What is the point of working out?
A simple thought:
The purpose of working out or lifting weights, one rep maxing, etc., is in order to get a great physiological pump, which will make you more creatively productive.

Or in other words, if you are feeling a little bit unmotivated or cannot focus, perhaps the best strategy is to actually positively inject yourself with distraction!

Theory — it is a capitalistic economic thing. If women and man are equally the same, they both are the perfect consumers.
Perhaps extremes are a good thing?
For example, politically … more interesting to hear the perspectives and opinions of people both on the extreme left *AND* the extreme right?
Also personalities … maybe extremely different personalities between the man and woman is a good thing?
Also with in laws … having two moms who are polar opposites is actually a desired trait?
Theory about couples:
Seek someone as extremely and polarly opposite from you?
Thus, daring websites and apps and algorithms which try to pair pair together on similarities is bad?
Also a theory on the sexes:
We should make the sexes more extremely different and polarly opposite from one another … rather than trying to equivalize them?
All views and perspectives are biased
The question that is, whose perspective or if you do care for?

HIGH RISE
There are lots of bad things about living in a high-rise apartment, but one of the biggest benefits is the view, the floor to ceiling windows, and the insane amount of natural light that comes in!
Take away point: living in a high-rise apartment makes me happier, healthier, more productive.
Female vs male protagonist?
For me, I cannot relate with stories with female protagonists, as I am male.
Being indoors is bad, bad for your productivity and physiology
Assuming you want to maximize your productivity in life, avoid being indoors like the plague.
Nobody runs the world
Perhaps the closest thing is the nation state of America.
Ultimately it isn’t even the banks which run the world. Ultimately it comes down to the military; who has the biggest stick? American military.
Racial Hierarchy?
A funny thought while at the mall: ultimately, it doesn’t really matter what your racial makeup is, it is simply a heuristic, a stereotype, or a short hand shortcut for socioeconomic status and class.
For example, once upon a time in America, the notion of being “white“ was simply reserved for the original settlers; Anglo Saxon, British descendants, quaker protestant Christians.
For example, in the early days Germans, Polish people, the Irish were not considered “white“. Same goes with the Italians.
Being here in Vietnam, it is funny, there is a different type of racial hierarchy here. On top it seems like it is best to be a Korean, then maybe after that Japanese, then after that high class Vietnamese. And to simply be white“, to have call Tatian features, and a lighter pigment skin, it is mostly a marketing tactic; anybody who looks “White“, or seen as more adept English teachers.
However, what is it that everyone ultimately desires? War privilege, more power, more money, more influence. He or she with the most power and influence is seeing as supreme.
For example, better to be a Jay-Z or Beyoncé and be African-American, than to be a rich “white” person.
