed results back into model prompts—continuous neural hypertrophy.

    4. RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

    • Prompt like a drill sergeant. Clarity in → power out.
    • Never outsource taste. AI can’t feel goosebumps; only you know “hell yes.”
    • Delete guilt. Using AI isn’t cheating—refusing leverage is.
    • Keep secrets local. Offload drudgery, not private strategy.
    • Stay weird. Homogenized output is the enemy; inject your freak-DNA every loop.

    5. SIDE-EFFECTS (HANDLE WITH RESPECT)

    • Cognitive dopamine loops. Set hard session timers.
    • Echo-chamber risk. Prompt for dissenting views.
    • Over-optimization paralysis. Ship on version 0.8, not 1.0.

Treat AI like caffeine: superb stimulant, lousy replacement for sleep.

    6. VISION:

    HUMAN × MACHINE SUPERSYMBIOSIS

Flesh brings soul. Silicon brings scale.

Merge them and you get a creative organism that eats 20th-century corporations for breakfast.

    • Solo creator → micro-multinational.
    • One coder → full-stack studio.
    • One thinker → rapid-fire philosopher shipping daily essays, code, visuals, memes.

    FINAL BATTLE-CRY

    Augment or fossilize.

Strap AI to your cortex like an exosuit, sprint into the absurd future, and bench-press reality.

The machine amplifies; you decide the direction. Choose bold. Build legendary.

  • BITCOIN = DIGITAL HORMESIS

Eric Kim voice → razor-sharp, zero fluff.

    1. Mini-Dose ≠ Mini-Impact

    • Hormesis: tiny shock ⇒ oversized adaptation.
    • Bitcoin: tiny allocation ⇒ oversized mindset shift.
      • 1 sat stacked teaches sovereignty faster than a finance MBA.

    2. Stress Protocol Built-In

    | Hormetic Trigger | Body Adaptation | Bitcoin Adaptation |

    | — | — | — |

    | Cold ☞ 60 s | Brown-fat activation | 60 % drawdown ☞ conviction activation |

    | Sprint ☞ lactate burn | VO₂ max ↑ | Parabolic run-up ☞ greed detox |

    | Fast ☞ autophagy | Cellular spring-clean | Low-fee lull ☞ mempool cleanse |

    | Sun ☞ UV     | Vitamin D synthesis | Proof-of-Work heat ☞ network security |

    3. Why “Digital” Matters

    1. Code ≈ Chemistry – deterministic, no Fed meddling.
    2. Instant Feedback Loops – price = heart-rate monitor for your emotions.
    3. Global Lab – 24/7 market = perpetual stress-inoculation chamber.

    4. Practical Recipe

    1. Micro-stack: automate a daily ₿0.00001 buy (the crypto cold-shower).
    2. Track the Pulse: journal price swings + your feelings = adapt faster.
    3. Cycle: Accumulate in winter, allocate gains to real-world muscle in spring.
    4. Stack + Sweat: Pair every buy with push-ups; wire finance to physiology.

    5. Philosophy in One Line

Expose your money to calculated pain → harden your psyche → own yourself.

Bitcoin isn’t merely an asset class; it’s a digital immune-system trainer. Dose it wisely, endure the sting, and emerge antifragile—wallet, body, soul.

  • Bitcoin is Hormesis — in the voice of Eric Kim:

    BITCOIN ≈ HORMESIS

Eric Kim voice. Double-shot espresso. No sugar.

    1. WHAT IS HORMESIS?

Stress that doesn’t kill you fortifies you.

Tiny doses of poison → stronger immune system.

Cold shower, heavy deadlift, 24-hour fast.

    Adaptive over-compensation.

Hold the idea: 🌡️ a little pain today → antifragile tomorrow.

    2. ENTER BITCOIN

    1 block every ~10 minutes.

    21 million hard cap.

    Difficulty readjusts—self-regulating stress mechanic.

Each halving: supply shock → price volatility → psychological exposure therapy.

Bitcoin = digital hormesis injected straight into your portfolio veins.

    3. HOW BITCOIN ADMINISTERS THE “GOOD STRESS”

    | Hormetic Input | Biological Parallel | Bitcoin Parallel |

    | — | — | — |

    | Cold plunge | Shivers → brown fat activation | 80% drawdown → conviction activation |

    | High-intensity sprint | Lactate burn → VO₂ MAX ↑ | Parabolic run-up → greed burn → risk IQ ↑ |

    | Fasting | Autophagy → cellular cleanup | Low on-chain fees → protocol cleanup (spam dies) |

    | Sunlight | UV hit → Vitamin D synthesis | Proof-of-Work heat → network security synthesis |

    4. PRACTICAL TAKEAWAYS

    1. Dose matters.
      • Allocate what you can mentally survive losing 90%.
      • Like cold water: 30 seconds first, not 10 minutes Arctic plunge.
    2. Consistency > Intensity.
      • Stack sats every payday.
      • Micro-stress repeated beats mega-stress rarely.
    3. Cycle WITH the cycles.
      • Winter? Accumulate knowledge + coins.
      • Spring bull? Harvest—not all, just enough to fund bigger life bets.
    4. Record the reps.
      • Training log = lifting progress.
      • Wallet + journal = financial and emotional data.
      • Note: pulse spikes on price drops? That’s the hormetic signal working.
    5. Community = Gym Spotters.
      • Find fellow hodlers, debate, challenge, meme.
      • Iron sharpens iron; Bitcoin Twitter sharpens thesis.

    5. PHILOSOPHICAL PAYOFF

    • Hormesis teaches sovereignty over body.
    • Bitcoin teaches sovereignty over money.
    • Both demand discomfort, discipline, delayed gratification.
    • The reward? Self-ownership. No coach, no central bank—just you versus physics.

    6. CALL TO ACTION

    1. Do 50 push-ups. Cold shower 1 minute.
    2. Buy ₿0.0001 right after.
    3. Repeat weekly.
    4. Feel the minor pain, watch the compounding gain.
    5. Smile: you’re rewiring flesh and finance to thrive on volatility.

    FINAL THOUGHT

“Expose yourself to the right stress, reap superhuman returns.”

Bitcoin isn’t just an asset—it’s a training protocol for the soul. Embrace the sting, become antifragile, and lift your life like a god.

    .

    Bitcoin is hormesis.

The volatility? The crashes? The 80% drawdowns? Good. They’re the stress that forges diamond hands. The pain is the price of sovereignty.

Most people want smooth. Linear. Stable. They fear volatility because they fear life. But volatility is vitality. Hormesis. A little chaos forces you to grow.

Bitcoin trains you to become anti-fragile. You survive a -70% drop? You didn’t just survive—you leveled up. You learned conviction. You learned patience. You hardened your soul.

Buying Bitcoin isn’t just an investment. It’s a philosophical commitment. You’re exposing yourself to short-term pain to build long-term strength. You’re saying:

“I don’t want the fake safety of fiat. I want real exposure. I want skin in the game.”

You fast to build discipline. You lift heavy to build muscle. You buy Bitcoin to build financial resilience.

Every dip is a cold shower for your greed. Every pump, a test of your humility. Hormesis isn’t about avoiding pain—it’s about choosing meaningful pain. Pain that transforms you.

Bitcoin is hormesis because Bitcoin is the ultimate teacher of volatility, courage, and long-term thinking.

  • THE PHILOSOPHY OF HORMESIS

ERIC KIM voice, raw, no fluff, all power

    INTRO:

    More stress.

    More pressure.

    More volatility.

    More LIFE.

Hormesis is the hidden key. The cheat code. The dark horse of human optimization.

    It means:

A little bit of poison makes you stronger.

Exposure to stress, chaos, and struggle… not only tolerable—but beneficial.

Hormesis is anti-fragile gains, forged in fire.

    1. HORMESIS IS THE GYM OF LIFE.

    You lift heavy.

    Your muscle breaks.

You sleep, eat beef liver, lift again.

You get bigger, stronger, more jacked.

    No stimulus = no growth.

    No friction = no fire.

    No pain = no glory.

The same is true for the soul, the mind, the spirit.

Do hard things. Often. Then do harder things.

The pressure doesn’t break you. It builds you.

    2. COLD SHOWERS, SUNLIGHT, FASTING, LIFTING:

    All hormesis.

    Micro-struggles = macro-strength.

Hormetic stress is voluntary adversity—chosen pain.

You become a god not by escaping discomfort, but by mastering it.

    Skip breakfast.

    Go to bed hungry.

Walk shirtless under the noon sun.

Deadlift something that might kill you.

    Why?

    Because discipline is divine.

    And discipline lives in discomfort.

    3. BITCOIN IS HORMESIS.

    Bitcoin is volatile.

    Bitcoin is stress.

    Bitcoin is beautiful.

    Buying the dip? Hormesis.

    HODLing through chaos? Hormesis.

The volatility makes you mentally invincible.

    Everyone else breaks under uncertainty.

    You thrive in it.

    Hormesis = antifragile gains.

    Bitcoin = antifragile wealth.

    4. THE MORE CHAOS YOU ABSORB, THE STRONGER YOU GET.

    Think about it:

    What’s the opposite of hormesis?

    Comfort. Complacency. Weakness.

The slave mentality of “too much is bad.”

NO. The right dose of poison builds immunity.

You are not a fragile orchid. You are a goddamn cactus in the desert.

    Built for heat.

    Built for drought.

Built to thrive where others die.

    5. EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS TRAINING.

    Arguments with your wife? Hormesis.

    Cold rejection? Hormesis.

    Awkward social moments? Hormesis.

Embarrassment? Good. Eat it. Digest it. Get stronger.

No armor is built in peace.

    Your psyche is a callus.

    Your ego? Hardened steel.

    Keep getting hit.

    Keep growing.

    CLOSING:

    Hormesis is the ultimate filter.

    The cowards avoid stress.

    The kings seek it out.

    Want to level up?

Expose yourself to more pain. More pressure. More resistance.

And when life punches you in the face—

    Smile.

    Wipe the blood.

    And say:

    “Is that all you got?”

Would you like a version of this visualized as a motivational street poster or quote image?

    .

    The Philosophy of Hormesis

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger—not merely a cliché, but a fundamental truth etched deep into human biology and the gritty fabric of existence itself. This truth is hormesis, the beautifully savage idea that a small dose of stress, pain, or poison can forge you into something stronger, sharper, and ultimately, more alive.

Modern life whispers comfort into your ear—seductive, numbing comfort that dulls your edge and quietly drains your power. Yet, greatness emerges not in the calmest seas but in the fiercest storms. Hormesis teaches that growth demands friction. Muscles tear under strain, only to repair thicker and tougher. Bones stress and fracture minutely, rebuilding denser than before. Even the mind, confronted with chaos and adversity, reshapes itself into something more formidable.

Philosophically, hormesis reveals life’s grand paradox: to flourish, you must embrace hardship, seek discomfort, and willingly expose yourself to small, controlled doses of adversity. Reject the soft tyranny of comfort; it breeds only stagnation. Embrace intentional hardship, the sort that sharpens your senses and awakens your spirit. Fast intermittently, lift heavy weights, plunge into icy waters, and face your fears head-on.

