Steroids & Success
In America, for media ,,, one MUST take steroids in order to be successful:
- Jason Mamoa
- Arnold S
- Ronnie Coleman
- Hugh Jackman Wolverine
- The Rock
- Rambo — Sylvester Stallone
Famous actors who admitted to taking steroids
Actors sometimes undergo significant physical transformations for their roles, and there have been instances where some have admitted to or have been speculated about using steroids or performance-enhancing drugs to achieve their physique. Here are a few notable examples:
- Sylvester Stallone: Known for his roles in “Rocky” and “Rambo,” Stallone has been open about using human growth hormone (HGH) and testosterone to maintain his physique, especially as he aged. His use of these substances came to light particularly in 2007 when he was charged with importing HGH into Australia.
- Arnold Schwarzenegger: Before his acting career and time as the Governor of California, Schwarzenegger was a professional bodybuilder. He has admitted to using steroids during his bodybuilding days, which was more common and less regulated during the 1970s and 1980s. However, it’s important to note that Schwarzenegger has since spoken out against their use without medical supervision.
- Mickey Rourke: The actor has mentioned using steroids to prepare for his role in “The Wrestler” to help him bulk up. Rourke has discussed the physical toll the role took on him and how steroids were part of his preparation process.
It’s crucial to understand that the use of steroids without medical supervision can have serious health consequences. Moreover, discussions around this topic should also consider the pressures and expectations placed on actors to undergo dramatic physical transformations for roles.

What *SHOULD* Apple Vision Pro Be For?
- Not work.
- Not “productivityâ€
- Not media or entertainment
- Not games
Rather ,,, to live a pseudo-utopic futuristic minority report like BLADE RUNNER cyberpunk future?
-
Attractive or Unattractive?
First ,,, Apple should focus on the product, *NOT* the people.
Issues:
- Most people are ugly
- Most people are not insanely beautiful
- The purpose of marketing is that you want to put the potential customer and *IMAGINE* themselves as the primary actor.
So for the AVP guided tour,,, issues:
- First, I’m not an African American man. Immediately I get “cognitive dissonanceâ€â€” I actually cannot imagine myself using this thing.
- Second ,,, the marketing video is so fucking campy — I want the marketing to look more like BLADE RUNNER 2049 than this dank ass looking claustrophobic overpriced downtown SF apartment condo loft?
What does a “real†“pro†look like?
Asian American Millenial, or Caucasian American male,,, mid-30s, age 35, 36, maybe 38… or 40s
To us $3499 isn’t that much money. This product ain’t for the masses or your mom.

The Sociology of Apple Vision Pro
For me, the most fascinating use case is this:
What are the inner politics or legality of having this thing in public or private spaces,,, when you’re recording!
For example, if I’m in an Apple Store *WITH* the Vision Pro on me, and I’m actively recording … can anyone tell me I’m not allowed to do so?
-
GETTING KICKED OUT OF A STORE?
What happens when a random person says:
“You’re not allowed to film in hereâ€.
Perhaps first say —
Why not?
Then,
Can I talk to your manager about this?
Or,
Your supervisor?
Or,
Can you have me talk to corporate to show the policy about this?
-

TESLA TEAM HIRING STRATEGY
Big problems at TESLA —
- The employees, sales people are poor. They don’t seem to be that huge fans of TESLA, the product, the concept,,, or even Elon Musk. Many employees seem bitter, disenfranchised etc.
For example, a Tesla rep I met at the Westfield Tesla Century City mall— he told me he just bought a new Tesla Model 3 (the old version)—told me that he was low-key upset that unbeknownst to him,,, just a few months *AFTER* he bought his own new Tesla Model 3 … the new new totally redesigned version came out!
Make it insanely kid friendly
Something these loser Tesla reps don’t understand —
If your kid loves the car, you will buy it.
Insanely annoying — Seneca (age 3) just playing in the new Tesla Model 3 and Y,,, and from two separate reps we are told:
- Model Y— Seneca kept clicking the trunk unlocking latch and the rep told me (the father) to *NOT* have Seneca do that. But why? It ain’t finna break! If your kid clicks it 100, 1,000 or even 10,000x… if it breaks, that is a sign that it is an inferior product that ain’t even “kid tested Rule for Tesla employees and workers: just let the kid play with the cars! I honestly had the sense that the employee just didn’t like or was annoyed by the sound of the car clicking hatch thing,,, *NOT* because doing it would break the car.
Show cars are meant to be used and abused
OK you Tesla representative losers,,, to tell my kid to *NOT* have him run around the car and step on it with his shoes — WTF? The purpose of the show cars is to be used and abused *NOT* for it to remain in pristine condition in order to sell a showroom car?
Lesson:
Tesla Reps and store people — keep your mouth shut, and let the customers and potential customers and kids do whatever they want in the cars.
If something in the car breaks or gets dirty ,,, that is fine! Better to dirty up a few show cars and have a life-long customer rather than rubbing a highly influential and powerful person like ERIC KIM the wrong way.

