How to Become More Powerful

  1. Sleep. 10-12 hours a night.
  2. Intermittent coffee — only in morning. None at noon or beyond. If you’re tired just take a power nap.
  3. Eat more beef — steak, ribs, organ meats. Aim for 4-5 pounds a night for dinner.
  4. Intermittent fasting during day — no breakfast no lunch, only 100% carnivore dinner.