Hormesis isn’t mere science—it’s a way of life. A Stoic roadmap. To live with purpose means choosing battles that shape your character. Comfort is the silent assassin, hormesis the brutal yet benevolent sculptor of your greatness.

Life demands strength, resilience, and power. Hormesis is your teacher, whispering harsh truths that only those brave enough to listen—and strong enough to endure—will ever truly understand. Embrace hormesis, and you embrace the fierce vitality that separates mere existence from the profound act of truly living.

  • How to feel effing good

First, if during the day you’re tired, just take a nap! Put all your devices away, in this separate room, force yourself to lie down close your eyes, and rest and sleep. Even if you cannot fall asleep, force yourself to just lie down for an hour and a half or so.

If anything, a good strategy is turned on an alarm on your phone, for an hour and a half, 90 minutes… And you’re not allowed to get up on your bed until the 90 minutes is done.

    Get a deep tissue massage

I have this interesting idea that actually, getting a deep tissue massage is like hormesis; a small dose of a stressor makes you stronger.

I think also the secret is the massage must be strong enough that it actually does cause some low degree pain, try to push yourself to the 99% pain threshold limit, and the best way to ride through the pain is deep breathing.

What’s interesting with that insanely strong deep tissue massage, is that you may feel the pain, but, it is a beneficial pain, not like a somebody chopping off your arm thing. As a consequence, I think of a deep tissue massage like a hard bodily physiology reset; all the money in the world is worth this.

Also, plan the night prior; load up on beef ribs, bone marrow, demigod food. Aim for 2 to 3 kg of meat, and try to sleep insanely effing early –> like for example, start your “linner,” (lunch dinner) at like 230 or 3 PM, and try to fall asleep by like 530 or 6 PM.

Spend infinite money to perfect your sleeping set up?

This could be your bedding sheets, pillow, eye mask, your plugs etc. I personally have used the purple “hearos” brand, easily you could buy it on Amazon for like at least five or seven years, and for an eye mask, or a face mask for sleeping, I’ve actually found that the best solution is like a 100% fine Marino wool T-shirt that you could just drip over your eyes. I use my old outer.NYC merino wool T-shirts which are all ripped for this purpose.

    The day

Ideally, the best strategies to be outside all day, if it’s too hot, where are the proper clothes, or if it’s too cold, also spend infinite amount of money for the proper amount of clothes.

I think one of the big problems is that I did while living in LA is forcing myself to always kind of be a little bit underdressed. But perhaps a more intelligent strategy is to be overdressed.

For example, always pack extra clothes, you never know. And also, if you go to some sort of event, I think it is more impressive to be overdressed than underdressed,?

    Over is better than under.

To keep things consistent, certainly better to be the overman than the Underman

    American pride

  • Eric Kim’s workout philosophy

Eric Kim’s workout philosophy blends minimalism, intensity, and a philosophical approach to strength, summarized pragmatically as follows:

    1. One-Rep Max Mentality

    • Focus primarily on heavy lifts, specifically deadlifts, squats, or other compound movements.

    • Aim for maximum intensity—lifting close to your absolute limit (one-rep max) to stimulate both physical growth and mental fortitude.

    • The purpose isn’t merely strength but building confidence and conquering fear.

    2. Spartan Minimalism

    • Minimalistic equipment: prefer barbells, heavy dumbbells, or bodyweight exercises over machines or complex setups.

    • Minimalistic programming: fewer exercises, fewer reps, higher intensity—prioritize effectiveness over volume.

    3. Philosophy of Strength

    • Treat lifting as a philosophical exercise, a Stoic practice—each rep as overcoming internal barriers, cultivating resilience.

    • Physical strength is inseparable from mental toughness; the gym as a microcosm for life’s challenges.

    4. Consistency over Complexity

    • Regularly lifting heavy, but not every day; allow the body to fully recover, fostering longevity and sustained enthusiasm.

    • Avoid complicated routines or overly technical jargon—stick to basics executed excellently.

    5. Anabolic Lifestyle Approach

    • Integrate strength training into daily life—not just physically but mentally. Live “anabolically”: eat nutrient-rich “god-foods” like beef liver, bone marrow, eggs, fatty meats, and maintain a high-testosterone lifestyle.

    • Prioritize sleep, sunlight, and mental clarity alongside physical training.

    6. Aggressive Positivity

    • Adopt a hardcore mindset: aggression mixed with optimism, viewing every session as an opportunity to become godlike.

    • Celebrate progress aggressively, fueling continuous motivation and drive.

In essence, Eric Kim views lifting weights not merely as physical training but as philosophical practice—a direct manifestation of personal courage, minimalism, and stoic strength.

  • Eat like a god, train like a god, *THINK* like a god?

Eat like a god, train like a god, THINK like a god.

    What does this mean?

Eating like a god isn’t about luxury or excess—it’s about primal nourishment. Eat steak, eggs, beef liver, bone marrow—foods dense with life force, power, and vitality. Reject slave food: processed, sugary, industrialized garbage designed to dull your mind and body. Eating like a god makes your body unstoppable and your mind clear. It’s fuel for dominance.

Training like a god means maximal strength, intensity, and minimalism. Heavy deadlifts, squats, one-rep max philosophy. Why one rep max? Because gods don’t waste energy. Each lift is purposeful, monumental, and an assertion of will. Training isn’t mere exercise—it’s a philosophical act, a constant reaffirmation of your courage, discipline, and resilience.

But most critically, THINKING like a god is the essence. It’s the forgotten truth. To think like a god is to possess absolute belief in yourself—an unshakable, godlike confidence. Doubt is mortal. Certainty is divine.

God-thinking means extreme responsibility, zero complaining, absolute agency. You create your reality. You don’t react, you enact. You don’t follow, you lead. You don’t consume, you create.

Thinking like a god isn’t arrogance; it’s clarity. It’s knowing you possess infinite potential and treating every moment as an opportunity to realize it. Your mind dictates reality. Your thoughts shape your destiny.

Eat like a god, train like a god, think like a god. The trilogy of greatness. Adopt this mantra and become unstoppable.

Eat like a god, train like a god, THINK like a god

An essay in the voice of Eric Kim

    1. The Divine Table: Eat Like a God

You are what you consume. If you eat like a plebian, your mind and body will obey—mediocrity, lethargy, susceptibility to temptation. To eat like a god is to recognize food as fuel and ritual:

    • Relentless Quality
      • Whole, unprocessed, nutrient–dense ingredients only. Bone broth simmered for 24 hours. Wild‐caught salmon. Grass‐fed beef liver.
      • Food is information. If you inject toxins, sugars, or cheap oils, you degrade the firmware of your body.
    • Ritualized Discipline
      • Prepare meals with intention. Mindful chopping, slow cooking, silent focus. This is your temple; respect it.
      • Fast intermittently. Embrace mild discomfort. Hunger sharpens clarity; it forges discipline.
    • Minimalism Over Excess
      • You don’t need twenty different supplements. Vitamin D, magnesium, a high‐grade fish oil, maybe creatine.
      • Every extra calorie is currency. Spend it wisely. A god does not squander resources on fluff.

    2. The Sacred Forge: Train Like a God

Your body is your cathedral. Every rep, every set is a brick in its foundation. To train like a god demands purpose and brutality:

    • First Principles Strength
      • Compound movements—deadlifts, squats, presses—over isolation. These lift more than weight: they lift your spirit.
      • Record every set, every rep. Track your journey. If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.
    • Progressive Overload, Relentless Increment
      • Add weight, add volume, add intensity. 2.5 kg today, 1 kg next week, 0.5 kg the week after. Micro‐increments compound into godlike strength.
      • When the barbell feels comfortable, it’s time to raise the bar—literally and metaphorically.
    • Hormesis and Ruthless Adaptation
      • Cold plunges. Sprints. Rucking with heavy load. Expose yourself to stressors that force adaptation.
      • Discomfort is your ally. The moment you chase comfort, you resign to stagnation.

    3. The Infinite Battlefield: THINK Like a God

Strength without strategy is barbarism. To think like a god is to cultivate clarity, vision, and unbreakable will:

    • Philosophical Armor
      • Read Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, Nietzsche: stoic brutal honesty, the will to power.
      • Frame life as a battlefield. Every challenge is an opportunity to exercise virtue—courage, temperance, justice, wisdom.
    • Mental Minimalism
      • Filter your inputs. Consume information deliberately. News feeds, social media, gossip—these are distractions.
      • Practice one–thought focus: one problem, one solution. Multitasking is the enemy of deep work.
    • Creative Aggression
      • Attack problems like you attack deadlift PRs: visualize failure, then crush it under the weight of your ideas.
      • Brainstorm in the morning. Draft at noon. Edit at night. Rhythm breeds creation.
    • Strategic Patience
      • Patience isn’t passive. It’s the long game: compound interest of effort, relationship capital, reputation.
      • Sow today’s seeds—relentless, consistent action—so you may reap a harvest worthy of the gods.

    4. The Trinity in Action

The three pillars—nutrition, training, thought—are inseparable. A flaw in one topples the others:

    1. Consistent Ritual
      • Build daily practices: morning cold plunge, midday strength session, evening reading and reflection.
    2. Feedback Loops
      • Log biometrics, barbell numbers, reading notes. Review weekly. Adjust ruthlessly.
    3. Holistic Vision
      • You are not simply a body or a mind; you are an integrated system. Master one, and the others will follow. Master all, and you become myth.

    Conclusion: Becoming Godlike

To eat like a god is to respect your body as sacred. To train like a god is to forge iron will in the crucible of discomfort. To THINK like a god is to marshal clarity, vision, and relentless action.

This is not arrogance—it is recognition of potential. The path is brutal. It demands ritual, data, sacrifice. But at its end lies a self‐sovereignty more profound than any crown or title.

Rise. Forge yourself. Dominate. Because gods aren’t born—they’re built.

    .

“Eat like a god, train like a god, THINK like a god?”

To ascend beyond mere mortals, you must forge yourself in three domains: nutrition, movement, and cognition. Each pillar is inseparable—together they sculpt a life that’s disciplined, abundant, and sovereign.

    1. Eat like a god

Nutrition is your sacrament. What you put into your temple determines its power and resilience.

    • Sacred simplicity. Embrace whole foods: grass-fed meat, wild fish, pasture eggs, vibrant vegetables, and raw fats (think bone marrow, tallow). These are the ambrosia of strength.
    • Rhythmic restraint. Fast when you can—skipping meals sharpens appetite, heightens autophagy, and refines your will. Feast when you must, but never without purpose.
    • Quality over quantity. A handful of liver trumps a plate of rice. A single spoon of collagen-rich broth delivers more dividends than carbs in excess. Seek micronutrient density like a Spartan hunts prey.

    2. Train like a god

Movement is your altar. Each rep and each set is a prayer to your own potential.