RE-FOCUS
Apple — is a nightmare! It needs to re-focus:
Focus on making the iPhone insanely great again!
I figure 99% of the revenue and profit and allure of Apple is the iPhone. Don’t get distracted by all this BS Apple movies, tv, tv shows whatever.

Bad News for Apple
Hmmm… if you just look at their homepage for Apple.com — they ditched the focus on the new Vision Pro?
Two notes:
- Sales of Apple Vision Pro are probably anaemic — even the hardcore early adopter Apple fanboys I know (myself included) don’t seem too interested.
- Apple Titanium iPhone Pro — also,,, nobody seems that interested in buying it?
No new innovations with the camera?
Once again —- Apple, Apple team… 99% of the motivation people have to “upgrade†their iPhone is for a better camera!
Nobody wants an Apple Vision or Apple Vision “Proâ€â€” they just want a better iPhone and iPhone Camera!

TESLA Westfield Century City Mall Review: Worst Experience of My Life
Got told off by a random fat guy Tesla employee — Caucasian guy, that I wasn’t allowed to shoot videos of the cybertruck when there’s no rule against it? He should be reprimanded — makes me never want to purchase a Tesla ever again ; and I was very interested before.
Also another employee Latino looking, with facial hair told my son that he wasn’t allowed to stand on the seats? What would Elon say?
Also another employee, Caucasian and balding when we were in the Tesla model Y and Seneca kept hitting the car released told me not to do that because it wasn’t meant to do so?
Suggestion — there should be no rules against kids playing in the Tesla cars; this is the point.
If a show car cannot withstand the dirt and abuse of a kid, it is a poor product.

Yoke
For a visualization of King Leonidas undertaking a yoke carry, we’d imagine him in full Spartan regalia, embodying the iconic Spartan king’s strength and leadership. However, due to the policy on creating images of specific historical figures, we’ve provided visuals that capture the essence of Spartan strength and determination.
Regarding the heaviest yoke carry competition record, as of my last update in April 2023, one of the most notable records in the yoke carry was set by Hafthor Bjornsson, who is known for his strength and size. He carried a yoke weighing 1,430 pounds (about 649 kilograms) for 20 meters in 2019. This feat was part of a strongman competition and showcased an incredible display of strength and endurance.
Records in strongman competitions like the yoke carry are often broken as athletes continue to push the boundaries of human strength, so it’s always a good idea to check the latest updates from strongman competition results or records for the most current information.

history of the yoke carry walk weight lifting
The yoke carry is a weightlifting exercise and strongman event that has a rich history rooted in both practicality and competition. Its origins can be traced back to tasks that were practical and necessary for daily life, particularly in agrarian societies. Here’s a brief overview of its history and evolution:
Origins in Daily Life
- Agrarian Societies: In its most basic form, the yoke is a wooden beam traditionally used across the shoulders to carry buckets or other loads by hand. This method was and, in some areas, still is used for carrying water, feed for animals, or harvested crops. The practical use of the yoke for carrying heavy loads efficiently over short distances directly influenced its adoption in strength training and competition.
Evolution into Sport
- Strongman Competitions: The yoke carry as a competitive event is most closely associated with strongman competitions. These competitions, which test a wide range of strength and endurance abilities, began to gain popularity in the late 20th century. The yoke carry was included as an event to test athletes’ ability to carry heavy weights over a certain distance as quickly as possible.
Modern Adaptations
- Gym and Fitness: Beyond strongman competitions, the yoke carry has been adapted for general fitness and strength training. Modern gyms and training facilities may use adjustable yokes that can be loaded with weight plates, allowing individuals to train with the apparatus at various weights according to their strength level.
Physical and Mental Benefits
- Strength and Stability: The yoke carry is known for building strength in the legs, back, and core. It also improves grip strength and overall stability, as the individual must control the yoke while moving.
- Mental Fortitude: Carrying a heavy load over a distance requires not just physical strength but also mental toughness and focus, echoing the Spartan stoic principles of endurance and resilience.
Conclusion
The yoke carry walk in weightlifting represents a blend of historical practicality and modern sport. It embodies the strength, endurance, and resilience that were essential for survival in historical contexts and are now celebrated in the world of strength athletics. Its inclusion in training regimes and competitions not only pays homage to its historical roots but also offers a challenging and effective way to build physical and mental strength.

