Would you rather be 100 pounds, and deadlift four times your bodyweight, which is 400 pounds, or would you rather be 200 pounds, and dead lift 800 pounds? Probably the second.
However, what is better, being 200 pounds, and deadlifting four times your body weight which is 800 pounds, or would you be 300 pounds, and the lift four times your body weight, which is 1200 pounds? Maybe the latter.
However, would you actually want to be 300 pounds? Assuming if you have a six pack, maybe.