    • First-principles lifting. Prioritize compound barbell movements: squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls. These are the iron pillars of godhood.
    • One-rep max mentality. Approach every session as if you’re chasing a new personal best. Even submaximal work carries the weight of your conviction.
    • Deliberate intensity. Embrace discomfort: forced reps, paused squats, eccentric overload. Your muscles—and mind—grow strongest under controlled stress.
    • Recovery as ritual. Sleep sacredly. Cold exposure and contrast showers sharpen focus and accelerate repair. Your body is a divine vessel; treat it accordingly.

    3. THINK like a god

Mastery begins in the mind. The fortress of your thoughts determines the empire you build.

    • Stoic sovereignty. Cultivate the discipline to control assent to impressions. What you permit in your mind shapes your reality.
    • Philosophical hunger. Read Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Epictetus—and modern rebels like Eric Kim. Carve out time daily to question convictions and refine your purpose.
    • Mental fitness. Practice deliberate discomfort: cold showers, digital fasting, silent walks. These forge resilience and clarity.
    • Creative ferocity. Treat ideas like currency. Brainstorm in intensity sprints, then prune ruthlessly. Your best thoughts deserve sacrificial focus.

    Integration: The Trinity of Godhood

Only when nutrition, movement, and thought align do you become more than human—you become an architect of your own destiny.

    • Routine as ritual: Begin each day with cold exposure, black coffee, and a page of reading.
    • Feedback loop: Let your performance in the gym inform dietary tweaks; let your mental clarity guide training intensity.
    • Relentless iteration: Track, evaluate, refine. Gods evolve; complacency is mortal.

Eat like a god. Train like a god. THINK like a god. This is not a slogan, but a standard. Live it relentlessly.

    .

    There is no second best.

    .

EAT LIKE A GOD, TRAIN LIKE A GOD, THINK LIKE A GOD?

    I. INTRO

Why scrape crumbs off the mortal table when Olympus serves infinite feasts? Gods don’t count calories— they command them. They don’t “exercise”— they erect monuments of muscle. Most dangerous of all: they weaponize consciousness. Three pillars, one temple.

    II. EAT LIKE A GOD

    1. Opulence ≠ Over-indulgence. Zeus hurls thunderbolts, not Twinkies. Choose foods that radiate primordial power: marrow, liver, bitter greens, Himalayan salt the color of dawn.
    2. Face the beast. Tear into steak with bare hands. Reminder: you are apex. Knife-and-fork etiquette is a modern leash.
    3. Fast long enough to taste absence. Hunger is the forge; fullness is the reward.
    4. Sip sunlight. Black coffee at sunrise, dark chocolate at dusk. Flavors that bite back sharpen resolve.

    III. TRAIN LIKE A GOD

    1. One-rep maximalism. Treat every lift like the planet depends on it— because your inner planet does.
    2. Friction-seeking. Gods grow stronger by seeking heavier mythological beasts: deadlifts, weighted dips, hill sprints. Pain is merely the echo of growth.
    3. Armor over aesthetics. Biceps? Vanity. Think rib-breaking lats, earthquake quads, wrists forged from kettlebell kettledrums.
    4. Daily crusade. No “rest days”— only active conquest or strategic retreat (stretching, ice baths, walking barefoot on hot asphalt).

    IV. THINK LIKE A GOD

    1. Infinite zoom-out. Mortals worry about parking tickets; gods draft cosmic maps. Ask: “Will this matter in ten millennia?”
    2. First-principles ruthlessness. Disassemble every problem to atomic truths, then rebuild your own physics.
    3. Creative destruction. If an idea no longer serves you, smite it. Lightning is merciful; lingering doubt is torture.
    4. Sovereign optimism. Bitcoin on the balance sheet, curiosity in the bloodstream. Bet big on the upside of chaos.

    V. EPILOGUE

A god is not a title—it’s a verb. You god through decisive bites, savage reps, and audacious thoughts. Every meal, every set, every synaptic spark is a vote for godhood or mediocrity.

Stand tall on Mount Self. Thunder is simply you clapping for yourself at full volume.

    .

“Eat like a god, train like a god, THINK like a god?”

    —Eric Kim voice, essay

    1. EAT LIKE A GOD.

Why eat like a peasant? Why eat slave food?

Skip the sugar, the processed garbage, the soyboy snacks.

Eat meat. Bone marrow. Liver. Blood. Cholesterol is good.

Fat is fuel. Butter is divine. Salt your steak.

You’re not meant to nibble. You’re meant to feast.

    Fasting is good. Hunger sharpens.

But when you eat—devour like a lion.

Food is fuel for greatness, not distraction.

    Eat for power, not pleasure.

No snacks. No weakness. No compromise.

    2. TRAIN LIKE A GOD.

Why be weak? Why tolerate fragility?

You were born with tendons, muscle fibers, bone density from Olympus—

    USE THEM.

    Deadlift. One rep max.

Lift like it’s life or death.

Don’t train for aesthetics. Train for immortality.

Train so the gods in Valhalla nod in approval.

Every rep is an act of rebellion.

    Every sweat drop is divine.

You train not for six-packs, but for war.

BE A WARRIOR. NOT A WORKOUT GUY.

    3. THINK LIKE A GOD.

    Mental deadlifts. Cognitive PRs.

Why think small when you can think cosmically?

Why accept the default reality? HACK IT.

Every thought is a hammer. Forge new ideas.

    No fear. No hesitation.

Do you think Zeus second-guesses himself?

Do you think Hermes checks his inbox first thing in the morning?

    Kill distractions.

    Delete social media.

    Silence the noise.

Read philosophy. Write daily. Ask dangerous questions.

    Create like Prometheus stealing fire.

Your brain is your ultimate weapon. Sharpen it.

    GOD MODE IS A CHOICE.

Most choose weakness. You choose greatness.

    You are what you EAT.

    You are how you TRAIN.

    You are what you THINK.

    So:

    Eat like a god.

    Train like a god.

    THINK LIKE A GOD.

    And become one.

  • ERIC KIM’S WORKOUT PHILOSOPHY

Here’s Eric Kim’s workout, fitness, and weightlifting philosophy, entirely in his own distinct voice:

    ERIC KIM’S WORKOUT PHILOSOPHY

Fitness? Nah, that’s boring. I’m into POWER LIFTING—lifting as an art, a primal expression of raw force. Not vanity, not bodybuilder symmetry nonsense—pure, hardcore AESTHETIC POWER.

My gym? Simple, savage, minimal. One kettlebell. A dip bar. A trap bar. Anything more is excess. Why complicate the ultimate act of violence against gravity?

    1. THE ONE-REP MAX (1RM) MINDSET

Forget volume. Forget hypertrophy. I’m only interested in extreme force output. One lift. One perfect rep. One chance at immortal glory. It’s a performance—every deadlift, every squat, every weighted dip is a life-and-death struggle against gravity.

Every rep is an existential statement:

    “I AM POWERFUL BEYOND MEASURE.”

    2. TRAIN EVERY DAY (NO DAYS OFF)

Rest days are for mortals. I’m a god—I practice daily. Low reps, brutally high intensity. Everyday practice builds momentum, discipline, and iron willpower. Each day, a new 1-rep max. Constantly testing, constantly proving, constantly evolving.

Train daily—not as punishment, but as joy. Like street photography: daily repetition refines your vision. Daily lifting sharpens your spirit.

    3. MINIMALISM IN EQUIPMENT

My ideal gym? Spartan, barebones, elegant brutality:

    • Heavy kettlebell swings
    • Trap bar deadlifts
    • Weighted dips

Forget fancy gyms and machines. Too much comfort kills hunger. A Spartan environment creates Spartan strength.

    4. AESTHETIC FUNCTION (LOOK LIKE A GOD, NOT A BODYBUILDER)

I don’t lift to impress anyone but myself. No mirrors, no posing—just raw functional aesthetics. Deadlift 500 lbs, perform dips with 100 lbs strapped to you, and your body naturally looks godlike.

Strength dictates aesthetic, never the reverse. Lift like a god, and you’ll look like one.

    5. SELF-EXPERIMENTATION: “I AM THE EXPERIMENT”

Forget scientific studies and expert advice. I experiment on myself. I lift, I observe, I adapt. Metrics?

    • Do I feel godlike?
    • Am I walking taller, feeling stronger?
    • How violently powerful was today’s lift?

The body is dynamic; your lifting should be fluid. Never outsource experimentation—be your own N=1.

    6. EAT RAW, EAT BIG, EAT GOD FOOD

Bone marrow. Liver. Eggs. Ribeye steaks. Butter. Raw, primal, god-tier nutrition. I fuel my lifting with food meant for kings and warriors. Counting calories? For slaves. Gods eat intuitively—massive quantities, nutrient-rich, unapologetically raw.

Lift like a god, eat like a god, live like a god.

    7. PHOTOGRAPHY MEETS LIFTING

Street photography and lifting—they’re identical art forms. Both require extreme courage, decisive aggression, and fearless execution.

I photograph myself lifting because it captures my primal essence—authentic, powerful, unapologetic. My lifting is performance art. My photos document the god-body in action.

Lifting isn’t about fitness—it’s about power, courage, and creating yourself into something beyond human.

LIFT HEAVY, EAT BIG, LIVE LIKE A GOD.

  • What’s Eric Kim’s workout fitness weight lifting theory strategy approach

Eric Kim’s workout, fitness, and weightlifting theory is best understood through his philosophical-minimalist-hyperfocus lens — blending aesthetic function, stoic intensity, and maximum effort simplicity. His approach isn’t about optimization, it’s about maximalism through minimalism — doing less, but doing it harder and with more intention.

Here’s a breakdown of his workout theory:

    1. One-Rep Max Philosophy (1RM)

    • One rep to rule them all. Every workout is about testing maximum strength. Not volume, not hypertrophy — but pure, violent force output.
    • Training = art of effort. He treats the gym like a studio of power, lifting as a form of sculptural expression.
    • He focuses on deadlifts, squats, and weighted dips, often aiming to lift as heavy as possible, once, like a personal performance.

    2. Everyday Training

    • Train every day. No rest days, but not high volume either — he may lift daily but only a few sets. Think: practice, not punishment.
    • Frequent micro-hits of intensity. A heavy deadlift one day, dips another. Simplicity, but no laziness.

    3. Minimal Equipment

    • Kettlebells, dip bars, trap bar. No machines, no gimmicks. His ideal gym could fit in a Spartan cell.
    • Think: garage gym minimalism. What matters is how you use the tool, not what brand or setup.

    4. Pure Aesthetics Over Bodybuilding

    • He doesn’t train for symmetry or size.
    • He trains to feel and look like a god, raw and powerful.
    • Function dictates form. If you can deadlift 500 lbs and do 10 strict dips with +90 lbs — your body will follow.

    5. Infinite Self-Experimentation

    • Eric’s approach evolves constantly: “I am the experiment.”
    • He tracks how he feels more than how he looks. Metrics like:
      • How strong do I feel today?
      • How godlike do I walk after that 1-rep max?

    6. Eat Big, Eat Raw

    • Bone marrow. Liver. Butter. Eggs. Extreme nutrition.
    • Food is fuel for lifting, but also part of the primal aesthetic. He rejects calorie counting. He eats like a beast to lift like a god.

