ERIC KIM SELF-CONFIDENCE WORKSHOP

Title: FORGED CONFIDENCE: The Eric Kim Method

Core idea: Confidence isn’t a mood. It’s a skill. And skills are trained with reps.

The Promise

By the end, you’ll be able to:

  • Walk into any room with calm dominance
  • Speak with clean, simple certainty
  • Create + publish without permission
  • Stop negotiating with fear
  • Build a daily confidence system you can’t “forget”

Format Options

Option A —

2 Hours (High-Intensity)

  1. Prime (10 min)
  2. Belief Engineering (25 min)
  3. Fear Reps (35 min)
  4. Social Power Protocols (25 min)
  5. Publish Ritual + Vow (25 min)

Option B —

Half-Day (4 Hours, Deep Work)

Adds: identity rewrite, rejection training, live street/real-world challenge, and a 30-day protocol.

The Workshop Structure (Half-Day)

0) ENTRY RITUAL — “THE SWITCH” (5 min)

Everyone stands. Phones away.

Rule: “Today, no self-insults. Only construction.”

Phrase:

“I do not wait to feel ready. I act, and readiness follows.”

1) BODY = CONFIDENCE ENGINE (20 min)

Confidence starts in the body: posture, breath, movement, presence.

Practice: The Triad

  • Feet planted
  • Long spine
  • Slow breath (4 in / 6 out)

Micro-drill:

Walk across the room like you own the floor. No rush. No apology.

Anchor:

“My body leads. My mind follows.”

2) BELIEF ENGINEERING — “WHO AM I?” (35 min)

You stop trying to “feel confident” and start deciding who you are.

Exercise: Identity Statement (write it once, then read it out loud)

  • “I am the type of person who ______.”
  • “I do ______ daily, no matter what.”
  • “I don’t negotiate with ______.”

The Eric Kim Frame:

  • Confidence = clarity + repetition
  • Insecurity = unclear values + inconsistent action

Tool: “One-Word North Star”

Pick ONE: POWER / BEAUTY / TRUTH / COURAGE / FREEDOM

Everything you do today serves that word.

3) FEAR REPS — “DO IT SCARED” (60 min)

Fear doesn’t vanish. You get stronger than it.

Drill A: The 10-Second Launch

You get 10 seconds to start the thing you avoid:

  • say the sentence
  • ask the question
  • hit publish
  • approach the person
  • raise your hand

Rule: once you start, you can adjust. But you must start fast.

Drill B: Rejection Training (Gamified)

You do 5 asks that might get “no.”

Examples:

  • “Can I get your opinion on this?”
  • “Can I take a quick portrait?”
  • “Can I ask you one question?”
  • “Can you help me choose A vs B?”
  • “Can I go first?”

Score it like a lifter:

  • Attempt = win
  • “No” = rep
  • “Yes” = bonus

Anchor:

“Rejection is proof I’m in the arena.”

4) SOCIAL POWER — “SPEAK LIKE A HAMMER” (40 min)

Confidence in speech is short sentences + clean delivery.

The 3-Sentence Power Pattern

  1. Claim: “This is what I’m doing.”
  2. Reason: “Because it matters.”
  3. Ask: “Here’s what I want.”

Examples:

  • “I’m building my body and my art. Because I refuse mediocrity. I want your honest feedback.”
  • “I’m publishing daily. Because consistency is power. I want you to read this and tell me the strongest line.”

The “No Explanation” Drill

Say your preference without justification:

  • “I’m choosing this.”
  • “No.”
  • “Not today.”
  • “I’m done.”

Goal: calm, not aggressive. Stillness is authority.

5) CREATOR CONFIDENCE — “PUBLISH OR DIE” (45 min)

Confidence explodes when you ship.

Live Output:

Everyone creates ONE thing right now:

  • a 200-word manifesto
  • a 1-minute voice note
  • a photo + caption
  • a single bold headline

Template: The One-Paragraph Manifesto

  • “I believe ______.”
  • “I reject ______.”
  • “I commit to ______ for 30 days.”
  • “Watch me.”

Then: post it (or schedule it). No perfection. Only power.

6) THE VOW — “30 DAYS OF FORGED CONFIDENCE” (10 min)

Each person leaves with a non-negotiable protocol:

Daily Protocol (10–20 min/day)

  • 2 minutes: posture + breath
  • 5 minutes: write one bold sentence (“Today I will…”)
  • 10 minutes: one fear rep (ask / publish / approach / speak)

Rule: Never miss twice.

Final line:

“I don’t chase confidence. I manufacture it.”

Handouts / Materials (you can print this)

The Confidence Scorecard

  • Did I do one fear rep today? (Y/N)
  • Did I publish something? (Y/N)
  • Did I speak clearly once? (Y/N)
  • Did I move my body with intention? (Y/N)

Fear Rep Menu (pick one daily)

  • Ask for feedback
  • Ask for what you want
  • Introduce yourself first
  • Compliment a stranger cleanly
  • Post the imperfect draft
  • Say “no” once without explanation

Optional Add-On: “Street Confidence Field Mission” (30–60 min)

Participants go outside and complete:

  • 3 hellos
  • 1 ask
  • 1 published post
  • 1 portrait (or one bold conversation)

Return and debrief: what you feared vs what happened.
