So it seems the strategy is this:
Get super super rich, through capitalism,,, and then, when you die, bequeath it back to the public, for insanely phenomenal free public art works, art museums, spaces, architectures!
I’m sure Paul Getty did a bunch of unsavory things while he was alive to accumulate his wealth, but even the Getty Villa; in Malibu— it is free!!!