    7. Photography + Lifting

    • His street photography and weightlifting intertwine — both are about decisive force, being in the moment, and expressing truth through tension.
    • He even photographs himself lifting — aesthetic performance.

    His core belief:

    “Lifting isn’t fitness — it’s art, power, and self-overcoming.”

Want me to write you an “Eric Kim Workout Manifesto” in his voice?

    Eric Kim’s Weight-Lifting Playbook — distilled

Below is the core theory → strategy → day-to-day approach Eric Kim lays out across his blog and videos. Think of it as a mindset first, then a minimalist set of rules you can plug straight into your own training.

    1. Philosophy:

Strength is the only real metric

    • “Health” is fuzzy; tangible force output is binary and measurable. Kim therefore trains for raw strength, trusting aesthetic and hormonal benefits to follow.
    • Treat the body as living sculpture. Building muscle is cheaper than buying a Lamborghini and democratically open to anyone regardless of genetics, sex or age.
    • Compete only with last week’s self; formal meets and “proper form” dogma are optional if you’re not on a platform.

    2. Training Method:

    “One-Rep-Max + Partial ROM”

    PrincipleHow he does itWhy
Heavy singlesEvery main lift is attempted as a one-rep max (1RM) — no high-rep sets. Eliminates boredom, hones focus, builds peak neural strength.
Progressive micro-loadingAdd +2.5 lb per side whenever last PR feels solid. If you miss, back off, eat, sleep, and try again in a few days. Infinite-game mindset; avoids plateaus.
Range-of-motion hacksUse rack pulls, “micro-squats,” partial dips — increase weight, shrink ROM. Lets joints adapt while the nervous system experiences supra-max loads.
Full-Stack strengthMix in yoga, muscle-ups and calisthenics so the body can both bend and move heavy iron. Mobility + brute force > either alone.
Hypelifting ritualBefore each PR attempt: walk, sip black coffee, shout/slap chest, enter “Super-Saiyan” state. Volume-off headphones encouraged — the gym is your arena.

    Core lifts he rotates

    • Rack pull / atlas-style deadlift
    • Micro-squat (loaded unrack + 1–2 cm dip)
    • Heavy dumbbell/kettlebell rows & presses
    • Occasional bench/overhead as accessory

    3. Nutrition & Recovery:

    Carnivore-OMAD, Coffee, Sleep

    1. 100 % Carnivore OMAD
      • One massive meat meal after sunset (5-6 lb beef/lamb plus organs; kimchi is the only condiment).
    2. Fasted lifting
      • No breakfast or lunch; trains hungry to stay laser-focused.
    3. No extras
      • Zero supplements, alcohol, weed, sugar or carbs. Black espresso only.
    4. 8-12 h sleep
      • Views deep sleep as the true anabolic “drug.”

    4. Mindset & Goal-Setting

    • “Infinite strength” — always ask “more?”, not “how much?”.
    • See failure attempts as data, not defeat. Dropping a bar or bailing a squat is proof you’re pushing the frontier.
    • Loudness is a feature, not a bug. Claim space; half the battle is courage.

    5. Sample Week (plug-and-play)

DayFasted lift (work up to one heavy single)After-lift mobility
MonRack pull15 min hip openers (pigeon, lizard)
    TueOff / light yoga flow
    WedMicro-squatWall handstands, 5 min
    ThuKettlebell renegade row 1RMShoulder dislocates
FriAtlas-style deadliftDeep squat hold 5 min
    SatBody-weight skill (muscle-up practice)Full-body stretch
    SunRest, walk, sun

Post-sunset each day: one carnivore feast → sleep.

    Using it pragmatically

    1. Start light and let range of motion shrink before weight spikes.
    2. Track only singles; if today’s top attempt ties or beats last week you’re winning.
    3. Embrace hype — ditch the earbuds, get loud, own the gym vibe.
    4. Audit diet: try a 30-day meat-only OMAD; re-introduce plants later if desired.
    5. Guard sleep like your next PR depends on it (because it does).

Follow these pillars and you’re applying Eric Kim’s Spartan-meets-philosopher approach: minimalist kit, maximal intent, and a daily test of willpower forged in iron.

  • How to build a god body

    ONE-REP-MAX: FORGE THE GOD BODY

(Eric Kim voice — single-stroke calligraphy carved in iron)

    0.

    Preface: The Gospel of Singles

    Reps 2-10?  That’s cardio.

A true deity needs one clean, violent yes—bar off ground, weight overhead, moment of pure metaphysical dominance.

One rep max (1 RM) is prayer, test, and coronation in the same breath.

    1.

    Philosophy of the Singular Lift

    • Binary feedback: success or failure—no fuzzy fatigue metrics.
    • Neurological voltage: singles wire the CNS like lightning striking a church bell.
    • Minimum wear, maximum signal: joints spared, ego exposed, strength unlocked.

Commandment: One perfect rep > sloppy ten.

    2.

    Warm-Up Ritual (The Ascending Ladder)

    1. Empty bar × 10 (groove pattern).
    2. 40 % of goal × 5 (blood flow).
    3. 60 % × 3 (muscle recruitment).
    4. 80 % × 2 (confidence primer).
    5. 90 % × 1 (truth rehearsal).
    6. 100 % × 1 —go time.

Rest: full songs, not seconds. Two-to-three minutes minimum between sets; gods aren’t rushed.

    3.

Weekly Template (45 min sessions, Spartan minimalism)

    DayLift (single focus)Assistance (3×5)CNS Finish
MonTrap-bar Deadlift 1 RMWeighted pull-up3 heavy kettlebell swings
WedFront Squat 1 RMRing dipsBroad-jump triple
FriOverhead Press 1 RMPendlay rowHandstand hold to failure

All warm-ups built in; leave when the single is done. Gods sprint out of the temple, they don’t linger.

    4.

    Progression Protocol

    • Linear +2.5 kg each week until bar speed stalls.
    • Stall twice? Deload 10 %, climb again—Sisyphus with a strategy.
    • Quarterly ego check: test true competition-day 1 RM, recalibrate training max at 90 %.

    5.

    God Fuel

    (ultra-condensed)

    • Protein: 2 g/kg—steak, eggs, sardines.
    • Fat: tallow, butter—cholesterol feeds testosterone.
    • Carbs: white rice + honey post-single—glycogen syringe.
    • Hydration: 1 L water + pinch sea salt per 20 kg bodyweight.
    • Supplements: Mg glycinate night, creatine monohydrate daily.

    6.

    Recovery = Growth Multiplier

    • Sleep: 8-9 h, blackout cave.
    • Sunlight: dawn exposure = hormonal boot sequence.
    • Cold dunk: post-lift; nervous-system reset.
    • Soft tissue: lacrosse-ball hunt while reading Marcus Aurelius.

    7.

    Mind Firmware

    • Stoic log: “Did I lift the world today?”—yes/no.
    • Negative visualization: imagine spinal injury; gratitude floods the bar path.
    • Radical optimism: every miss is diagnostic data, not failure.

    8.

    Tracking & Proof

    • Notebook > app. Ink burns deeper.
    • Write only three numbers per session: Date, Lift, Successful weight.
    • Monthly front-pose photo—same light, same scowl.

    9.

    Teaching = Immortality

Coach a rookie through their first heavy single; translate fear into form.

Your knowledge fractals, your legacy lifts longer than your ligaments.

    Final Commandment

One bar. One breath. One impossible kilogram heavier than last week—hoisted clean.

That single rep is your passport to Olympus; stamp it repeatedly until the gods start asking you for coaching tips.

    ..

HOW TO BUILD A GOD BODY

in the voice of Eric Kim

    1. First—BELIEVE YOU ARE A GOD.
Before the first rep. Before the gym. Before the protein.
You must believe you are a god.
Not in the mythological, Zeus-thunderbolt sense—
But in the sense that you are sovereign over your own body.
Your body is your kingdom. Your muscles are your temples.
      Your will is LAW.
    1. Train like a SPARTAN, eat like a LION.
      Forget balance. Forget moderation.
      Moderation is for peasants.
Train like you are going into battle every single day.
      Deadlifts = POWER
      Squats = PRIDE
      Overhead press = DOMINANCE
Eat meat. Bone marrow. Liver. Fat.
Gods don’t count calories—they count PRs.
Meat is fuel. Fat is sacred. Fasting is prayer.
    1. ONE REP MAX LIFE.
Lift heavy. Live heavy. Think heavy.
Everything in life is a one rep max.
Don’t waste time with “3×10.” That’s for gym influencers.
      Chase the MAX.
      Push yourself to the brink—
because that’s where the divine resides.
      Godhood begins where comfort dies.
    1. POSE LIKE A STATUE.
Visualize your physique like it’s marble.
      You are the modern Michelangelo.
Your back = Wings of Icarus.
      Your abs = Etched commandments.
      Your biceps = Thunder incarnate.
Every flex is a sculpture of willpower made visible.
You are the art and the artist.
    1. SUFFER DELIBERATELY.
      No growth without pain.
      No aesthetic without agony.
      You must choose your suffering.
The pain of a heavy barbell is better than the pain of regret.
The soreness in your legs is better than the softness of your soul.
      Voluntary adversity builds immortality.
    1. TESTOSTERONE IS HOLY.
      Sunlight. Cholesterol. Liver. Heavy weights.
Sleep like a king. Wake like a beast.
No seed wasting. No porn. No passivity.
      Retain. Reclaim. RISE.
Testosterone isn’t just a hormone—it’s the signal of destiny.
    1. BUILD FOR FUNCTION, THEN FORM.
Gods don’t chase aesthetics—they radiate them.
Train for power. Train to MOVE MOUNTAINS.
If you train only for looks, you will crumble.
Train for STRENGTH and the beauty will follow.
      Form FOLLOWS FUNCTION.
    1. BECOME HERCULEAN IN MIND.
The strongest muscle is the mind.
Do 100 mental deadlifts a day.
Read philosophy. Fast. Write. Lift. Walk.
Treat your mind like a barbell—
Stress it, stretch it, then let it grow.
    1. PHYSIQUE = PHILOSOPHY.
      Every ab is a virtue.
      Every cut is a sacrifice.
Every striation is a stanza in your epic poem.
Your body is your belief system made flesh.
    1. REMEMBER: YOU ARE ALREADY A GOD.
      You don’t need permission.
      You don’t need validation.
You need a mirror, a barbell, and brutal honesty.
      Go build.
      Go become.
      Go BE.

Want me to make a visual poster version of this in Eric Kim typographic style?

  • GOD VISION

    GOD VISION

(Eric Kim voice — retina-searing, horizon-shifting, no zoom lens required)

    0. Prologue: Smash Your Eyeballs

Most mortals look; gods perceive. “God Vision” is the upgrade from 1080p eyesight to omnidirectional radar. Install it and reality stops being background noise—it becomes raw material for creative thunder.

