Simple thoughts:

First, just paint it more bright colors! Bright orange, bright yellow, bright red.

Also— I feel bad for doctors who gotta work here all day… indoors ,,, so depressing?

Besides surgery .. would it be possible to do doctor related stuff outdoors or in a nice park?
