THE ERIC KIM DIET

Demigod diet:

  1. 100% carnivore — only beef and lamb. No white meat which is chicken, turkey, pork (yes it ain’t red). Fish is a nice luxury but not a real food item.
  2. No fruits, vegetables starches breads, rice, tortillas etc. Only bitter greens like collard greens, mustard greens kale.
  3. Pasture raised eggs — unlimited.
  4. When breaking fast aiming to eat at least 5 pounds of real red meat.
  5. Innards and organ meats: Bone marrow, beef liver, beef large and small intestine (I prefer large), instant potting bones for beef shank and finishing all the soup and broth.