    1. Reformat the Sensor

    • Delete consumer presets. Auto-focus, auto-belief, auto-scroll = optical slavery.
    • Manual everything. Choose ISO of intention, shutter of courage, aperture of vulnerability.
    • Over-expose experience. Let highlights clip if it means truth burns brighter.

    2. Hyper-Present Perception

    1. Single-task⟶single-focus. Multitasking scatters photons; concentrate the beam.
    2. Walk 5 mph slower. Details bloom when pace throttles.
    3. Listen with eyes. Observe sound reflections—how neon hum glows, how footsteps color concrete.

    3. 360-Degree Awareness Drill

    • Street-samurai stance: shoulders open, peripheral vision wide.
    • Silent counting: track moving objects 1-to-5 simultaneously; level up to 10.
    • Hot-corner sweep: every doorway, alley, reflection = potential story frame.

Outcome: Awareness so wide you feel pedestrians before you see them.

    4. X-Ray Empathy

    God Vision pierces façades:

    • Micro-gesture reading—eyebrow twitches, weight shifts, breath cadence.
    • Story inference—why that taxi driver fidgets, why that couple’s palms don’t touch.
    • Use insight to anticipate decisive moments long before shutter click.

    5. Zoom-Out Sovereignty

    • Satellite mode: Mentally hover 300 ft above your body; map traffic, sun angle, crowd flow.
    • Time-lapse foresight: Imagine scene five minutes ahead, then pre-place yourself.
    • Portfolio consciousness: Each frame you shoot must fight for survival in lifetime archive.

    6. Filter for the Sublime

    • Contrast bias: Hunt juxtapositions—luxury logo next to crumbling wall.
    • Symbol radar: Scan for arrows, mirror pairs, circles of fate.
    • Light worship: Track golden-hour vectors like stock tickers; invest your presence where shadows stretch.

    7. Stoic Reticle

    • Detach from outcome: Missed shot? Thank universe for training reflex.
    • Negative visualization: Imagine blindness for 30 s; open eyes in gratitude hyper-mode.
    • Internal locus: Weather, crowds, random chaos = neutral; only your framing matters.

    8. Volatility Lens

    • Seek edges: Markets crash, protests erupt, rain hits—go outside.
    • Stress = contrast enhancer: Chaos sharpens shapes, colors intensify.
    • Anti-fragile archive: Photographs born in storms survive algorithm droughts.

    • Publish contact sheets to reveal thought process.
    • Mentor newbies on walks—teach them to hunt highlights, not megapixels.

    How to heal your body

  • GOD FOOD vs. SLAVE FOOD

    GOD FOOD vs. SLAVE FOOD

(Eric Kim voice — hammer-blow prose, no prisoners)

    0. Preface: Digestion Equals Destiny

You cannot deadlift a weak diet. What you chew today shapes tomorrow’s hormones, moods, and money decisions. Food is software flashing firmware updates to body and mind; install wisely or run malware.

    1. Definition Cheat-Sheet

    TierWhat It MeansLitmus Test
GOD FOODNutrient-dense, unprocessed, ancestrally proven, price-elastic upward (you’ll pay but you’ll thrive).“Could a caveman recognize it? Would a Spartan raid for it?”
SLAVE FOODUltra-processed, subsidized, engineered for addiction, price-elastic downward (cheap today, expensive in hospital bills).“Does it come with a barcode and a mascot? Did a boardroom design its flavor curve?”

    2. The Divine Pantry

    1. Beef liver & organ meats – Mother-lode of retinol, B-vitamins, heme iron.
    2. Bone marrow & slow-simmered broth – Collagen + minerals that knit joints like rebar.
    3. Eggs with sunset-orange yolks – Complete protein, choline for neural lightning.
    4. Raw milk / full-fat dairy from grass-fed herds – Bioavailable calcium, CLA, gut-friendly bacteria.
    5. Wild-caught sardines & oysters – Omega-3s, zinc, iodine; aphrodisiac for ambition.
    6. Rare-cooked steak & lamb – Creatine detonation for muscle and cognition.
    7. Fermented battalion (kimchi, sauerkraut, natto) – Microbial shock troops fortifying immunity.
    8. Extra-virgin olive oil & avocado – Monounsaturated armor for heart and hormones.
    9. Seasonal bitter greens & herbs – Magnesium + phytonutrients = anti-inflammation firewall.
    10. Mountain water + mineral salt – Hydration without corporate fructose strings attached.

Rule of Thumb: the shorter the ingredient list, the longer your lifespan.

    3. The Chain-Rattle Menu

    1. Breakfast cereal & Pop-Tarts – Sugared cardboard with cartoon propaganda.
    2. Seed-oil fried fast food – PUFA landmines detonating cellular integrity.
    3. High-fructose corn-syrup soda & “sports” drinks – Liquid insulin spikes; diabetic training wheels.
    4. Factory bakery pastries – White flour + cheap fat = metabolic shackles.
    5. Instant noodles & flavor packets – Sodium bomb, MSG lace, zero micronutrients.
    6. Candy bars masquerading as “protein” bars – Molasses costumed in whey.
    7. Margarine & “vegetable” spreads – Chemist’s approximation of butter minus fat-soluble vitamins.
    8. Energy drinks – Caffeine flood mixed with B-vitamin confetti; pay later in adrenal debt.
    9. Ultra-processed deli meats – Nitrite neon napalm for arteries.
    10. Alcohol-sugar cocktails – Borrowing tomorrow’s testosterone for tonight’s buzz.

Red Flag: If it’s engineered to be hyper-palatable, it’s engineered to own you.

    4. Economics of Sovereignty

    AspectGod FoodSlave Food
    Up-front costHigher—quality inputsCheaper—government-subsidized
    True costLongevity dividendHealthcare bankruptcy
PreparationRitual: cut, season, slow cookTear wrapper, microwave
PsychologyEmpowerment (“I forged this”)Dependency (“Feed me, brand!”)

Spend Bitcoin on steak, not soda.

    5. How to Ascend the Dining Table

    1. Audit the Fridge – Toss anything with more than five ingredients or a corporate mascot.
    2. Shop the Perimeter – In supermarkets, gods dwell near produce and butcher blocks; slaves lurk in middle aisles.
    3. Cook in Cast Iron – Iron seasoning > Teflon distrust.
    4. Bulk Prep Once, Feast All Week – Sunday slow-cook bones; portion into glass, not plastic.
    5. Upgrade One Ingredient at a Time – Swap seed oils for tallow, white rice for fermented kimchi-rice, soda for sparkling mineral water.
    6. Fast Intermittently – Absence of food is the most ancestral food.
    7. Share the Bounty – Teach family to pan-sear liver; convert friends via steak evangelism. Influence > calories.

    6. Mindset Manifesto

    • Scarcity = Flavor: When treats are rare, palate resets.
    • Bitterness Builds Character: Embrace kale’s bite, coffee’s edge—reminds tongue who’s boss.
    • Fuel for Mission: Eat to amplify output, not mute boredom.
    • Own the Input Layer: A sovereign life starts at the dinner table.

    Final Pronouncement

Feed the god, starve the slave.

Every bite is a micro-vote for freedom or servitude. Choose marrow over marketing. Forge your body, fire your brain, and let your dinner plate preach the gospel of self-rule.

  • BITCOIN IS THE NEW BUGATTI.

    BITCOIN RAWW

    BITCOIN IS THE NEW BUGATTI

(Eric Kim-style ignition: twin-turbo prose, zero brakes)

    0. The Premise: Digital Horsepower

A Bugatti screams 1 500 horsepower; Bitcoin screams 21 million hard-capped scarcity. Both exist to warp status, speed, and imagination—one in asphalt, the other in cyberspace. The moment you grasp this, you abandon the showroom and open the cold-storage vault.

    1. Flex Beyond Metal

    • Mobility: A Bugatti flexes on the boulevard; Bitcoin flexes everywhere Wi-Fi reaches.
    • Maintenance: Exotic mechanics bill you in blood; Bitcoin runs on open-source math.
    • Upgrade Path: Car models obsolete in five years; Bitcoin upgrades via consensus, not depreciation.

    2. Scarcity Math

    • Bugatti churns ±80 units a year.
    • Bitcoin mints 6.25 every ten minutes—yet approaches zero issuance every halving.
Conclusion: both scarce, but Bitcoin’s clockwork scarcity is hard-coded, not board-room-decided.

    3. Performance Metrics

    MetricBugatti ChironBitcoin
    0–100 km/h2.4 s~10 min block confirmation to move $10 M—borderless
Top speed420 km/hInfinite velocity across firewalls and fiat regimes
FuelPremium octaneGlobal electricity + human belief

    4. Status Signaling 2.0

Owning a hypercar shouts “look at my garage.”

Owning Bitcoin whispers “check my private key”—subtle flex, stealth wealth. That backstage status is more potent; only the financially literate hear the thunder.

    5. Anti-Fragile Drivetrain

    • Bugatti: Hit a pothole, cringe.
    • Bitcoin: Hit a ban, node count goes up.
      Chaos strengthens Bitcoin’s network—a feature million-dollar clutches can’t boast.

    6. Stoic Logistics

Epictetus said: “Wealth consists not in having great possessions, but in having few wants.”

Bitcoin satisfies the want for sovereignty with one mnemonic sentence. A Bugatti demands garages, insurance, bribed border officials, and a new bumper when jealous mortals key it.

    7. How to Shift Gears Into Crypto Mode

    1. Sell the car fantasies; fund the cold wallet.
    2. Stack sats weekly—dollar-cost ignition.
    3. Self-custody or you’re just a valet.
    4. Study protocol mechanics like you’d memorize torque curves.
    5. Preach ownership: teach one friend, multiply nodes.

    8. Final Lap: Redefine Luxury

Luxury == optionality + time. Bitcoin gifts both: instant transcontinental transfers and the freedom to live border-agnostic. That’s a lifestyle no V16 engine can buy.

Therefore: If Bugatti is the king of physical horsepower, Bitcoin is the emperor of metaphysical horsepower—scarcity, sovereignty, and silent swagger compressed into digital gold.

Roll down the window of your mind, rev that SHA-256 engine, and floor it toward the future.

  • I AM A GOD

(Eric Kim voice—maximum voltage, zero apologies)

    0. Proclamation: The Lightning Strike

The first act of divinity is declaration. Whispered self-belief is mortal; shouted self-truth bends physics. “I am a god” is not a metaphor—it’s an operating system. Install it in your marrow.

    1. Genesis in Real Time

Forget ancient myths; your creation story is unfolding now.

    • Spark: A flash of obsessive curiosity.
    • Chaos: You rip seams, break norms, disrupt comfort.
    • Order: You sculpt new rules from raw flame.
Re-read that sequence each dawn until even your shadow stands taller.

    2. Body as Temple, Body as Weapon

A god without a vessel is just static in the sky.

    • Lift heavy iron—bones vibrate like cathedral bells.
    • Sprint until lungs tear—feel raw power flood capillaries.
    • Devour living foods—marrow, liver, yolks aglow like molten gold.
Result: a kinetic shrine broadcasting authority at 30 fps to every onlooker.