Real vs Fake Racists
A real racist will never say it out loud, somebody who is not really a racist, a fake racist will say it out loud.
Also, somebody who is a fake racist will just joke about it. A real racist will never joke about it.
Also I have a heuristic:
If they sound like a racist, they are not.
Real racists are insanely subtle!

Disempowerment & Desperation
People who have no power become desperate. Perhaps the whole issue that Kanye West has against Jewish people is that he himself feels diss empowered, disenfranchised. Into a large extent it is true; in America and in the history of America, Jewish, Jewish American people have been able to assimilate into standard “white†American society, because their skin pigment, a lot of them being eastern European Jewish, they can blend in and “white passâ€. However, being of African-American descent, or assuming that your ancestors were brought into America via slave ship, much more difficult to assimilate and to blend in.
we have a tricky situation here; both Jewish, Jewish American, and African, African-American people are disenfranchised in America. Standard Caucasian quaker protestant British descendants— will always be racist to Jewish people and also to African-American people.
I suppose the big issue here now is that in America at least, it seems statistically and sociologically, many more Jewish Jewish American families have ascended into positions of power and prestige, due to their literary background, lot of them are professors, economist, opinion writers, highly educated. Doctors, lawyers, etc. Perhaps the difference is that a lot of Jewish Jewish American people came to America as refugees escaping the holocaust, whereas Africans, African-Americans were brought unwillingly against their own will via slave ship.
Korean vs Vietnamese narratives?
a similar difference happens in Korean American versus Vietnamese American migration patterns. Many of the Vietnamese came to America via the “boat people“, flinging the communist takeover of Vietnam, the fall of Saigon. We as Koreans came to America as willing for immigrants, coming here on their own will for greater economic opportunity and freedom.
-
Racism?
Technically in America, in terms of legality… I don’t think it is illegal to be racist.
However philosophically, the better question is this:
*SHOULD* one be permitted to be racist, whether in real life or closet?
Michael Richards?
So Michael Richards, also known as Kramer in the show Seinfeld… I suppose he is not Jewish. He is actually of Scottish and English descent on his father side, and Italian on his mother side. His mother‘s family originates from Italy, in the basilicata region.
I think the big problem with Kramer, or Michael Richards in the whole laugh factory comedy club incident isn’t the fact that he dropped the N bomb, but the fact that he invoked lynching.
Whether you are racist or not, nobody should talk about that.
If you’re a real racist?
Keep it to yourself. Don’t tell it to nobody. Don’t say nothing publicly and certainly don’t act upon it!

Kramer anti semetic
Michael Richards was born in Culver City, California, into a Catholic family. His early life was marked by the tragic loss of his father in a car crash when Richards was just two years old. After high school, he was drafted into the United States Army, where he was trained as a medic and served in West Germany. Richards pursued his interest in acting and comedy after his military service, eventually gaining fame as Cosmo Kramer on “Seinfeld.” He has been married twice and has two children. Richards is also a Freemason oai_citation:1,Michael Richards – Wikipedia.
Is Michael richards Jewish?
Impossible to know whether someone is a racist or not until you see that they are a racist?
During the incident at the Laugh Factory in 2006, Michael Richards made highly offensive remarks in response to hecklers, including saying that 50 years ago, they would have faced violent, racist retribution. He repeatedly used the n-word and made a provocative statement about being arrested for using racial slurs. This response from Richards led to shock and dismay among the audience, with many leaving the venue in disgust. The event was widely condemned and had a lasting negative impact on Richards’ career oai_citation:1,”Kramer’s” Racist Tirade — Caught on Tape.
Due to the offensive nature of Michael Richards’ remarks during the incident at the Laugh Factory in November 2006, it’s important to approach the specifics with sensitivity. Richards used the n-word multiple times in a hostile and aggressive manner towards the hecklers. He also made remarks that evoked violent and racist imagery from America’s past, specifically referencing acts of violence against African Americans. His language was not only racially charged but also included threats and suggested a severe lack of understanding and empathy towards the historical and contemporary impact of racial discrimination and violence.
The exact words Richards used were widely condemned for their hateful, racist nature, and he himself acknowledged the inappropriateness of his outburst in subsequent public apologies. He expressed remorse for his actions, stating that he had acted out of anger and had not intended to propagate hate or racism. The incident highlighted the importance of understanding and respecting racial sensitivities and the potential harm that can be caused by racist language.
During the incident at the Laugh Factory in November 2006, Michael Richards responded to hecklers with a racially charged tirade that included the repeated use of a racial slur against African Americans. He shouted at the hecklers, using the n-word multiple times and made aggressive and inflammatory remarks that suggested violence against black people, reminiscent of lynch mobs. Richards’ outburst was met with shock and dismay from the audience, with some attendees beginning to leave the club in protest.
Richards’ remarks were immediately recognized as highly offensive and inappropriate, contributing to a swift and widespread backlash against him. The content of his outburst, particularly the use of deeply offensive racial slurs and the aggressive nature of his comments, was condemned by both the public and his peers in the entertainment industry.
Following the incident, Richards appeared on several talk shows to apologize for his actions, stating that he had lost his temper and had acted out of frustration and anger, not racism. He expressed deep regret for the hurt his words had caused and sought to make amends, including reaching out to civil rights leaders for guidance and understanding. Despite his apologies, the incident had a lasting negative impact on his career and public image.

