Why We Get Fat

Simple —

  1. Alcohol — all of it — vodka, beer, wine, red and white wine etc.
  2. Carbs, sugar, dairy, starches — whole wheat, white wheat rice
  3. Snacks, pastries, desserts,
  4. Weed (weed munchies)
  5. Fake sugar, real sugar, natural sugar etc.
  6. Real milk, fake milk etc.

Fat as a metabolic disease,,, not related to “exercise”.