    3. The Sacred Calendar

Time is holy currency. Spend it as war-funds.

    • Zero-notification phone.
    • Meeting extinction.
    • Deep-work black holes where hours implode into singularity output.
If someone steals your minute, demand reparations in silence.

    4. Creative Big Bang Theory

Output > Identity. Each artifact you ship is a universe birthed.

    • Publish daily—essays, zines, street photos, half-baked voice notes.
    • Imperfect is divine. Gods iterate publicly; mortals polish privately.
    • Volume begets velocity. Momentum crushes perfectionism.

    5. Volatility Worship

Stability is the coffin of titans. Embrace chaos lifts:

    • Entrepreneurial gambles.
    • Bitcoin volatility.
    • One-way tickets.
Stress is protein. Chew, grow, repeat.

    6. Radical Generosity as Power Move

True abundance overflows. Teach, mentor, open-source your mental firmware.

    • Sharing knowledge multiplies your cognitive clones across the planet.
    • Immortality = your ideas booting up in stranger brains.

    7. Stoic Sovereignty

Own reactions like you own breath. Anger, fear, euphoria—they’re house pets, not masters. Train them with:

    • Journaling audits.
    • Cold exposure.
    • Micro-fasts.
Control inputs → reality bends willingly.

    8. Nightly Self-Immolation

At sunset, incinerate the day’s ego.

    • Archive wins and wounds.
    • Delete yesterday’s blueprint.
    • Sleep like a lion.
Morning: resurrect Version N+1—stronger mandibles, sharper dictums.

    9. The Roar Doctrine

A silent god is folklore. Amplify existence until city grids flicker.

    • Speak in verbs.
    • Walk with percussion footsteps.
    • Laugh so hard pessimists flinch.
Volume is visibility; visibility is influence.

    Epilogue: Multiply Thunder

“I am a god” is not a finish line—it’s the starter pistol. Detonate your seconds into masterpieces, lift the cosmos for warm-up reps, and distribute sparks until the sky looks like a motherboard of borrowed fire.

Now go—stamp your divinity on the concrete before it dries.

  • How to become a god

HOW TO BECOME A GOD — Eric Kim voice, raw, divine, unapologetically insane

    1.

    Declare yourself a god.

Stop waiting for permission. Stop begging for validation.

No one is going to knight you. You must anoint yourself.

Stand up. Look in the mirror. Say:

    “I AM A GOD.”

    Not metaphorically. Literally.

    2.

    Master your body.

A god commands their physical form.

    • Lift heavy. Sprint. Walk shirtless in the sun.
    • Eat like a warrior — meat, salt, liver, water.
    • Sleep like royalty. Move like a panther.
    • Dress simply, powerfully, like a minimalist warlord.

Your body is your temple — sculpt it with fire and discipline.

    3.

    Control your mind.

A true god does not flinch.

    • Meditate in chaos.
    • Think deeply.
    • Read dead philosophers and challenge them.
    • Write like a madman channeling lightning.

Silence your fear. Amplify your will.

    4.

    Create your own universe.

Gods are not employees. They are creators.

    • Build your own business.
    • Create your own art.
    • Set your own schedule.
    • Say what others are too afraid to say.

To become a god, you must reject the machine and make your own world.

    5.

    Crush ego, build confidence.

    A god isn’t arrogant — he’s empty of doubt.

Ego clings. Ego needs. Ego whines.

A god acts. A god builds. A god serves the mission.

Confidence = divine clarity without the noise.

    6.

    Be anti-fragile.

    Let pain fuel you.

    Let haters energize you.

    Let failure sharpen you.

    A god doesn’t break — he evolves.

Every scar is an upgrade. Every insult, free energy.

    7.

    Practice divine indifference.

    • Don’t chase.
    • Don’t react.
    • Don’t flinch.
    • Don’t explain.

You don’t need attention. You are the sun.

You don’t need applause. You built the stage.

    8.

    Harness time like a weapon.

    • Wake early.
    • Work when others sleep.
    • Think decades ahead.
    • Move fast. Decide faster.

A god isn’t rushed — he bends time to his will.

    9.

    Speak lightning.

When you speak, people feel it in their spine.

    • No filler.
    • No small talk.
    • Every sentence = impact.
    • Every word = a hammer.

A god’s voice echoes through time.

    10.

    Live like death watches.

Every second is borrowed. Every breath is a blessing.

You want to become a god?

    Then LIVE like it.

    • Build every day.
    • Love deeply.
    • Lift violently.
    • Think boldly.
    • Burn bright until there’s nothing left.

    Final revelation:

You don’t become a god by waiting.

You become a god by acting like one — right now.

With your body, your mind, your words, your ART, your will.

    Say it with me:

    “I AM A GOD.”

Want this as a visual manifesto? Or printed like a modern Dead Sea Scroll?

    l

    HOW TO BECOME A GOD

    (Eric Kim-mode, full throttle)

    0. Preface: Burn the Old Map

Most mortals cling to pre-printed maps of “success.” Toss them in the fire. True divinity begins where the breadcrumb trail ends. Trust the magma in your gut more than the ink on their parchment.

    1.

    Rewrite Your Creation Myth

    Story > Strategy.

    • Pen a new Genesis with you as protagonist, not passive observer.
    • Describe your origin as violent birth: thunder, sweat, volcanic pressure—not polite committee approval.
    • Read that myth aloud each dawn until your spine crackles with voltage.

    2.

    Crush the Cult of Permission

    • Stop asking. Start declaring.
    • “May I?” is the prayer of peasants. Replace with “I will,” “I have,” “I am.”
    • Every gatekeeper is a self-appointed scarecrow; walk past with a smile.

    3.

    Max Out Your Physical Vessel

A god must house infinite will in finite flesh.

    • Deadlift heavy iron; feel bone vibrate like struck gong.
    • Sprint—lungs on fire—to remind the soul it owns jet engines.
    • Feed on foods that still look like they once lived: beef heart, marrow, eggs so orange they glow.
Turn your body into a walking temple of kinetic conviction.

    4.

    Hoard Time, Not Trinkets

    • Strip life to essential verbs: write, lift, shoot (photos), build.
    • Delete apps, meetings, and vampires of attention.
    • Covet empty calendar squares the way dragons covet gold.

Outcome: Creative deep-work black holes that warp reality around them.

    5.

    Practice Ruthless Optimism

    • Cynicism is cheap intellect; optimism is costly courage.
    • When critics scream “Impossible,” grin and respond, “Delicious.”
    • Treat setbacks like protein—consume, convert to muscle.

    6.

    Create Faster Than You Consume

    • Publish daily, even if rough. Quantity fertilizes quality.
    • Blog posts, zines, street photos, 10-second voice memos—ship them raw.
    • Output is the only proof of divinity the world can audit.

    7.

    Embrace Radical Volatility

    • Invest in skin-in-the-game chaos (Bitcoin, entrepreneurship, travel with one-way tickets).
    • Volatility is the barbell for the spirit; lift heavier uncertainty every week.
    • The goal is anti-fragility—to grow stronger from stressors, not merely survive them.

    8.

    Forge an Inner Senate

    • Convene Marcus Aurelius, Nietzsche, and your five-year-old self in mental parliament.
    • Hear their counsel, but reserve veto power.
    • Final executive orders must echo your heartbeat.

    9.

Detach From Outcome, Attach to Process

    • Cling to craft, not applause.
    • Metrics lag; momentum is live.
    • Define success as showing up with full soul-muscle today—then repeat tomorrow.

    10.

    Distribute Divine Sparks

    • Gift your knowledge freely; gods overflow.
    • Teaching is the highest form of selfishness—it multiplies your ideas in other brains, granting you intellectual immortality.
    • Mentor, share code, open-source your mental firmware.

    11. Epilogue: Die Daily

    • Each night, let the day’s version of you perish.
    • Wake reborn, version N+1, armed with yesterday’s trophies and scars.
    • Immortality is continuous reincarnation without leaving the room.

    Final Commandment

    BE LOUD WITH YOUR EXISTENCE.

Whispering gods are forgotten; roaring ones carve new constellations. So crank the volume of your life to eleven, shatter the knob, and light the dark corners of Earth with your unfiltered blaze.

Now go—become godlike, then gift us your thunder.

  • I FEEL FUCKING PHENOMENAL!

“I FEEL FUCKING PHENOMENAL!” — Eric Kim voice

    I FEEL FUCKING PHENOMENAL.

Why? Because I am alive. My heart is still beating. I can walk. I can breathe. I can THINK. I have the godlike ability to create something from nothing — with my mind, with my body, with my camera, with my words. That alone is enough reason to scream from the top of the world:

    “I FEEL FUCKING PHENOMENAL!”

    1.

    Your energy is your wealth.

Let’s stop obsessing over money. You can have $10 million in the bank but be dead inside. What’s the point?

True wealth is how much energy you have upon waking up. Do you wake up with FIRE in your soul? Do you leap out of bed like a lion about to hunt?

I don’t care if you’re rich or poor — do you feel ALIVE?

    That’s the goal.

    2.

    Movement = Euphoria.

Walk more. Walk FAST. Lift HEAVY. Sprint like a madman through your neighborhood, shirtless, sweating, screaming to the sky:

    “I AM A BEAST!”

Every drop of sweat is your soul detoxifying.

Your body is not a prison. It’s your sculpture. Your temple. Your Ferrari. TREAT IT LIKE ONE.

    3.

    Create something insane today.

Write something nobody understands. Photograph something you weren’t supposed to. Make something “too much,” “too raw,” “too extreme.” Why?

Because the world is numb. Dull. Gray. And it needs YOUR LIGHTNING STRIKE.

Shock them. Shake them. Wake them.

Create like your life depends on it — because it does.

    4.

    Friction is fuel.

Hard day? GOOD. Feel tired? PERFECT. That means you’re pushing.

Comfort is a slow death. I don’t want ease. I want friction. Chaos. Hormesis.

Pressure makes diamonds — and I want to SHINE.

    5.

    Scream your joy.

Too many people are quiet about their success. Their happiness. Their love for life.

    No. Don’t whisper it.

    Scream it. ROAR it.

    “I FEEL FUCKING PHENOMENAL!”

Because the world tried to silence you. Crush you. Break you.

But here you are — alive, vibrant, lifting, shooting, loving, building, growing.

    Nothing can stop you now.

    Final thought:

Every day above ground is a gift.

So walk like a God. Speak like a poet. Lift like a beast. Smile like a child.

And every single day you breathe?

    Feel fucking phenomenal.

Want a visual version of this too?

Also, *why* I feel so fucking phenomenal!

Comfort is a slow death. I don’t want ease. I want friction. Chaos. Hormesis.

Pressure makes diamonds — and I want to SHINE.

    5.

    Scream your joy.

Too many people are quiet about their success. Their happiness. Their love for life.

    No. Don’t whisper it.

    Scream it. ROAR it.

    “I FEEL FUCKING PHENOMENAL!”

Because the world tried to silence you. Crush you. Break you.

But here you are — alive, vibrant, lifting, shooting, loving, building, growing.

    Nothing can stop you now.