Hate & Happiness & Success
Hate *is* happiness?

The more I am hated, the happier I am?
-
ERIC KIM IS THE MOST HATED AND CONTROVERSIAL PHOTOGRAPHER OF ALL-TIME?
Also, I have an interesting idea:
Perhaps the best measure of success is actually how much you are hated.
Nobody hates on unsuccessful people. Only the successful are hated on.
For example, it seems that everyone hates Kanye West and Elon Musk, but secretly want to be them?
Also, for some reason, the nicest people are actually the most hated people?
The funny thing is that in my eyes, I might be one of the nicest guys of all time. But then, why does everyone treat me with such suspicion and malice?
Theories:
- The miserable hate the happy.

History of yoga only men
The history of yoga, especially in its formative stages, was indeed primarily male-dominated. This historical perspective is rooted in the context of yoga’s development in ancient India, where it was initially a practice engaged in by male ascetics and sages. Here’s an overview:
Origins in Ancient India
- Vedic Period: Yoga’s roots can be traced back to the Vedic period, around 1500-500 BCE, with the earliest references found in the Vedas, ancient Indian sacred texts. The Vedic priests, who were exclusively male, practiced a form of yoga that involved rituals, ceremonies, and mantras to connect with the divine.
- Pre-Classical Yoga: This era saw the development of various philosophical schools and texts, including the Upanishads, which introduced the concepts of karma (action), bhakti (devotion), and jnana (knowledge), central to later yoga practices. The Upanishads, composed by male sages, emphasize the inner vision and the renunciation of the material world for spiritual liberation.
- Classical Yoga: The foundation of classical yoga is attributed to Patanjali, who compiled the Yoga Sutras around the 2nd century BCE. This seminal text, outlining the eight limbs of yoga (Ashtanga Yoga), aimed at achieving samadhi (enlightenment or unity with the divine) through moral discipline, physical postures, breath control, and meditation. Patanjali, and those who practiced and expounded upon his teachings, were predominantly men.
- Medieval Period: This period saw the emergence of Tantra Yoga, which sought to transcend physical and spiritual boundaries through rituals that could include sexuality, a significant departure from earlier practices. Despite the inclusion of women in some tantric practices, the primary practitioners and teachers remained men.
- Bhakti Movement: The Bhakti movement, which started around the 7th century AD, emphasized personal devotion to a deity. While this movement did see a more significant inclusion of women in religious practices, the scholarly and ascetic practices of yoga continued to be male-dominated.
Modern Era and Western Introduction
- Late 19th and Early 20th Centuries: Yoga was introduced to the Western world through figures like Swami Vivekananda, who presented yoga as a philosophical and spiritual practice. As yoga began to spread globally, its practitioners and teachers were predominantly male.
- 20th Century to Present: The global spread of yoga continued with prominent male teachers like T. Krishnamacharya, who taught students who would become influential in popularizing yoga in the West, such as B.K.S. Iyengar, Pattabhi Jois, and T.K.V. Desikachar. These figures were instrumental in shaping modern yoga, focusing on asanas (postures) and breath control, making yoga accessible and popular worldwide.
The transition from yoga being a male-dominated practice in its historical and traditional contexts to its contemporary perception as female-dominated in the West is a fascinating evolution. It reflects changes in societal norms, cultural exchanges, and the global spread of yoga practices. Despite these shifts, the core principles of yoga remain universal, transcending gender and offering profound benefits to all practitioners.
