Time Thoughts
Perhaps the best way to extract the maximum out of life is maximum time leverage?
The limiting factor is time and physiology?
-
How to Stimulate Your Physiology
Go outside!!
-
Photography Fitness
Your propensity to make photos!

How to Save Time
First, stop driving?
Second, if you’re going to drive, keep it at five minutes or less?
Third, become creative with walking.
Fourth, consider your Archimedes lever and what is truly critical to you!
-
Just speak your mind
Don’t edit it!
No need to be considerate or conscientious about it.
-
When people criticize critique or judge you, what they’re really doing is scapegoating you for their own problems
Once again, this is why you should never take anything personally.
-
Proximity is key.
It seems that in today’s world, perhaps the most pragmatic optimization you can make is for proximity. As close as humanly possible.

TURN A DEAF EAR TO OTHERS.

FIRST, DO WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU!
I’m ain’t going to try to optimize my life to simply please others.

MEDIA PRODUCTION IS MY PASSION
Produce more media! This is the key!

Man cannot stand staying at home
Anti-the notion of a home. Imagine a Genghis Khan, Napoleon, or Alexander the great thinking of this “home†notion.
I wonder, where does this even modern day notion of a home come from?
-
I don’t take nothing personally
I just want to be able to be focused on my own work!
-
KEEP IT SIMPLE.
Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
Graceful, elegant, grand. Majestic.
-
ILL WILL OR GOOD WILL?
The will matters! The intent matters!
-
Fung Shwei (feng shui) or Not?
With designing your home or placing objects in your home, they’re tends to be certain arrangements which are more feng shui and certain arrangements which are not. There’s no scienve to this, just an art, a gut feeling sense of things.

What your body says about you
A lot.
First and foremost, what your body looks like reveals your eating and consumption habits. This might also be indicative of your work, your social class, and also, the degree of personal freedom you got, or your own personal values.
The funny thing is that there is certainly some sort of variety here; for example, I know that a lot of poor immigrants tend to be on the obese side. And also, a lot of working middle-class people also tend to be obese. Or over fat.
Construction workers
At the old LA fitness gym I used to go in Providence Rhode Island, I’ve actually noted that a lot of the fit guys are construction workers. Why? Their work is seasonal and intermittent, which means that they have a lot more free time to just go to the gym work out and hang out.
It seems that a lot of modern day office slaves tend to have poor physiology, eating habits and exercise habits. Even the average tech worker, they tend to be skinny, emaciated and weak looking. Also lacking melanin in their skin.
How to become healthier, what does it mean to become healthier?

“Good for you†vs “Bad for you
Who is to say what is good for us versus what is bad for us?

LEAN INTO THE PAIN!
When to lean into the pain?
Not all pain is made alike.
For example, with mobility stuff, often when we are leaning into a certain type of mobility exercise, there is this kind of non-threatening pain, in which we feel pain from the stretching, but, it is not an injury based pain.

Accessible vs inaccessible?
For example, one of the great benefits of going to a park very very high up, in which you gotta drive, is that for the most part it is inaccessible to homeless people. As a consequence, the bathrooms are 1 billion times cleaner, better maintained etc. I can actually go number two in the public parks high up, and there is actually toilet paper! And it is actually clean! Kenneth Hanh park in LA is phenomenal! And for personal reference, there is a really good calisthenics public outdoor workout park gym here. Google Map pin here. Also for your kid, this park here is lit!
Perhaps the problem about places like San Francisco is that it is too accessible, everything is pedestrian, and walkable, and as a consequence, homeless people prefer to stay there.
How do we resolve the issue of homelessness?
A little birdie told me that some places like Irvine, the cops will actually offer $100 bucks for a homeless person to leave, and just go to the next city. It sounds pretty ruthless, but perhaps the best way to get rid of homeless people in desirable areas is to just bribe them with money.
One really weird thing that I’ve observed is that why is it that so many people have this weird sort of pseudo compassion for homeless people? To me that line of thinking is very bizarre.
Why this matters
Once you get a kid, a big critical thing; you just want the bathroom, the public bathroom at a park etc. to be clean hygienic and usable. What millennials don’t get, millennials who don’t have kids that once you got a kid, it is beyond yourself.

How to activate your mind brain and your body
So I have a theory; the general idea is that we need some sort of visual stimuli variety in the environment and variety in elements in order to engage us, our body, our mind, our brain and our human physiology.
Therefore as a consequence, it isn’t to just stay inside your house and force yourself to be productive, but instead, expose yourself to a productive environment and then the productivity will naturally follow up!
One of the upsides of going to the park, preferably a park really really high up, with a great view and plateau!
Or in other words, I must leave the house in order to think.

Your Consumer Behavior Says a Lot About You
What your purchase, how you use your money time and resources says much about you.
This is why cars are interesting — the car you purchased and or acquired and drive says a lot about you, in terms of what you value.
Tell me what you drive and I’ll tell you who you are.
Also, your media consumption habits. Am I the only one I know who doesn’t watch TV, shows, movies, or even listen to music or podcasts anymore?
For myself, my great joy comes from producing media! My own media!
Self entertainment.

Free Thinker
Where have all the free thinkers gone? The only free thinkers left probably include Nassim Taleb and Kanye West.

THE ANTI MEAT EATING CONSPIRACY
Essentially it is just a moneymaking conspiracy; plant-based products foods etc. are more profitable:
-
VLOG THOUGHTS
Something I have been learning for myself is that one of the great upsides of vlogging your thoughts is that it is a more effective medium for fleshing out your thoughts. For example, although I really do enjoy voice dictation, one of the big issues is that it is not 100% accurate, therefore as a consequence, your thoughts cannot stream as effectively.
-
Only do movements you enjoy
There is this weird fake virtuosity which comes with exercise. For example, the general gist is that must be hateful, unpleasant, arduous in order for it to be effective and virtuous.
-
Stay insanely local
Only losers sit in traffic!
-
JUST VLOG IT ALL!
Becoming less discerning:

WHY DO WE CARE WHAT ARTISTS HAVE TO SAY?
Artists as philosophers

HOW PEOPLE ARE IGNORANT ABOUT PHYSIOLOGY
Physiology is the missing key and link:

Visual Stimuli
I need stronger visual stimuli! Thought, half the fun of going to the gym is all the visual stimuli there?
One of the reasons I don’t like working out at home is that it is mostly boring.