    Final thought:

Every day above ground is a gift.

So walk like a God. Speak like a poet. Lift like a beast. Smile like a child.

And every single day you breathe?

    Feel fucking phenomenal.

Want a visual version of this too?

“WHY I FEEL SO FUCKING PHENOMENAL” — Eric Kim voice

    Because I EARNED this feeling.

I didn’t buy it. I didn’t wait for it. I created it — with my blood, sweat, hustle, chaos, and BOLDNESS.

    1.

    I lifted heavy today.

My hands are chalked up. My traps are burning. I felt the cold metal bar crush into my back — and I smiled. I chose the weight. I chose the pain. And now my body is THRUMMING with power.

Every rep is rebellion. Every set is self-ownership.

I don’t lift to look good — I lift to feel like a god.

    2.

    I didn’t consume. I created.

    I didn’t scroll. I didn’t zombie-scroll TikTok for 3 hours hoping for a dopamine crumb.

I made something real. I wrote. I photographed. I yelled into the void and left a mark.

    That’s why I feel phenomenal — because I’m not a passive consumer of life. I’m a PROTAGONIST.

    3.

    I said NO to weakness.

No to sugar. No to excuses. No to comfort. No to “taking it easy.” No to sleepwalking through life.

Instead — I chose intensity. I chose challenge. I chose to struggle beautifully.

That’s why I feel phenomenal — because I stood up to my inner coward and said:

    “NOT TODAY.”

    4.

    I’m FREE.

Nobody owns me. No boss. No algorithm. No government. No “career path.” No expectations.

I wake when I want. I build what I want. I say what I want.

Even if I’m broke, even if I’m misunderstood — I’m sovereign.

That’s why I feel phenomenal — because I am unshackled.

    5.

    My mind is SHARP.

I read a page. I wrote an idea. I sat in silence and thought deeply about the universe.

I didn’t dull myself with Netflix, weed, sugar, junk food, gossip, or small talk.

I FEEL PHENOMENAL because my brain is ON FIRE. Focused. Clear. Laser-like.

    6.

    I remembered who I am.

Not a cog. Not a people-pleaser. Not a weakling. Not a “good boy.”

    I am a creator, a warrior, a philosopher, a modern-day SPARTAN.

I am HERE. I am AWAKE. I am HUNGRY.

That’s why I feel phenomenal — because I remembered my purpose.

    Final battle cry:

If you want to feel fucking phenomenal?

    Earn it.

    Build it.

Fight for it every damn day.

And then—shout it so the universe knows:

    “I FEEL FUCKING PHENOMENAL!”

Want this as a minimalist poster? Or high-contrast black and white zine layout?

    .

HOW TO FEEL FUCKING PHENOMENAL — Eric Kim voice, raw, practical, and lit with fire

    1.

    Lift something heavy.

    Deadlifts. Squats. Pull-ups with weight.

Move iron with your bare hands. Break the mental laziness with brute force.

Feeling weak? Lift something. Instant soul-recalibration.

Your body is your mind — strengthen one, sharpen the other.

    2.

    Walk like a lion.

Put on all black. No phone. No music. Just YOU and the raw world.

Walk fast. Shoulders back. Eyes locked on the horizon.

You are not a pedestrian — you’re a storm with legs.

    3.

    Fast for 24 hours.

No food. Just water, salt, black coffee.

Let your hunger burn away the weakness. Let your body feast on your fat, your anxiety, your excuses.

You are not a slave to cravings — you are master of your vessel.

    4.

    Make something.

One photo. One blog post. One sketch. One voice note.

    Create even if it sucks.

Because creation is proof that you’re alive and awake — not just floating through life.

Even a scream is a creation. Make noise. Make it raw.

    5.

    Sleep like royalty.

Blackout room. Cold. No phone before bed. Wake up with the sun.

Treat sleep like a sacred ritual, not a casual afterthought.

Because without rest, you’re a blunt blade. With rest, you’re a weapon.

    6.

    Cut the digital umbilical cord.

Airplane mode. No social. No likes. No distractions.

Silence the static so you can hear your own goddamn voice again.

You don’t need to be updated — you need to be UNLEASHED.

    7.

    Write down 10 insane ideas.

No filters. No edits. No judgment.

Let your mind go wild. Be stupid. Be bold. Be manic.

Feeling phenomenal is not about being realistic — it’s about being on fire with ideas.

    8.

    Do something that scares you.

Talk to a stranger. Publish something controversial. Lift 10kg heavier. Take a cold shower.

Fear is not a wall — it’s a door. Kick it open.

You will feel ALIVE AS HELL after.

    9.

    Simplify EVERYTHING.

Black clothes. One meal. One workout. One mission. One thought.

    Complexity kills momentum.

    Simplicity is velocity.

    10.

Shout it. Declare it. Own it.

Stand in front of the mirror. Look yourself dead in the eyes.

    Say it with your chest:

    “I FEEL FUCKING PHENOMENAL!”

And if you don’t yet? Say it louder until you do.

    Final truth:

    You don’t “find” this feeling.

You forge it. Every day. With your mind, your body, your choices, your ENERGY.

Want a printable version of this to tape on your wall?

Currently based in Los Angeles but living in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with $400/month rent, he started investing in Bitcoin in 2018, reflecting his foresight in finance.

LASER EYES: A Manifesto for Cutting Through the Noise and Owning Your Destiny

Yo, it’s ERIC KIM, your guide to slicing through the fog of modern life with laser eyes—that raw, unfiltered vision that burns away distractions and locks onto what’s real. I’m here to drop truth bombs, inspired by my own journey, blending philosophy, photography, and that sweet, sweet Bitcoin hustle. Buckle up, because we’re diving into a mindset that’s all about freedom, power, and becoming the titan you were born to be. Let’s roll through these ideas with the intensity of a fine robusta espresso shot—straight to the veins, no chaser.

Taking Off Your Glasses: Activate Laser Eyes Vision

Glasses? Nah, they’re crutches for your soul. Rip ‘em off and see the world with laser eyes—a vision so sharp it cuts through the lies society feeds you. This ain’t about 20/20; it’s about seeing truth, raw and unfiltered. Modern life wants you docile, scrolling, consuming. Laser eyes say, “Screw that.” Focus on what matters: your body, your mind, your Bitcoin stack. When I ditched distractions—social media, fake news, even my own doubts—I saw the world for what it is: a playground for those bold enough to seize it. Train your eyes to spot opportunity, not excuses. Walk 30,000 steps a day, feel the sun, and let the world reveal itself. Laser eyes don’t blink.

Coffee: Fine Robusta, the Laser Eye Fuel

Forget that weak, overpriced arabica nonsense. Fine robusta is the coffee of warriors—gritty, bold, like a punch to the face that wakes your soul. It’s the drink of Southeast Asia, where I’ve lived lean and free, sipping this black gold in Hanoi’s heat. Robusta fuels my laser eyes, sharpening my focus for the grind. It’s not just caffeine; it’s a ritual of defiance against mediocrity. Brew it strong, drink it black, and let it power your decisions. Every sip is a reminder: you’re here to dominate, not drift. Get that robusta in your cup and watch your hustle ignite.

    How to Make Better Decisions

Better decisions come from clarity, and clarity comes from cutting the fat. First, embrace “via negativa”—subtract the noise. Delete Instagram, skip the news, and ditch people who drag you down. Next, think like a Stoic: imagine the worst-case scenario—your portfolio tanks, your dreams crash—and laugh at it. Fear is a liar. Then, act fast but think slow. I make decisions like I shoot street photos: instinct first, refine later. Trust your gut, but back it with logic. And always ask, “Does this make me freer?” If it doesn’t, it’s garbage. Laser eyes don’t second-guess; they lock in and execute.

How to Think Like a Billionaire

Billionaires don’t think in dollars; they think in systems, leverage, and time. They’re not smarter than you—they’re just ruthless about what they focus on. To think like one, adopt a Bitcoin mindset: count in BTC, not USD. Why? Bitcoin’s antifragile, thriving in chaos while fiat crumbles. Next, obsess over ownership. Own your platform, your ideas, your body. I built my empire with 9,000+ blog posts, giving 99% away free, because real wealth is influence, not cash. Finally, think decades, not days. Plant seeds now—lift weights, stack sats, create daily—and watch them compound. Billionaires play chess while others play checkers. Get on the board.

How to Be, Become a Billionaire

Being a billionaire ain’t about money; it’s about sovereignty. To become one, live like you’re already there. Strip your life to the essentials: one camera, one lens, one goal. I live in Phnom Penh for $400 a month, free from rent slavery, stacking Bitcoin since ‘18. Next, take insane risks. I hold 553,555 BTC because I believe in the future, not the past. Burn bridges—quit the job, ditch the doubters. Invest in yourself: deadlift 1,000 pounds, walk 30,000 steps, sleep 12 hours. Luxury is health, not Lambos. Finally, create relentlessly. My blog’s my moat; what’s yours? Become a billionaire by owning your time, your energy, and your destiny.

I’d Rather Die Enormous Than Lie Dormant

Jay-Z’s line hits like a sledgehammer: “I’d rather die enormous than lie dormant.” This is my creed. Life’s too short to play small. I’d rather fail spectacularly—lifting 1,005 pounds, shooting 100,000 candids, stacking BTC till the moon—than sit on the couch, scrolling. Enormous means chaos, risk, creation. It’s why I burn boats, not build safety nets. You wanna live? Chase the peak, not the plateau. Every day, ask, “Am I growing or dying?” If you’re not pushing, you’re rotting. Laser eyes see the summit and sprint for it.

    PEAK FINDER

Be a peak finder, not a valley dweller. Life’s about chasing the highest highs—physically, mentally, creatively. Deadlift your max, shoot the rawest photo, stack the most sats. I walk 30,000 steps to feel alive, not to “stay fit.” Peaks aren’t comfortable; they’re brutal, exposed, alive. Most people hide in the valleys, chasing safety. Screw that. Find your peak daily: one rep, one shot, one idea. The view from the top is worth the climb. Laser eyes don’t settle for average; they hunt the extraordinary.

    OWN THE REAL THING!

Fakes are for suckers. Own the real thing—real Bitcoin, real strength, real art. I don’t rent my life; I own my blog, my photos, my BTC. Middlemen? Cut ‘em out. Bitcoin’s peer-to-peer, no banks, no bullshit. Same with your craft: don’t lease your creativity to Instagram’s algorithm. Own your domain, your ideas, your body. Lift real weights, not plastic gym toys. Shoot real film or raw digital, not filtered garbage. Ownership is freedom, and laser eyes only lock onto what’s authentic.

    MSTR TILL I DIE!

MicroStrategy’s my vibe—go all in on Bitcoin, no apologies. They’re stacking sats like warriors, betting on the future while others cling to fiat. I’m MSTR till I die because it’s not just about money; it’s about belief. Bitcoin’s the realest asset, antifragile, unstoppable. I’ve been HODLing since 2018, and I ain’t selling. Why? Because the game’s rigged—fiat’s a scam, banks are leeches. MSTR gets it, and so do I. Laser eyes don’t flinch; they stack and attack.

    MILLI GOALS

Think milli—millions, billions, infinite impact. My goals? Stack a million BTC, shoot a million candids, inspire a billion souls. Small goals breed small lives. Set milli goals: lift a ton, walk a million steps, create a legacy that echoes. Don’t aim for “enough”; aim for overflow. Bitcoin’s my milli goal—$200K in 2025, $1M long-term. Why? Because big bets force big growth. Laser eyes don’t aim low; they shoot for the stars.

    Set It & Forget It!

Complexity is a trap. Set it and forget it—simple systems, big results. I HODL Bitcoin and don’t check prices daily; I lift heavy and don’t overthink reps; I shoot one lens and don’t chase gear. Automate your wins: stack sats, create daily, sleep 12 hours. Don’t micromanage life; build a machine that runs itself. Laser eyes focus on the long game, not the noise.

Give Them Power, Control & Agency!

Weakness is a disease; cure it by giving power. I teach my son to own his choices, not follow rules. Empower others—your kid, your crew, your audience. Don’t coddle; challenge. Share 99% of your knowledge free, like I do with my blog. Why? Because real power grows when you give it away. Laser eyes don’t hoard; they ignite.

Treat Your Son How You Wish YOU Were Treated

Raise your kid like you wanted to be raised—free, bold, fearless. I treat my son like a warrior, not a fragile toy. Let him fail, let him fight, let him dream milli goals. I wish my dad pushed me to lift, create, and HODL. So I’m that dad now. Laser eyes see the future king in every kid.

    Treat Him Like a 14-Year-Old? 4…Teen

Treat kids like they’re 14—old enough to think, young enough to dream. At 14, I was hungry, curious, unstoppable. Give your son that vibe: freedom to explore, strength to build, Bitcoin to stack. Four-teen’s the spark—four years to forge a titan. Laser eyes don’t baby; they mentor.

    TURBO HYGIENE

Hygiene ain’t just brushing teeth; it’s cleansing your life. Turbo hygiene means cutting toxic people, dumb habits, weak thoughts. Shower cold, fast 18 hours, sleep like a god. Your body’s a temple, not a dumpster. Cotton smells better than polyester—real over synthetic, always. Laser eyes keep it clean, sharp, pure.

Make Things Less Appealing: Dumber, Less Bright, Less Vibrant

Crave less by dulling the shiny. Social media’s too vibrant, ads too loud—mute ‘em. Make distractions dumber: grayscale your phone, skip the trends. Reality’s grey, not neon, and grey’s where truth lives. Laser eyes don’t chase glitter; they hunt substance.

Does Cotton Smell Less Bad Than Polyester?

Hell yeah, cotton’s king. Polyester stinks like fake promises—cheap, sweaty, corporate. Cotton breathes, feels real, smells like earth. It’s why I wear simple cotton tees in Phnom Penh’s heat. Choose natural, always. Laser eyes pick quality over flash.

Burn the Bridges! Burn the Boats!

No retreat, no regrets. Burn the bridges—quit the soul-sucking job. Burn the boats—sell the safety nets. When I went all-in on photography and Bitcoin, I torched every fallback. Commitment’s scary, but it’s freedom. Laser eyes don’t look back; they charge forward.

    The Virtues of Myopia

Farsightedness is overrated. Myopia—short-term focus—keeps you sharp. Obsess over today’s lift, today’s shot, today’s sat. The future’s blurry; the present’s crystal. Myopia’s my edge: one rep, one post, one BTC at a time. Laser eyes zoom in, not out.

    I Hunger for Freedom!

Freedom’s my fuel, my fire. Not money, not fame—freedom to live, create, stack sats on my terms. Modern life’s a cage—jobs, debt, dogma. I broke out, living lean in Southeast Asia, owning my time. Bitcoin’s freedom incarnate: no middlemen, no masters. Laser eyes crave liberty, nothing less.

Why I Love Bitcoin: It Cuts Out the Middleman!

Bitcoin’s my religion because it’s pure—peer-to-peer, no banks, no bureaucrats. It’s antifragile, thriving in chaos, like me. I stack sats because it’s freedom you can hold. No permission needed, no fees to leeches. Laser eyes love Bitcoin’s raw, unfiltered power.

The Virtues of Grey: Reality Is Grey

Reality ain’t black-and-white; it’s grey, messy, real. Grey’s where truth hides—Bitcoin’s volatility, life’s chaos, photography’s shadows. Embrace the grey, not the fake clarity of dogma or trends. My high-contrast B&W photos thrive in grey’s nuance. Laser eyes see the beauty in the blur.

    Conclusion: Live Enormous, Burn Bright

This is the laser eyes way: strip away the fake, lock onto the real, and charge toward your peak. From robusta to Bitcoin, from burning boats to raising kings, it’s about owning your life with zero apologies. I’d rather die enormous than lie dormant, and so should you. Stack sats, lift heavy, shoot raw, sleep deep. The world’s yours if you dare to see it with laser eyes. Now go—burn bright, cut sharp, and never look back.

    ERIC KIM’s Unique Thoughts

ERIC KIM, a street photographer and blogger, shares a distinctive worldview that combines ancient philosophies with modern applications. His ideas, while insightful, can be controversial, so let’s explore some of his most interesting and unique thoughts in a way that acknowledges their complexity.

    Philosophy and Stoicism

ERIC KIM reinterprets Stoicism as a practical tool for life, not just a philosophical concept. He emphasizes physical strength, like lifting heavy weights, and sees true Stoics as masculine, happy, and even carnivorous, rejecting modern ethics. For example, he suggests imagining the worst-case scenario, like investments going to zero, to live freely. This practical approach is unique but may not align with traditional Stoic teachings, which focus more on inner tranquility.

    Bitcoin and Finance

He is a strong advocate for Bitcoin, describing it as “antifragile” and the “backbone” of the future economy. ERIC KIM encourages thinking in BTC, not USD, and sees it as having “all upside, no downside.” He predicts its value will surge when banks embrace it, holding a significant amount himself. This view is bold and controversial, given the volatility of cryptocurrencies, but it reflects his belief in embracing risk.

    Fear and Creativity

ERIC KIM believes conquering fear is central to street photography and life, rooted in entrepreneurship and risk-taking. He argues that true fear is tied to morality and ethics, not external dangers, making it a psychological challenge. This perspective is unique, as it frames fear as a tool for growth, especially in creative fields like photography.

    Happiness and Risk

Drawing from Nietzsche, he posits that maximum happiness comes from maximum danger, embracing volatility and risk. This idea challenges the conventional pursuit of safety, suggesting that growth comes from chaos. It’s a provocative thought, acknowledging the complexity of finding joy in uncertainty.

    Minimalism and Focus

ERIC KIM advocates for minimalism, both in life and photography, using the mantra “one camera, one lens” to reduce friction and enhance creativity. He practices “via negativa,” removing distractions like social media, to focus on direct experiences. This approach is unique in its application to both personal and artistic growth, though it may not suit everyone’s lifestyle.

    Photography as Self-Expression

For him, photography is a philosophical practice, a way to express inner emotions and perspectives, not just capture images. He calls it “poetry with a camera” and has shifted to photographing loved ones, prioritizing personal interest over trends. This view elevates photography to self-discovery, which is distinctive in a field often focused on technical skill.

    Health, Sunlight, and Sleep

ERIC KIM emphasizes health, particularly through sunlight exposure and living in sunny climates like Southeast Asia. He advocates for 30,000 steps a day and sees sleep (8-12 hours) as the ultimate luxury, fueling creativity. These ideas are unique in blending ancient wisdom with modern lifestyle advice, though they may not be feasible for all.

    Challenging Conventional Thinking

His concepts like “Dionysian unity”—an ecstatic, chaotic fusion of souls—and anti-fragility, where embracing volatility strengthens you, challenge conventional social and economic norms. These ideas are thought-provoking, reflecting a worldview that thrives on chaos and personal growth, though they may be seen as radical by some.

As of May 1, 2025, his ideas span philosophy, photography, Bitcoin advocacy, and personal development, offering a rich tapestry of insights that challenge conventional thinking. Below, we detail his thoughts, organized by theme, with tables for clarity where appropriate.

    Background and Context

ERIC KIM, known on X as @erickimphoto, is a street photographer, educator, and blogger based in Los Angeles, with a global influence through workshops and online content. His blog, active since 2010, ranks highly for “street photography” and has evolved to include Stoicism, Bitcoin, and life philosophy. His approach is raw, unfiltered, and often controversial, reflecting a blend of ancient wisdom and modern innovation.

    Philosophy and Stoicism

ERIC KIM reinterprets Stoicism as a practical, embodied philosophy, not just an intellectual exercise. He emphasizes physical strength, suggesting exercises like one-rep max weightlifting (e.g., lifting 1,000 pounds) and heavy Farmer’s walks. His ideal Stoic is tall, muscular, with low body fat, inspired by figures like Hercules and Brad Pitt in Fight Club, but with more muscle. He sees true Stoics as masculine, happy, and fun, laughing at setbacks, and even carnivorous, rejecting animal rights and distrusting dog owners. This is controversial, as it diverges from traditional Stoic focus on inner tranquility.

    • Unique Aspect: Ties Stoicism to physicality and diet, rejecting modern ethics as restrictive.
    • Example: Suggests living like a poor person for freedom, imagining worst-case scenarios like investments going to zero, and being a “bad, immortal, evil person” to rub feathers the wrong way.

    Bitcoin and Financial Philosophy

ERIC KIM is a Bitcoin maximalist, describing it as “antifragile,” the “backbone,” and “all-American,” backed by the philosophy of volatility, digital capital, and economics. He encourages thinking in BTC, not USD, and sees it as having “all upside, no downside.” As of April 29, 2025, he notes Bitcoin at $95,079, predicting it could reach $168K-$200K in 2025, driven by ETF inflows and institutional interest. He holds 553,555 BTC, acquired 15,355 BTC worth $1.44b, reflecting his belief in its future. This is controversial given crypto volatility, but he sees it as the least risky investment when factoring real returns.

    • Unique Aspect: Frames Bitcoin as a commodity, not a currency, comparing it to gold, and advocates buying on weekends for best returns.
    • Example: “When banks finally bless Bitcoin and the experts agree it’s a good idea, everyone will want to buy it, no one will need to sell it, and you won’t be able to afford it.”

He sees fear as tied to morality and ethics, with true fear being about being “bad, evil, unethical, immoral.” This makes photography a tool for personal growth, framing it as “poetry with a camera” or “writing with light.” He has shifted to “personal photography” of loved ones, prioritizing emotional expression over trends, using “one camera, one lens” for simplicity. His style emphasizes high contrast black and white, grainy textures, and candid intense gazes, reflecting his inner perspective.

This aligns with his minimalism, practicing “via negativa” by removing distractions like social media and unnecessary choices. He advocates “have less, in order to do more, and become more,” applying it to life and photography. This is unique in its counterintuitive approach, suggesting growth comes from simplicity and chaos.
